類似係檸檬四重奏,有檸檬嘅酸度再配以少少清甜嘅味道,成件事好refreshing,會有一個檸檬嘅sorbet, 吉士,碎冰同穀物脆脆,識到唔同嘅口感層次,而且又唔同程度嘅酸甜味道,層次十足啱晒夏天☀️

约了客人慕名来餐厅用餐。在客人到达之前,就已经选好了今晚要食用的dinner set+wine paring。但客人落座后,领班经理又再次拿出价格更高的set让我们选择(之前已经明确拒绝了),在尴尬的氛围下选择了贵的套餐。当用餐到第4个coourse的时候,领班再次出现询问是否额外加酒(显然他是知道第5个course还有配酒)。总之,在这样质素的餐厅,食物,环境都值得称赞,但领班经理的行为确实和餐厅档次格格不入。建议用餐之前一定要小心强制推销的坑。

有一種這頓飯完滿結束的感覺

又黎姐妹生日飯😍😌識做嘅我即book間又靚又有情調嘅餐廳為姐妹慶祝啦✨今次揀左Grand Hyatt 入面嘅意大利餐廳地點方便,又有海景☺️首先我覺得環境係唔錯🌹但今晚誓估唔到最令我念念不忘係個麵包🥰外面超脆入面超軟🤩我係忍唔到口食晒一大條😅呢個oyster反而最失望仲一口氣點左六隻😅個口感係好似熟熟地又離左殼加工過咁🫣唔係咁啱我地口味仲有服務員推薦嘅頭盤係eggplant 做的菜式之後龍蝦意粉味道不算好特別由期個汁似茄汁多過龍蝦🦞汁最後有牛好細份,都係中規中矩因為係special occasion 所以餐廳送左朱古力甜品比我地🎉但就漏左單我地order嘅tiramisu好左服務員都好nice 送返一客比我地😍總括成餐不算太大驚喜係個麵包比較深得我心tiramisu都好食但其他主菜真係比較一般但依然係一間可以一試嘅餐廳😎個🥖🥖一定會係我回頭嘅理由!

1️⃣ ANTIPASTI DALLA DISPENSA (Starter)


🐟 CARPACCIO DI RICCIOLA (Yellowtail carpaccio, eggplant, anchovies colatura, lemon balm) – This appetizer is slightly acidic which successfully stimulated our palate.


🐙 POLPO MARINATO (Marinated octopus, potato, lime mayonnaise, celery, nasturtium) Additional $50 – I’m curious how they cooked the octopus because it is surprisingly tender!


2️⃣ PIATTI PRINCIPALI (Main course)


🦞 SPAGHETTI ALL’ASTICE (Spaghetti, Atlantic lobster, piennolo tomato, basil) Additional $150 – Whenever I visit an Italian restaurant for the first time, I must try their pasta. Grissini’s spaghetti is cooked al dente. The tomato sauce tastes good with lobster.


🥩 DIAFRAMMA ALLA GRIGLIA (Grilled Mayura hanger steak, friggitelli peppers, sweet potatoes (150g)) Additional $90 – We ordered medium rare and the steak is cooked perfectly.


3️⃣ DOLCI (Dessert)


🧀 TIRAMISU ALL’AMARETTO (Espresso coffee, ladyfinger biscuit, mascarpone, amaretto) – Tiramisu is a must-try dessert at Grissini. It is presented at tableside, with the waiter scooping tiramisu out from a big sharing bowl and placing it on your plate. The mascarpone cheese is very creamy. Overall a very satisfying dessert.


🍋 COPPA AL LIMONE (Lemon confit, limoncello custard, lemon foam, lemon ice cream, lemon shortbread) – This dessert is served in a cocktail cup which is visually appealing. It is very lemony and can serve as a refreshing ending for the meal.


