日式炸雞炸得剛好肉質保持嫰滑外脆內嫩 是傳統日式炸雞的味道和牛壽司 沒想過壽司飯是靠微波爐翻熱的驚呆了老鐵 但牛肉真的是和牛鲷白湯拉面 $138湯底好鮮甜 好濃郁的魚味 唔覺得好鹹因為是鯛白湯所以我會預期湯會跟一般白湯不一樣會比較絲滑 但事實並非如此質感其實有點沙 同絲滑好像扯不上任何關係不得不提 喝到尾聲時候湯入面會赫然發現湯入面有唔少碎骨粉同白湯呢兩個字 預期越扯越遠第一啖入口時除了鯛魚嘅味道之外仲有一股強烈嘅沙丁魚或秋刀魚嘅味道碗邊有柚子醬 相當淡口柚子味很淡我認為柚子醬 沒有特別提升湯的層次柚子味亦唔出 可有可無麵上面有啲鯛魚肉 無骨的 好鮮配菜有洋蔥粒、蔥絲、筍、炸魚皮啲麵係比較幼身份量都多 彈牙好味 繼續閱讀

Whenever I passed by this Japanese noodles shop, there was always a long queue outside. So we went one weekday way after lunch time to avoid the crowds and only waited for a short while before we got a table which was good. There were only limited items on their menu, mostly featuring madai (snapper) which was the shop speciality😅. I opted for their Madai Broth Ramen ($135 with no service charge) which broth, as stated on menu, had been simmered with some shell fish for 8 hours to create a rich and tasty broth to go with the Japanese ramen. When the ramen was served, one could immediately smell the strong aroma of the madai broth. The white colour of the broth is a testament that the broth was rich and rather condensed. The broth was ringing with madai goodness, and it didn’t matter if the thin pork slice or other condiments in the bowl lacked lustre in comparison. But in terms of the texture of the noodles, to me, they were rather soft, and some bite to the noodles itself would elevate the dining experience to another level. The yuzu spread on the bowl and the chopped yuzu was rather subtle in taste and didn’t quite work for me though I could understand the logic of adding some brightness to the bowl using such ingredients. Overall, had to say the broth was pretty good and it’s quite unusual to find a madai focused Japanese noodles shop in HK. The shop is rather small and one felt a bit cramped even though we (a party of 3) were able to sit in the 4 people table by the window. 繼續閱讀

話說我第一次食邊間嗰陣,係佢啱啱開,排咗成粒鐘先食到,嗰陣時叫咗鯛白湯拉麵,又覺得魚味太重,之後有一段時間都冇食,但最近朋友就話食過佢嘅沾麵超級好食,咁我就俾多次機會佢啦🤣鯛沾麵等咗一陣,傳說中會噴煙嘅拉麵就嚟到喇🥰靚到要拍片講返個麵,呢碗沾麵嘅面底係鋸齒型嘅闊麵,有別於一般嘅拉麵底,食落落彈彈地好有咬口,d麵夠粗身嘅關係,浸一下再攞上嚟已經好掛湯,落埋啲青檸拎到湯味再昇華係不得了咁好食,之後已經全部沾麵直接落晒去個湯度當湯麵食😂日式炸雞其實炸雞都好好食,皮脆肉嫩,同埋冇乜油,不過一個人食一碟又真係太滯啦,建議下次有朋友一齊開心share先至叫 繼續閱讀

4/12 18:12Maru De Sankaku有日收工聞到呢間嘢好香魚味 見到排曬長龍 好多人食所以第二日一收工即刻去睇下使唔使排隊🤓 點知又唔係好多人 等咗5分鐘就入咗去💕de入面啲位比較迫 人同人癡得會好埋 坐Bar枱位就會見到啲師傅整拉麵😋鯛清湯 $138 ✨4/5湯底好鮮甜 好濃郁的魚味🐟 飲曬太多都唔覺得好鹹麵上面有啲鯛魚肉 冇骨的 好鮮 配菜有洋蔥粒+蔥絲+筍+魚皮(好好味)啲麵係比較幼身🍜 份量都多 彈牙好味櫻木煙燻溏心蛋 $15 ✨3.8/5不過不失的溏心蛋 食得出煙燻味 但係唔識得分係咪真係用櫻木煙燻的😂😂😂 繼續閱讀

