❣️Cupping Room 🔍中環蘇豪荷李活道49號鴻豐商業中心1樓——又到10月，又係一年一度嘅Oktoberfest 啤酒節，除咗周圍都有好多限定活動之外，發現成日食嘅Cupping room都加入咗Oktoberfest嘅限定Menu。Ultimate Curry Bratwurst Sausage with Pretzel Roll and fries香腸口感紮實，有典型德式 Bratwurst 嘅肉香與彈性。洋蔥番茄醬酸甜開胃，正好平衡腸嘅油脂感；Pretzel Roll外層帶微鹹、嚼感佳，內裡柔軟；薯條則香脆綿密，熱辣辣。CR German Inspired All-Day Breakfast三款唔同嘅香腸各有千秋，全部都好Juicy，雖然係新Menu但係一貫Cupping room嘅水準，很不錯。炒蛋香濃滑嫩，加上酸菜同Pretzel，好豐富嘅德式早餐。Coconut macha latte椰子、抹茶同奶，三樣野個人都好中意，但加埋一齊又幾有新意，係未試過嘅咖啡味，不錯。Espresso tonic醒腦解膩，咖啡豆帶獨特酸香，無奶再加上微氣泡助攻，咖啡豆嘅味更加出。單據比大家參考：…查看更多

Kick off our Oktoberfest right, by having a full breakfast in German style. I love CR baristas and their coffees are to go for whenever we are on our weekend ventures. This morning we topped our morning sips (a warm healing cup of black sesame latte, and a candid glass of espresso tonic) up, with two big breakfast plates on their seasonal menus. One of them was the ultimate curry bratwurst sausage platter, with a generous amount of thick-cut fries. The curry bratwurst sausage was covered in a highly delicious tomato/ ketchup-based salsa sauce, I enjoyed it a lot. The other was a German-inspired all day breakfast, highlighted by nuremberg and frankfurter sausages.
