呢道菜看似簡單,但要做到咁好味真係唔容易。一上枱已經聞到濃濃嘅蒜香同白酒香,仲有陣陣芫荽嘅清新氣味。意粉煮得啱啱好,彈牙有咬口,完全唔會過淋。每條意粉都掛滿汁,味道鮮美得嚟唔會太鹹。蜆肉更加係精華所在,每隻都飽滿大隻,一啲沙都冇,處理得十分乾淨。蜆肉鮮甜嫩滑,完全吸收咗蒜蓉、白酒同香草嘅味道。最正係個汁,用咗橄欖油、蒜片、白酒同少少辣椒一齊煮,味道層次豐富,令人食到舐舐脷。成道菜嘅火候掌握得恰到好處,蜆肉剛熟唔會過老,意粉保持al dente口感。簡單嘅食材,但做出嚟嘅味道一啲都唔簡單,絕對係功夫之作。為咗呢碟意粉炒蜆,專程嚟上環都值得!Read More
