今次去咗呢間西餐廳，真係食得我好滿足！首先點咗個牛扒，牛扒煎得啱啱好，外皮焦香，入面肉質鮮嫩多汁，搭配嘅焗薯泥同燒西蘭花都好正，焗薯泥香滑，燒西蘭花爽脆。另外，呢個綠茶蛋糕都超驚喜，綠茶味濃，口感鬆軟，上面仲有覆盆子同藍莓，酸甜搭配，好解膩。生蠔都好新鮮，海水味十足，搭配嘅醬料酸酸地，好開胃。整體嚟講，呢間餐廳嘅食物質素好高，每道菜都有驚喜。環境又好有情調，木質嘅裝修同柔和嘅燈光，令人好舒適。服務都周到，下次一定會再嚟試其他菜式！

We have been to the original Flat Iron Steak house next to the Vission Cookie which was quite value for money in a year ago.We wanted to revisit this agin and hoped it can maintain its quality and value.However, we were quite disappointed about the Chateaubraid steak which costed $698 for 500 g. We ordered the medium well . This rare part should be soft ,tender, and rich in flavour. It tuned out was tense, lean, and one third of chopped pieces are well done. This meant the steak was not cooked evenly with same temperature. This was totally below our expectations and quite below the standard .

The steak is tasty and juicy. I have ordered gaucho steak with medium rare and just perfectly matched with my expectation. Fries is really good and not too oily. Salad is on side and can be the appetizer for my lunch. Quite refreshing! The size is suitable for a lunch. I love the chilli & garlic crust and it is really wonderful. I have enjoyed my lunch there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for having lunch here.

今個月食咗唔少牛扒，呢間我覺得係最抵食，二百幾蚊有齊薯條沙律，大份到食唔晒，中環區嚟講真係性價比極高▪️The Flat Iron $228兩款牛扒都係用11安士嘅澳洲安格斯牛扒，牛扒質素正常，揀咗五成唔會太韌，調味唔錯。唯一唔同係個醬，招牌呢款係用蒜蓉牛油，個人鍾意呢款多啲，食落較香口▪️Gaucho Steak $228呢款上面就有個阿根廷青醬，帶啲酸辣味，食晒成塊牛扒都唔會覺得膩，沙律嘅醬汁有少少多，薯條勁大碟，炸得脆口唔油👍🏻▪️Baked Mac & Cheese$98雖然呢個通粉有啲小貴，但係焗得好香，每一啖都食到滿滿拉絲芝士，味道好濃厚，正😚▪️Concrete Shakes $48奶昔可以揀蛋撻/Oreo Brownie/士多啤梨芝士蛋糕，我哋揀咗Oreo，飲落奶滑，仲有滿滿忌廉喺上面，賣相唔錯午市嘅話牛扒餐都係百幾蚊，可以搵日嚟試吓～

吃到最后看到这牛肉里面条形白色的东西，侍应说是牛筋，我看了同伴的steak都没有这东西，他说是那就是吧。没有继续吃下去了直接要求买单，买单时侍应给这份牛肉打了五折。
