Helmed by Japanese chef Nihonyanagi San, the restaurant operates exclusively for dinner with a pre-set menu.We opted for the $480 HKD set dinner, which included a choice of Starter, Main, and Dessert. The chef prepares everything masterfully right before your eyes. Dishes were beautifully garnished and delicious. Standouts included a rich, creamy cold pumpkin soup, incredibly crispy deep-fried beef honeycomb tripe, and an exceptional duck pâté with visible meat. The foie gras, seared from raw to plate at the counter, was a highlight.We also enjoyed the wine pairing ($380-$490 HKD), which featured excellent unfiltered sparkling, white, and red wines matched to the courses. Desserts, like the chocolate terrine with Chinese wine ice cream, were uniquely delightful.The service and ambiance were excellent. The venue is easily accessible from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (4-minute walk from Exit B2) and is wheelchair-friendly. Note that premium items like Wagyu beef, Lobster, Foie Gras carry an additional charge, and advance booking (often with a deposit) is essential. Corkage is waived with the purchase of a bottle from their list. Cake cutting fees applied at $150 per cake. It's an outstanding meal well worth the price.查看更多

上網見到Ricky san 介紹呢間餐廳,係一個日本主廚嘅法式omakase 料理。頭盤係炸牛肚,個皮蛋芫荽醬好特別,但略嫌有少少乾。湯係本地南瓜蓉凍湯,超級濃郁,超級好味🫨🫨🫨 第二道菜要咗凍肉批,味道好香濃,但酥皮有少少硬。主菜叫咗本地牛柳配豆豉醬,味道有啲似鑊仔牛柳😂 最後甜品係紹興酒雪糕加朱古力brownie,可惜紹興酒味偏淡比朱古力味搶咗風頭。整體而言,味道真係冇得彈。醬汁同食材嘅味道配合得天衣無縫。PS: 有少少地方可以再做好啲。因為係開放式廚房,我哋有時見到有職員處理食材同工具嘅方法都比較唔衛生,尤其係處理生熟食材及清潔工具時可以更加仔細。可能多幾個步驟,但食客睇住個廚房乾淨企理衛生,相信食都食得開心啲 😉查看更多

睇到有介紹話廚師係日本人,用本地食材煮法國菜,於是就book位去試吓。餐廳位置唔多,最多容納18人左右,今次我哋坐吧枱,可以望住廚師煮嘢。我哋揀咗四道菜,$6xx 價錢相當抵。不過酒就偏貴wine paring 四杯酒都要 $6xx, 配的酒都唔錯嘅。廚師煮每道菜都融合咗少少廣東味道,調味頗重,而每款菜啲肉質都恰到好處。龍蝦好彈牙,唔會過熟。黑毛豬好軟腍,魚都好滑。最後甜品都好有驚喜,尤其係紹興酒雪糕配朱古力凍依個價錢性價比算高查看更多

Seated at bar counter watching chef at work, who PickyEater recognized from Sanka. 2 sets to choose from; either 3 Courses ($480 pp) or 4 Courses ($600 pp). Went for the latter.Here’s what we had.Amuse-Bouche: Spring Roll wrapped with sweet and bouncy shrimp.House made bread.Cucumber Soup, blended into a silky velouté with Bacon Bits adding a salty crunch.Smoky and sweet Red Paprika Mousse (which PickyEater mistook as uni), paired with briny chew of cubed squid and cuttlefish; sundried tomatoes and bits of Lemongrass Jelly adding acidity.(+HK$100) Caramelized Foie Gras seared to a toffee-crisp exterior; its richness cut by the earthy sweetness and bright acidity of the Beetroot and Dragon Fruit Vinaigrette.1.5-catty Grouper(東升斑) sourced from Yau Ma Tei market, with super crispy skin, its flesh buttery and pristine. Paired with fermented tofu purée and beurre blanc bringing French richness.(+HK$80) Lobster perfectly roasted with shell-based, bisque-like American Sauce, with a subtle vanilla note.Zhongshan ShiQi Pigeon with delicate flavor and firm texture roasted to bronzed perfection; paired with Chiu Chow Spice Sauce.Succulent Black Pork Loin with Mustard Sauce and Green Sichuan Pepper adding citrusy numbing heat.Basque Cheesecake with caramelized edge; paired with floral, nutty, and ever so slightly boozy ShaoXing Wine Ice Cream.(+HK$50) Cheese Plate including Roquefort and Comté, served with Crackers. It was a lovely meal with four courses, all exquisite, for $600. It is such an amazing deal, great value for money, the service was great, the wine pairing was around $400 for four glasses, the pairing goes well with each dish. It is more a casual dining vibe, they emphasise local ingredients but great execution! I was looking forward to the experience and it definitely exceeded my expectation!
