如果你係M底,想享受超級優質服務,呢間Cooshtihk真係好適合你我哋原本係5位reservation,但因為有朋友臨時唔得閒,所以已經同餐廳講咗只得4個人。最正係佢哋打咗7次電話俾我😗,但我當時忙緊,直到佢哋打到我以為有事發生,先聽電話😭(聽到原來係餐廳confirm booking,我真係無奈,但都明白生意難做,可能有waiting list)。不過我哋食完前後2個鐘,餐廳有60%以上嘅吉枱。到我哋到嘅時候,因為我哋分開咗2+2,頭兩個到嘅時候,佢俾咗6人枱我哋。我朋友即刻話我哋得4個人,唔需要咁大張枱,佢哋就話無問題,但要8點準時還枱。朋友問可唔可以轉去4人枱,佢哋就話今晚full booking,唯有繼續坐大枱。到第二批人到,大概6:15,餐廳80%吉,從第一批到第二批都無再入客。我哋大約6:30落單時再問可唔可以換細枱,但都係唔得。落單時遇到一位好有禮貌嘅staff,幫我哋解答咗好多餐牌上無列嘅info。食物來到其實無咩特別,但佢哋嘅食物真係幾出色,可能正因為食物好食,所以先有咁特別嘅服務😶‍🌫️。我哋4個人總共叫咗3個main、3個side、4杯飲品,份量都唔少。食物陸續嚟到,雖然6人枱足夠,但staff不停過來收我哋嘅嘢,連半碟都想收走😂😂😂。到7:30時,餐廳入座率得35%,好多吉枱,完全唔係佢講嘅full booking。朋友忍唔住再問可唔可以換細枱,因為我哋想食甜品同飲多杯,但結果都係一個no🙂‍↔️。由7:30到7:52期間,我哋被催過3次以上要還枱,但周圍都見到仲坐緊嘅客,還有50%以上吉枱,真係好confuse。呢個時候,manager過嚟話可以將6人枱分開成4+2,咁我哋就可以坐耐啲。我哋即刻話好,仲自己開始泊枱,點知manager又過嚟話要move我哋去另一張4人bar枱,因為佢move咗我哋,話要請我哋甜品(我哋全程無要求過),咁我哋就移過去新枱,準備嗌甜品。點知幫我哋落單嗰位女職員話甜品要自付,我哋就好confuse,重申manager講嘅事,佢就話要同manager確認下。確認完畀返嚟,佢話manager話只請兩個人食(全程manager企喺佢後面,但冇出聲)。坦白講唔係食唔起,而係我哋4個人booking,點解只請兩個?我哋都忍唔住問佢,點解只係兩份。呢個時候,manager終於出聲,話佢哋嘅甜品好大份,兩個人share一份就ok。就算佢講得通,我哋想嗌blackberry & apple crumble同chocolate fondant,佢連續三次唔俾我哋嗌,第一次話唔好揀呢個,第二次話apple crumble係好cheap嘅,出面都食到,但因為我哋有2個人想食呢個,第三次表達後,佢仲鬧話嗌嘅人都係cheap人???最後,我哋同行的朋友已經被佢激到好唔開心,所以我哋決定唔要甜品,直接埋單。之後manager Debi又過嚟,直頭唔想我哋走,話要我哋講邊位同事令到我哋不滿,但其實就係佢本人。於是我哋指出幾個位,佢全程一句sorry都無講,仲好rude咁駁返我哋。我哋同佢講嗰十幾分鐘,一句完整句子都無成功講。最後我哋覺得間餐廳無得救,唯有發脾氣先可以走,走後仲收到餐廳打嚟嘅disturbing call。If you want to enjoy super high-quality service, this place, Cooshtihk, is perfect for you. We originally had a reservation for 5, but since one friend couldn't make it at the last minute, we informed the restaurant that there would only be 4 of us. The best part is, they called me 7 times to confirm the booking. 😗 I was busy at the time, and when I finally answered, I thought there might have been an emergency. 😭 (When I heard it was just the restaurant confirming the booking, I felt really helpless, but I understood that business is tough and maybe they have a waiting list.) However, from the time we finished eating, the restaurant had over 60% empty tables.When we arrived, we were split into 2+2. The first two people arrived, and they were given a table for 6. My friends immediately told them we only needed a table for 4, and they said that was no problem, but we had to vacate by 8 PM. My friend asked if we could switch to a smaller table so we wouldn’t have to rush, but they replied that tonight was fully booked. So, we had no choice but to stick with the larger table. The second group of friends arrived around 6:15, and the restaurant was 80% empty. From the first group sitting down to the second group, no new customers came in. So, when we ordered around 6:30, we asked again if we could switch to a smaller table, but the answer was still no.While ordering, we encountered a very polite staff member who answered a lot of questions about items not listed on the menu. When the food arrived, it wasn’t anything special, but I have to say their food was quite excellent. Perhaps it was the great food that led to their unique service. 😶‍🌫️We ordered a total of 3 mains, 3 sides, and 4 drinks, which wasn’t small, as the portions were quite large. However, as the food kept coming, even though our table for 6 was spacious enough, the staff kept coming over to clear our plates, even trying to take away half a dish. 😂😂😂 By around 7:30, the restaurant's occupancy was only about 35%, with many empty tables, completely contradicting what they said about being fully booked. My friend couldn’t help but ask again if we could switch to a smaller table since we wanted to enjoy dessert and more drinks, but as expected, it was a no. 