Looking at the photos, I realized I missed mentioning another highlight of the meal, which is the restaurant’s house-famous grissini! Given the restaurant itself is named after the breadsticks, you could sense how confident they are in the quality of their bread. The long, thin and crispy Italian breadsticks are served at your table at the beginning so you can enjoy it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. They are served warm. The outside is very crispy but the inside is chewy. 😋


Overall, the lunch set is excellent value for money in a 5-star hotel. I visited on a weekday and the restaurant was around 90% occupied. Apparently this hidden gem in Grand Hyatt is gaining more and more popularity.

crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! No wonder why the resto was named for it! Encore is needed😽// yellow tail was fresh and thinly sliced// slow cook veal is quite tender, served with a creamy tuna sauce// pappardelle and trenette were very al dente; wild boar ragout has a complex flavor; and a bit briny flavour for the squid ink pasta// love their tiramisu so much as i prefer stronger taste of amaretto to expresso coffee, and the ratio of lady fingers and mascarpone was perfectly balanced// yet the pie was a bit too soggy and doughy tho the orange flavour was bery distinct// dark chocolate truffle was served with ur choice of coffee or tea

食法有點像喝湯一樣 食材是蛋清配蘆筍加芝士🤔然後需攪拌均勻 個人來説挺喜歡的☺️😳有點新鮮感又認為真的挺有意大利菜的特色! 吃慣了普遍西餐羅宋湯 忌廉湯 龍蝦湯的你 來點不一樣的吧!

Strongly recommend this course! It looked like soup, but it was a soft-boiled egg with white asparagus, Parmesan foam, and baby spinach! It is special and different from the usual western dinner soup and appetizer, but it is a good difference 👍

因為看到menu有很多前菜 主食就不點太heavy 的course了🤣爐魚味道也很不錯 很開胃口味的sauce但也沒有搶過魚的鮮味 魚面上層烤得很脆薄👍

So full after the 🍝 so sea bass was a good choice for something not so heavy.

經典甜品Tiramisu 🙌🏻tiramisu 對我來說 我不太喜歡太甜和espresso與酒味一定要突出🤤這裡的完全符合我的口味 口感又不會太實 又creamy☺️

I love the tiramisu here 🤤I could taste the espresso and wine from it, and the taste was not so sweet! Creamy texture 🫶🏻Perfect ✨

Since we booked late, we were not able to secure a table at the main restaurant and had to compromise on sitting at the high tables and chairs next to the row of wine cabinets (close to the entrance of the restaurant) which had a more causal dinning vibe without the table cloth. We opted for the 3 course set menu priced at $480 per person (+10% service charge). They also charged $85 for a bottle of sparkling water. Here are my tasting notes:

“Grissini”/ Breadsticks- these soft breadsticks were freshly baked and served warm with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. They were nearly as long as the width of the table where we were sitting 😆, and they were unbelievably yummy when paired with the olive oil and the mildly sweet balsamic vinegar. A real treat of this humble bread and I thought I could just live on this……😋.

Burrata, Pomodori, Basilico - the burrata was creamy and fresh, complemented by different varieties of tomatoes with tomatoes infused sauce and pearls. It was a good, light and refreshing dish to start a meal with though the tomato notes in the sauce and pearls were rather too subtle. I was not sure of the taste of the green sponge that scattered around the dish.

Trenette Al Nero, Seppie E Vongole- trenette is a kind of pasta that is slightly wider than linguine but both look similar. The squid ink pasta was cooked al dente with the right amount of bite. The squid ink pasta was not particularly briny and had a good sheen to it. The accompanying clams and cuttlefish, dressed in a slight acidic sauce and parsley oil were perfectly cooked and tasted fresh. The yellow tomato sauce brought slight acidity and make the dish light and fresh though the tomato flavour was to me a touch too mild.

Tiramisu All’Amaretto - there was nothing more satisfying than a big spoonful of smooth and moist tiramisu; the mascarpone was creamy, the ladies fingers were moist infused with the right amount of amaretto 😋. Very delicious.

