Serving quality western dishes that don't break the bank,  Gavi is a spacious cafe-bistro decked out in warm wooden interiors and features a gorgeous pet-friendly outdoor terrace. It’s perfect for a chill date night, large groups of friends, or even a cosy wedding venue!  Here’s what we devoured👇𝗙𝗼𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 (𝟮 𝗽𝗰𝘀) 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟲𝟴A flawless starter ✨ The sweet figs and fresh berries added a fruity acidic counterpoint that cut through the rich buttery savoriness of the foie gras perfectly! And the crispy toast base added an essential textural crunch𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟮𝟰𝟴Must-order! Yes, you have to wait 30 minutes as it’s baked to order, but it’s definitely worth it. The skin was shatteringly crisp; a perfect golden shell sealing in the tender juicy meat. And the mellow fragrant Huadiao wine taste permeated every bite 💯𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗸 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟰𝟴The linguine was perfectly al dente and coated in a naturally sweet, deeply satisfying squid ink sauce. The squid was chewy yet soft, and the overall seafood freshness was present without being overwhelming. 星期五晚在觀塘海濱附近的Gavi吃晚飯。之前跟朋友來過一次,印象不錯,所以今次帶男朋友來。踏進店內,燈光昏暗,枱面上有小夜燈,非常有情調。松露野菌湯賣相很漂亮,中間的奶泡令整體感覺很高檔。除了外表,內裡亦很有內涵,真材實料,每一口都嚐到啖啖的磨菇肉,加上黑松露的香味,很不錯。法式香草牛油薯蓉焗田螺這到前菜是我到西餐廳的必點item,一般都是六隻連殼的田螺,底下有一層薄薄的薯蓉。這裏的焗薯蓉田螺,價錢雖然是別的餐廳的一倍,但份量絕對不只多一倍,滿滿一碗的薯蓉和田螺肉,份量超級慷慨,薯蓉非常滑溜,裡面還有菠菜和菇,增加了味道和口感的層次,作為這道菜的頭號fans的我,表示非常滿意。松露野菌帶子意大利飯帶子煎得帶焦香,加上粒粒分明的意大利飯,被Creamy的松露野菌汁包着,飯裏加入了洋蔥和菇,增加了清爽的口感。蜜汁燒焗花雕醉香雞烤雞也是我吃西餐常點的菜式,這個蜜汁燒焗花雕醉香雞非常有驚喜!雞肉切件上,非常細心,吃起來很方便。雞肉非常Juicy嫩滑,吃的時候有陣陣的花雕酒香,卻完全沒有苦澀味,雞肉不會淡而無味,雞皮燒得香脆,平日怕肥膩而不吃雞皮的我亦完全照單全收,連雞皮也不想錯過。另外點了金箔椰青咖啡和利賓納荔枝乳酪梳打。咖啡是我喜歡的Nutty,椰青水的清甜與咖啡味道很搭配;乳酪梳打不會過甜,酸酸的很醒神。查看更多