🙂‍↔️From 7:30 to 7:52, we were urged to leave at least 3 times, but when we looked around, we saw many customers who had arrived before us still sitting, with over 50% of tables empty. It was very confusing. At that moment, the manager, Debi, came over and said we could split our table into 4+2, allowing us to stay as long as we wanted. We immediately agreed and even started rearranging the table ourselves. However, while we were doing that, Debi came over again and said they would move us to another 4-person bar table. Because they moved us, they offered us desserts on the house (we didn’t request this at all). So, we moved to the new table, ready to order dessert.When the staff member taking our order told us the dessert would be self-paid, we were confused and reiterated what Debi said. She said she needed to confirm with Debi first. After confirming, she returned and said Debi said only two people would be treated to dessert (Debi had been standing behind her the whole time but didn’t speak). Frankly, it’s not that we couldn’t afford dessert; we made a reservation for 4, so why would only two people be treated? We couldn’t help but ask her why only two servings. At this point, Debi finally spoke for herself, no longer using a spokesperson, explaining that their desserts were large, so we only needed one serving to share. Even if that’s a reasonable point, when we wanted to order the blackberry & apple crumble and chocolate fondant, she repeatedly told us we couldn’t order those. The first time, she said not to choose that, the second time she said the apple crumble was cheap and available elsewhere, but since two of us really wanted it, we expressed our desire for the third time, and she even scolded us, saying those who order it are cheap people??? Eventually, one of my friends was really upset with Debi, so we decided not to order dessert and to settle the bill instead. Then Debi came over again, this time not allowing us to leave. She insisted we tell her which staff member made us unhappy, but it was actually her. We pointed out several issues, and she didn’t say a single “sorry” the entire time. Every time we tried to speak, she rudely interrupted us. During the ten minutes we talked to her, we couldn’t even finish a single sentence. In the end, we felt there was no saving the situation and had to get angry to leave. Importantly, after we left, we received a disturbing call from the restaurant.查看更多

The food was fabulous, but the service left us feeling unwelcome. From the start, staff rushed us - clearing plates quickly, pushing dessert and the bill, and saying they needed the table for another reservation. This was confusing because there were plenty of empty tables (only 4 tables occupied), and other parties who arrived when we did weren’t treated the same way. If there’s a time-limit policy, it wasn’t communicated clearly or applied consistently. A staff member (phillipino lady) first approached us with the bill, with small actions (picking up table napkins, trying to take away our drinks) that indirectly told us to leave. Then the male manager comes, saying we have to leave. Rather than signalling us to move, they just told us to leave. For parties that arrived in the same time as us, they certainly did not recieve the same treatment, and were still there. And even so, there are plenty of empty tables with a window view that could be assigned if the so called party has already arrived. It sad to see this restaurant still has a strong racial discrimination and preferential treatment in this day and age in Hong Kong. 今日同朋友行到邊食到邊,嚟到利東街Cooshti呢間兩層樓高嘅餐廳,環境舒適,餐牌選擇多,有日式、泰式、港式等菜式,咁我哋就去試下新嘢!我叫咗個two courses Set Lunch:🍲 Kimchi Salmon Chowder — 味道又幾夾,泡菜帶微辣,配上濃郁嘅三文魚周打湯,又真係幾好味。🥪 至於Beef Brisket Sandwich 配薯條 — 份量超足,我居然清晒成份!😛朋友就叫咗:🥗 Tuna Poke Bowl — 賣相幾吸睛,每樣食材都擺得好精緻,味道亦都一樣出色,絕對值得一試!💵 埋單連加一後 HKD $478,唔算平但環境、食物同服務質素都值,會再黎試多幾款菜式!😋查看更多
