放工同朋友食餐好,一於就去中上環呢度揀間扒房試吓,留意到有間好有格調嘅餐廳可以燭光晚餐!坐低嘅時候毫無頭緒,但係見到隔籬食緊嘅野都幾吸引,於是即刻跟住嗌!首先叫咗個蕃茄水牛芝士沙律以及一個檸檬醃吞拿魚開開胃先。水牛芝士好特別,可以將佢切開等鮮奶油流出 再同其他沙律菜蕃茄等食材攪拌而成,中間亦都沾上咗一啲調味料令成件事更具風味呢。另外,冇諗過生醃嘅吞拿魚加入切碎的洋蔥、辣椒、香菜、鹽等,感覺仍然如此新鮮,份量多夠晒我同朋友一齊享用。Carnes’s 字面上係解牛,當然就梗係要叫返佢哋嘅重頭戲!西冷即將登場,果然好嘅食材唔需要特別去處理,只係加上少許嘅蔥油作調味就可以品嚐到口感極其細嫩,幾乎冇脂肪而且味道相當入味的西冷牛肉。西冷係位於牛後腰脊肉,特色是肉味濃郁,通常帶有一條邊緣脂肪,肉質結實有嚼勁。肉質和脂肪比例在煎烤時能帶來豐富的牛肉風味,啱晒鍾意食肉嘅食客!如果仲想食多啲菜,不妨叫多個雜菜沙律添又唔同嘅蔬菜,包括一般沙律菜、火箭菜、洋蔥同蕃茄仔等,營養價值高且豐富呢。After work, I decided to have dinner with friends and head to a steakhouse in Central and Sheung Wan. I noticed a stylish restaurant that offered candlelight dinners! I was a bit lost when we sat down, but the food next door looked appealing, so I immediately ordered! First, I ordered a tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and a lemon-marinated tuna to whet my appetite. The buffalo mozzarella was unique; you cut it open to let the cream flow out before mixing it with other salad greens, tomatoes, and other ingredients. It was also coated with some seasoning, making it even more flavorful. I didn't expect the raw marinated tuna to be so fresh, even with chopped onions, chili peppers, cilantro, and salt. The portion was generous enough for my friend and me to enjoy together.Carnes's literally means "butchering beef," so of course we have to order their main attraction! The sirloin is about to make its appearance. Good ingredients don't need special preparation; just a touch of scallion oil is enough to enjoy the incredibly tender, almost fat-free, and flavorful sirloin beef. Sirloin is located on the back loin of the cow, characterized by its rich flavor, usually with a strip of fat along the edge, and a firm, chewy texture. The perfect ratio of meat to fat during grilling brings out a rich beef flavor, just right for meat lovers!If you'd like to eat more vegetables, you might want to order a mixed vegetable salad with different kinds of vegetables, including regular salad greens, purslane, onions, and baby tomatoes, which are all highly nutritious and varied.查看更多

呢晚同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間阿根廷🇦🇷餐廳食晚餐🤣Visited this Argentine restaurant with my friend for dinner 🤣阿根廷🇦🇷係一個非常值得去旅遊🧳同探索嘅地方,喺南美洲嚟講亦都係治安相對地比較好🤩,好多好靚嘅地方例如 Patagonia, Ushuaia, Iguazú Falls, Mendoza, El Calafate, Buenos Aires 等等真係多到數唔晒,所以我唔止去過一次阿根廷🇦🇷旅行🧳,我亦都去過 Patagonia 因為我去過 Ushuaia(全世界最南邊嘅城市),但係我對阿根廷菜🇦🇷又一啲都唔熟悉喎🤣,只係知道 阿根廷菜🇦🇷受多國菜式同埋文化影響,包括阿根廷🇦🇷土著人民(Indigenous People in Argentina)嘅飲食習慣、16世紀 西班牙人🇪🇸喺殖民時期 Spanish Colonization 帶嚟嘅地中海飲食文化、19/20 世紀 由意大利🇮🇹同西班牙🇪🇸大量移民帶到阿根廷🇦🇷嘅影響,咁可以想像阿根廷菜🇦🇷幾咁包羅萬有🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食好多牛肉,不過某啲地區例如 Patagonia 就食羊多過食牛😋🤩Argentina 🇦🇷 is an exceptionally captivating country, brimming with opportunities for travel and exploration 🧳. Compared to other parts of South America, it boasts relatively good safety, making it an inviting choice for visitors 🤩. The country is home to a breathtaking array of scenic wonders, including Patagonia, Ushuaia, Iguazú Falls, Mendoza, El Calafate, and Buenos Aires, to name just a few, so many, in fact, that it’s impossible to list them all! My love for Argentina has drawn me back more than once for unforgettable journeys 🧳. I’ve had the privilege of visiting Patagonia, including Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. However, I must confess that I’m not particularly familiar with Argentine cuisine 🇦🇷🤣. From what I understand, Argentine food is a vibrant tapestry woven from diverse culinary traditions and cultural influences. These include the dietary customs of Argentina’s Indigenous peoples, the Mediterranean flavors introduced by Spanish colonizers 🇪🇸 in the 16th century, and the rich contributions of Italian 🇮🇹 and Spanish 🇪🇸 immigrants in the 19th and 20th centuries. This fusion results in a cuisine that is remarkably diverse and inclusive 🤩. 今日星期日去咗依間阿根廷 steak house食lunch,雖然餐廳比較細,但係都坐得舒服。佢哋嘅lunch Menu: starter, main course, side dish 都算多選擇。我覺得價錢唔貴,牛扒質素幾好,食到有牛味及炭燒味。餐廳服務態度親切。我覺得呢間小店好過好多出邊有啲名氣,收費昂貴,但味道一般 嘅阿根廷式steak house。我一定會再去👍查看更多