其實呢間《○de▽ 鯛白湯らーめん》,响香港來講都非常有名氣,大家都唔會陌生。最成功嘅地方我認為莫過於,一,佢捕捉到巿場空缺,响香港做鯛魚拉麵嘅佢係唯一一間。二,佢嘅產品係真係有質素。我大概大半年前都有食過,不過當時冇記低食評,印象已經唔深,所以重新探一探店,評一評。《鯛🐟 白湯拉麵🍜》香味 (4/5) - 香味非常夠。有別於一般魚介拉麵嘅氣味,佢個香味係高雅d,清新d。湯頭 (3.5/5) - 味道方面係好嘅,魚味係濃郁嘅,鹹度剛剛好,不過,因為呢碗係鯛白湯,所以我會預期佢個湯會同一般白湯一樣,會比較順喉絲滑。但,事實並非如此。佢個湯嘅質感其實都幾沙,同順喉絲滑好似扯唔上任何關係,我認為如果佢個名叫“鯛沙湯”或“鯛白沙湯”拉麵就更加合理得多。不得不提係,食到尾聲嘅時候,湯入面會赫然發現湯入面有唔少碎骨粉,今個湯同白湯呢兩個字嘅預期越扯越遠。另外想話,第一啖入口時,除左鯛魚嘅味道之外,仲有一股強烈嘅沙丁魚或秋刀魚嘅味道,咁就有好有唔好。好嘅係,令成個味道👅嘅層次增加,因為唔係得一款魚嘅味。唔好嘅係,鯛魚嘅獨特性會比其他魚類蓋過,因為沙丁魚或秋刀魚嘅風味都強烈。不過我明白一點,鯛魚本身嘅價格係屬於偏高,如果唔用其他價格偏低嘅魚平衡返成本,個麵嘅定價可能會過高。然而,就算用唔同嘅魚湊埋一齊,個味道都係幾好。講開個湯,一定要提埋碗邊嘅柚子醬。可能店家想打穩陣波,怕d心急顧客會成篤撈晒落去,破壞左個平衡度,所以個醬嘅濃度係頗低,都相當淡口,柚子味都係僅僅食得出。我認為呢個柚子醬,冇特別提升到個湯嘅層次,柚子味亦唔出,可有可無。麵條 (2.5/5) - 麵條方便,講真都相當之唔特別。佢係屬於細麵於中細麵之間,直身,個麥味唔強,而比較大嘅問題係,個麵並不爽彈,食起上來少少糊口。配料 (3.5/5) - 首先就係鯛魚肉,响個麵嘅中間會放左一堆仔嘅鯛魚肉碎,有燒過,有刻意調味,不過食唔出佢放左咩粉,貌似七味粉但完全唔辣,估計係用甜椒乾磨粉呱。明白因為成本考慮,點都唔會比大大塊魚柳架喇,魚肉碎上口感就係有d唔滿足,不過賣相都算靚,調味香味都算足,所以都中上。塊豬叉燒,係我食過咁多豬肩肉當中,甘香肉味係最欠奉嘅。或者,可能店家係刻意避免豬肉味會蓋過魚味呱。荀方面,有兩塊,為配合店名,刻意切成一塊圓形⭕️,一塊三角形🔺。心機同點子係有,但最大問題係,塊荀係煮到過腍,荀應有嘅爽脆口感完全冇左,荀味亦頗淡。呢兩塊荀唯一嘅作用就係影相特別d呱,我就認真麻麻地。溏心蛋方面,心機一定十足啦,自稱係用櫻木煙燻,係咪真係櫻木我就唔識辨別,不過煙燻味係好出,特別係蛋白部份相當夠香夠味,成隻蛋嘅完成度係相當高。整體 - 值得小推薦 👍👍👍 唔係大推,因為佢價格偏貴,而配料同麵條嘅滿足度不足,但湯嘅味道係好,所以都小推一下。 繼續閱讀