The staff team were attentive and helpful- what one would expect from a 5 star hotel.

This is our second visit to Grissini after our amazing experience at their weekend brunch last month. We came for dinner this time, and instead of walking into a sunlight-infused room, we walked into a sumptuous hall with an intimate, candlelit setting. First steamed, and then grilled, the chef precisely achieved the optimal texture, resulting in a tender yet slightly chewy flesh that does not lose its natural juices. The dish was the perfect whet for our meal with refreshing acidity from the lime mayonnaise and peppery kick from the nasturtium leaves. A layer of celery threads, which was previously soaked in an ice bath, gilded the dish and proffered some crispness and textural contrasts.

I was slightly hesitant in trying artichoke, but was surprised to find its grassy flavor quite subtle and acceptable. The dollops of supple burrata were filled with lush, oozy, creamy curds, while the condensed juices from saraceno tomatoes from South Italy, and basils amped it up to the next level.

This might be the most aesthetically-plated beef tartare I’ve ever had. The minced beef tenderloin was minimally seasoned with buffalo yogurt from Campania, giving way for the meat flavors to take the limelight. Bejeweled with briny oscietra caviar and paired with chicken conssome jelly, the dish was a party of umami on the palate.

Trenette, a pasta that resembles linguine but slightly thinner, was homemade. We got to enjoy squid ink’s briny flavors from the sea without the hassle of staining our lips and teeth. The perfectly al dente pasta was doused in a sauce made from seafood and south italian yellow datterino tomatoes, emanating a natural, distinct acidity and sweetness. The highlight of the dish goes to the parsley-infused cuttlefish with precise texture and salinity.

This is always a must-order dish here. Local Three Yellow Chicken was used. Chef Julien, Laloum and Vicky Cheng from Odette, Louise and Vea once did a blind experiment comparing different Chicken breeds from local and French farms, and it was a lopsided victory for the local three yellow chicken. Chef Valerio marinated the bird with sea salt, honey and pepper overnight, and baked it in an enclosed Italian clay pot, ensuring that all liquids within the chicken is retained. The plump, succulent chicken was served in a sauce with a concoction of shallots, anchovies colatura and Parma ham, with morels and potatoes soaking up all the unctuous essences. The dish also exuded some truffle nuances from the truffle-infused butter underneath the skin of the breast.

The tanginess and acidity of this dessert fully tantalised our tastebuds. It was a revitalising refreshment, and served as a nice cleanser for the palate after all the food we had. The lemon shortbread was crumbly and gave the cream-based dessert some nice crunch.

The meal wouldn’t be complete without Grissini’s signature tiramisu, made with expresso coffee, lady finger biscuits, mascarpone and amaretto. The flavour of the almond liqueur was so distinct and prominent, that it gave me a slight burning sensation on the throat! It was an intense, divine dessert.

Compared to the other desserts, I found this a little underwhelming probably as I have never been a fan of orange-flavoured desserts. The tart crust was also a little too dense and doughy for my liking.

Grissini is the ultimate spot for an intimate and romantic date. Your dinner will be made perfect with authentic tastes of Italy, glamorous views and attentive hospitality.

呢到既Tiramisu同坊間有所唔同既係由侍應係一個裝滿Tiramisu既大碗入面𢳂一大羹出黎,視覺效果一流!可惜味道方面反而有D失望,雖然 mascarpone 芝士好香滑,咖啡味都夠,但佢用既就係amaretto,一種來自意大利既杏仁味酒,個人覺得酒味真係太重,重到有d苦😞,唔係咁岩我口味😣

餐廳環境都幾好,樓底好高而且仲有一排落地大玻璃,燈光微暗,如果坐窗邊仲係維港景🤩侍應都幾友善,我同朋友覺得凍,佢地就比左幾條大頸巾我地❤️我地由6點食到10點,由日頭食到夜晚,係呢到食左一場難忘既晚餐😘