最近去咗上環呢間CARNE’S,真係有啲意外驚喜。餐廳裝修簡約但有格調,坐低已經feel到有啲Buenos Aires嘅味道。成個氛圍好chill,啱晒放工想歎返餐或者weekend同朋友嚟gathering~佢哋dinner好值得一試。首先,前菜已經好有誠意,個吞拿魚ceviche都好清新,加埋牛油果、洋蔥絲同香草,食落好開胃,完全唔heavy。主菜方面,佢哋嘅西冷牛扒真係不得了。7成熟啱啱好,肉質嫩滑又夠牛味,切落去仲見到少少肉汁滲出嚟,視覺同味覺都滿足。配埋chimichurri青醬一齊食,味道即刻升級,有啲香草、蒜蓉同醋嘅香氣,唔會太濃但好吊到牛嘅香味。配菜都唔馬虎,薯蓉滑到好似奶油咁,入口即化;好香但又唔油膩,食完都唔覺滯。成餐飯食落去好有層次,唔係淨係牛扒好食,係每個細節都照顧到。飲品方面我叫咗杯紅酒,配牛扒一流,唔會太澀,反而幾順口。成餐飯食完真係滿足,唔止味道好,服務都幾貼心,侍應會介紹唔同部位嘅牛扒,唔識都唔怕亂叫。More than just steak—surprisingly good all aroundI recently checked out CARNE’S in Sheung Wan and was genuinely impressed. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for winding down after work or catching up with friends over a solid meal.Their dinner is worths to try. Firstly, the starters already show they’re serious about flavor. The tuna ceviche was another win: tangy, fresh, and topped with avocado and onion slices that made it light and refreshing.For mains, the sirloin steak was the highlight. Cooked medium well, it was tender, juicy, and packed with beefy flavor. Slice into it and you’ll see the juices glisten—pure satisfaction. The chimichurri sauce added a punch of garlic and herbs that elevated the whole dish without stealing the spotlight.Even the sides were well thought out. The mashed potatoes were silky smooth, almost buttery but not greasy at all. Every element of the meal felt balanced and intentional, not just a steak with filler sides.I paired it with a glass of red wine, which complemented the steak beautifully—smooth and not too tannic. Service was attentive too; the staff explained the different cuts of beef, so even if you’re not a steak expert, you’ll feel confident ordering.Next time, I’m definitely trying their dulce de leche crepes—saw someone at the next table having it and it looked amazing. 第一次食阿根廷菜味道係比較重味啱晒我呢啲鍾意食重口味嘅嘢嘅人!叫咗個阿根廷辣肉腸 口感好爽脆 味道好惹味!呢個會再encore !另外有一個菜肉批 比較中東味一啲 喜歡中東味嘅食物嘅人一定鍾意重頭戲係牛扒 🥩 牛扒嘅肉質好腍 而且煮得好入味 不過都係比較重口味偏鹹 First time trying Argentinian food! The flavors are quite strong, which is perfect for someone like me who loves strong flavors! I ordered the Argentinian spicy sausage; the texture was so crisp and the flavor was amazing! I'd definitely order that again! They also have a meat and vegetable pie, which is more Middle Eastern in style. People who like Middle Eastern food will definitely love it. Argentine grass-fed beef is known for being low in fat, high in protein, and relatively low in cholesterol. The walls of Carne's are decorated with Argentine flags, football jerseys, and photos of football stars, making you feel as if you're in Argentina. It’s also great that the restaurant offers a weekend set lunch, which includes a starter, main course, side dish, and a drink.Starters:🥣 Pumpkin Soup – The soup was thick and rich with a strong pumpkin flavor.🦈 Ceviche-Style Tuna – The tuna was fatty and delicious, paired with avocado chunks, tangy marinade, and purple onions – a refreshing and tasty combination.Main Courses:🐮🥩 10 oz Ribeye Steak – We ordered it medium-rare. 難得過海,唔係下下都要食一般嘅西餐嘅,上環有間係阿根廷餐廳,聽起嚟夠晒特別There's an Argentine restaurant in Sheung Wan that sounds pretty special平時對阿根廷食乜嘢冇乜概念,就約埋胃民體驗吓I invited my friend to experience it together星期日佢地都有lunch set,有晒前菜、主菜、配菜同汽水This restaurant has a lunch set even Sunday仲有牛油加麵包,好鬆軟好綿that includes an appetizer, a main course, a side dish, a bread with butter體驗夠晒完整,汽水加晒冰凍冰冰,慢慢chill等住上菜and a soft drink前菜先嗌份牛肉餡餅,佢地整到好似巨型嘅煎牛肉餃,切開係香噴噴嘅牛肉,加上脆脆嘅外皮,點秘製辣醬食別具風味For appetizers, beef empanada seems like giant fried beef dumplings—when you cut them open, there's fragrant beef inside with a crispy outer shell. Dipping them in the secret spicy sauce gives them a distinctive flavor另一份就叫南美酸汁醃吞拿魚,係刺身嚟嘅,撈埋洋蔥絲同牛油果肉一齊食,連埋好酸嘅湯汁,非常開胃,啖啖都好清新The other dish was tuna ceviche, which is basically sashimi mixed with shredded onions and avocado, served with very sour broth.
