收工同班韓國朋友諗住搵間地道啲嘅韓國燒烤，最後去咗呢間「草梁炭火燒烤」。聽講佢哋用炭火燒烤，仲有招牌豬肋骨，一於試吓！環境真係冇得頂！成間舖頭設計成韓國桑拿主題，真係好似去咗韓國咁！周圍都係仿韓式瓷磚、桑拿木桶裝飾，仲有啲韓文霓虹燈牌，我班韓國朋友一入到去已經勁興奮，瘋狂打卡，話真係好似返咗鄉下咁！炭燒豬肋骨真係必點！我哋叫咗一半辣一半唔辣，兩款都醃得超入味！用炭火燒出嚟特別香口，外面微微焦脆，裡面肉質依然嫩滑。豬肋骨啖啖肉，用手拎住咬真係超滿足！韓國朋友都大讚個調味好正宗～燒五花肉+豬頸肉超正！店員服務好好，由頭幫我哋燒到落尾，完全唔使自己動手。五花肉燒到金黃香脆，油脂分布均勻；豬頸肉爽口彈牙，點埋佢哋特製嘅韓式醬料，包埋生菜一齊食，真係絕配！其他菜式都唔錯～- 石頭鍋雞蛋羹：熱辣辣上枱，仲係咕嚕咕嚕滾緊，蛋香滑溜- 水冷麵：冰涼清爽，食完烤肉之後食啱啱好，可以解膩呢間絕對係同朋友飲酒食烤肉嘅好地方！環境有特色，食物質素高，服務又貼心。特別係如果想帶韓國朋友嚟體驗，佢哋一定會好開心～我哋幾個已經約定下次要再嚟encore！…查看更多

ur new fav korean spot is calling~ from the moment we walked in, the buzz of korean convos told us we’d found an authentic place! the star was definitely 🔥chorang charcoal grilled pork ribs. we got half spicy, half soy sauce. heads up, the spicy one was srsly fiery! rmb to add cheese!! they're flame-grilled and so messily good. hidden beneath those glorious ribs was tuna seaweed fried ricewe also tried 🐷pork belly and pork collar for the grill. rlly tender and juicy. they served it with this grilled white kimchi that was new to me. 🍳korean steamed egg was so fluffy and comforting too! and the free 🍲fish cake stew was simple but a nice touchfunniest part? looked over and bosco wong from tvb was at the next table. the server said he's been in 3 times alrdy lolll一入到去已經聽到周圍都係韓文就知呢間嘢堅係正宗啦！主角緊係呢個🔥 炭火豬肋骨。我哋叫咗一半辣一半醬油味。辣嗰隻真係好辣㗎小心！記住加芝士！！超級超級好味。排骨下面竟然藏住吞拿魚紫菜炒飯，好驚喜！我哋仲試咗🐷 燒五花肉同豬頸肉，啲肉真係又嫩又多汁。烤白泡菜幾特別，我第一次試。另外個🍳 韓式蒸蛋 又滑又香，必點！仲有免費嘅🍲 魚糕湯，簡單得嚟幾好食。埋單前發現隔離枱竟然係黃宗澤！個侍應同我講佢已經嚟食過三次哇…查看更多

This is my first time trying a shop that specializes in pork ribs, and I can definitely say it met my expectations. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food portion is HUGE, and you can expect to be stuffed (legit can't walk after my meal because it was that big!). maybe i underestimated the portion, but that’s on me. 1 portion of the pork ribs (the smallest one)  is definitely enough for 3-4 people.I tried their signature pork ribs, and beneath the mountain of ribs, you can find fried rice that complements the sauce really well. The spicy sauce is sweet and spicy, the kind you’d expect from Korean cuisine. The charcoal taste really shines through the dish in a good way.They also kindly gave us some fish cake soup, which I personally really enjoyed (huge fan of fish cake soup btw). My only minor complaint is probably the fact that the cheese on top of the pork ribs is an extra charge (for around 48hkd, which is quite steep) but i really think it is a must have in the dish (kinda a showstopper too). This newly opened Korean restaurant serves one of the best pork ribs. The meat is juicy, tender, and well marinated.Add on some cheese to complete the dish to make it more savory. They will use torch gun to melt the cheese and adding that extra smokiness.In the middle of the pork ribs, you can also find seaweed mix rice. Eat it togther with the pork ribs, it's just delicious!Other than the pork ribs, you should also try their grill meat selection. The staff will help you to cook, making sure it's on point.We also ordered some soup; fish cake soup and kimchi stew with pork. 朋友食過推薦，就去試下，一入到去望落好大，坐得都好寬敞，不過唔好係枱下面會頂腳🥹一黎就比勁多前菜，好快手又多款式，一食到7788就會問我地要唔要加！雖然全部都係韓國歐爸但指手畫腳都溝通到🤣估唔到原來芝士粟米都係送嘅前菜！熱辣辣後上非常好味😋⭐️前菜推薦:年糕、芝士粟米！主菜排骨山非常惹味，我地叫左一半火雞辣醬、一半甜味，甜味就無醬包住，辣醬味就juicy啲，愈食愈上癮！排骨偏瘦，岩中意lur 骨人士😋下面仲有吞拿魚紫菜拌飯，夠曬飽，整體份量夠3-4人食都無問題。中途小插曲係上錯泡菜湯，本身我地叫蒸蛋，但唔識溝通就費事退，之後食落都好味，泡菜豆腐湯岩岩好味，不會太咸，泡菜好食！之後蒸蛋又有出餐，員工可能見多左，就話送比我地，多謝佢送比我地🤣我地先可以試埋，原本以為無就算🤣芝士蒸蛋味道正常發揮，份量好多！多芝士嘅😋海鮮煎餅好多料，非常多韭菜韭黃係底！同埋係少粉漿，相比外面其他店食材味道會突出啲。⭐️主菜推薦:排骨山必定要叫！！叫太多無試到燒肉，但朋友食過好食的，大家可以試下。食唔曬要打包，歐爸們都會拎開去第到，幫我地分開包好曬，非常好人！總結整體質素、服務我地都好滿意，都會想再去幫襯！希望唔止新開時好，之後都keep到🥹第一次寫咁多字食評，希望推多啲用心經營嘅店比大家見到🤍…查看更多
