Found this restaurant that have italian staff and had a lunch set menu with friendly price. As a Carbonara lover, I had to get inside to see if they actually made authentic pasta. The results was up to my expectation, tho not made with handmade pasta, still, it's definitely the one that you would find in Italy eatery. I would very love to re-visit to try out their other dishes! Lunch menu changes every month and I can't wait to see the new one. 😍---𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘁 (3 Courses) $138▪️🥗 𝑹𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒅, 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 & 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂The salad was topped with a big scoop of ultra creamy stracciatella cheese, which is a combination can't fail, especially with the rich balsamic vinegar..▪️𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒂 👍🏽Tho it may not look yellowy as the Carbonara you may expected, it actually was the one made with the real authentic ingredients, just egg, guanciale, pecorino Romano and black pepper. The diced guanciale was pan-fried to crispy and its aroma was maximized, while its saltiness went along with the cheese to bring the umami to the pasta. The black pepper was generously sprinkled onto the dish but didn't excessively heat up the sauce. Tbh, it may not be the Carbonara most hkers liked, but for me, this one has brought me back to italy and definitely made it into my few top pasta places in hk..▪️𝑻𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒖 Small cup of creamy and silky mascarpone cheese, topped with choco powder and with a stick of crispy lady finger. Not quite the typical layered one but still tasted good..▪️𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒐 +$20Tho it's not the right time for having the italian morning drink, but I wanted to see if they serve nice coffee. The cappuccino had a full thick foam layer, and was velvety and smooth. Dorsett 給了個黑松露套餐的coupon, 好奇想去試試。中午11:30到,坐到12點半都沒有什麼客人。店裡面有兩個義大利佬在做侍應。坐得都幾舒服,但位置不是很大。餐廳不大,但裡面分男女廁,不是太多位置,倒不如二合一讓客人舒服些。經過時看到一個整pasta 的機器。說到食物。我們叫了兩個午餐的set menu. 頭盤的蘑菇湯ok, 沙拉是burata cheese 和小番茄和義大利瓜。侍應說他們的burrata cheese 是每天新鮮做的。但是就像水牛芝士一樣,味道很淡。所以整盤沙拉味道都很淡,但沒關係,我吃得健康。 然後主菜。那個披薩有芝士橄欖和雞肉,但是皮不厚不薄,整體味道非常淡。我還叫了青口蘆筍,上菜時沒有任何容器裝青口的殼,蘆筍非常幼細,旁邊的兩塊包最敗筆,完全是隔夜後包隨便塞牛油完全不烤的那種。最後上的咖啡完全不香也不濃,非常失望。如果是Dorsett 的客戶,他們會給你一份麵包裡面有肉丸,但不是coupon 的內容,而且只是拿走,不是堂吃。而且他們說Dorsett 的客戶有10% discount, 但是收完錢才說。 繼續閱讀

5月Sogo感謝祭,當然要去消費一下🤣🤣🤣午餐食完附近The Madhouse,我叫我朋友係我既to eat list 入面揀夜晚食咩好,就揀左呢間😝呢間意大利餐廳,其實都bookmark左一排,我都唔記得有咩好食🤭點菜之前即刻睇睇OpenRice 有咩推介,見好多人都叫卡邦尼意粉,就試吓呢個💪呢個卡邦尼意粉,絕對值得推介,職員會拎舊大芝士,即席表演撈意粉,再用火槍燒一燒,味道非常濃郁,麵質軟硬適中,唔會太淋😋松露咖啡,雖然夜晚飲咖啡,都怕會訓唔到,但係見到呢杯咖啡幾特別,當然要試吓😝松露意大利雲吞,呢個都好出色,不過跟卡邦尼意粉,一定係卡邦尼意粉贏哂😏本身仲想試Tiramisu,不過今次實在太飽,留返下次再試啦💪 繼續閱讀
