❥這間西班牙餐廳,外牆裝修充滿了異地風格,內裏裝更見吸引,以藍白色為主調,樓高兩層,牆壁上也掛有多款畫作作裝飾,是休閒的風格。❥西班牙燒乳豬,又稱「Cochinillo」,被視為西班牙國土悠久飲食傳統的縮影。今次跟先生嘗試了西班牙燒乳豬晚餐,先品嚐香醇濃郁的西班牙辣肉腸白豆湯 ᴡʜɪᴛᴇ ʙᴇᴀɴᴀɴᴅ ᴄʜᴏʀɪᴢᴏ sᴏᴜᴘ配上麵包中和濃郁的湯。❥接着是三款頭盤,先是蒜蓉番茄煮青口ᴍᴜssᴇʟs ᴀʟᴀ ᴍᴀʀɪɴᴇʀᴀ ,喜歡味道很入味的青口,沾上香脆麵包,口感很好。而堅果紅椒醬煮雞肉丸 ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ ᴍᴇᴀᴛʙᴀʟʟs,雞肉超嫩滑,最後是煙肉鯷魚羅馬生菜沙律 ɢᴇᴍ ʟᴇᴛᴛᴜᴄᴇ sᴀʟᴀᴅ,雖然鯷魚的味道偏鹹,但是配上生菜和乾火腿,是很配搭的。❥來到晚餐的重頭戲,主角便是被烤至金黃焦脆、皮層鬆脆油亮的燒乳豬,配以蘋果果醬和香醇酒汁,另有烤甘筍,甘筍伴乳酪,很清新。最後以 招牌甜點曼徹格羊奶芝士蛋糕作結,真的是太完美了。現每逢星期二這裏也有西班牙燒乳豬晚餐。還有主廚示範傳統烤乳豬上餐方式。

朋友生日又食好野啦,Calle Ocho 位於銅鑼灣遠遠已見到西班牙風藍白磚,非常之靚。餐廳有二層高,我去果晚,樓上有大班人卡左位慶祝,個FEEL好正,到到都係打卡位唔洗擔心影唔到靚相。全新登場限定餐牌SUCKLING PIG SET每逢週二都會有燒乳豬盛宴DINNER $498/ppSOPAWHITE BEAN AND CHORIZO SOUP西班牙辣肉腸白豆湯有啲似蘿送湯,加入豬肉、番茄、蔥、紅蘿蔔、羽衣甘藍同西班牙香腸等等,味道濃郁而豐富,麵包蘸上湯汁更好吃😋飲落覺得個湯冇咩味精,有種天然青草香。CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH ROMESCO 雞肉丸搭配西班牙傳統醬料醬,口感豐富,肉丸打得紮實多汁,醬則與堅果混合後有少許果仁香同辣味,有種清新輕盈感。MUSSELS A LA MARINERA以番茄醬、蒜和青口熬製而成,湯汁濃郁鮮美,青口每件都飽滿多汁有咬口,滿滿海鮮味,搭上麵包混合後更美味。GEM LETTUCE SALAD羅馬生菜沙律幼嫩,加上培根碎碎、鯷魚同蔥油,生菜清新爽脆又乾淨,紅蔥頭油醋汁有少許甜酸,可平衡味蕾。SLOW COOKED CRISPY SUCKLINGPIG西班牙烤乳豬,搭配蘋果醬同苦艾酒醬汁,乳豬外皮金黃酥脆入口即化,肉質仍保持到嫩滑,蘋果醬微酸讓口感更加豐富,值得一提就係佢哋個紅蘿蔔,配上小茴香乳酪、烤果仁,超香口。MANCHEGO CHEESECAKE用上了西班牙曼徹格羊奶芝士,超濃郁冇諗過內裡流心,好震撼好好食!!!由於非常濃郁,可以細細口慢慢品嘗,享受一個美好晚上。由於慶祝生日職員會即場唱歌同送上蛋糕

老婆大人生日,當然要食好啲,她選址到銅鑼灣吃西班牙菜;餐廳分上下兩層,樓上面積比樓下大了不少,但可能當晚不算太多客人,所以樓上並沒有營業。本打算散叫,但見套餐每人只需$348,已包開胃前菜、西班牙小食、主菜及甜品每樣各二款,價錢超值,最緊要有齊我們打算叫的菜式;不過不知份量會否變小了,所以決定先看看前菜的大小,再決定是否添菜。最後前菜選了「西班牙炸丸子(2粒)」及 「蒜蓉蕃茄煮青口」,小食選了「松露流心煎蛋配薯仔(素)」及「香蒜欖油大蝦」,主菜則選了「烤西班牙乳豬」及「墨汁香辣魷魚焗飯(細)。炸丸子外脆內軟,加上表面放有惹味的西班牙火腿,美味可口;反而期望的青口未見很新鮮,好在配合醬汁都算唔錯。松露流心煎蛋配薯仔(素)~缽仔內看似的焗飯,其實係薯仔製成,口感香脆;加上惹味的松露醬,非常好吃,可惜流心蛋煎得過熟,未夠流心,如不是應該會更好。大蝦爽口彈牙,可惜橄欖油只屬一般貨式,沒有清新的果香,令這味菜變得平平無奇。烤西班牙乳豬~乳豬外皮香脆,肉質細嫩,還帶有少量肥膏,調味適宜,細細件兩個人剛剛好。墨汁香辣魷魚焗飯(細)~魷魚鮮嫰爽彈,黏上墨魚汁的焗飯,口感比較乾身,有少少焦脆的口感,味道不錯,可惜飯粒有點黐底,有點兒浪費。最後上甜品時,伴着侍應圍起一齊唱生日歌,滿滿的幸福感悠然而生;芝士蛋糕味道反而只是一般。部分食物水準還算不錯,而且氣氛很好,一晚已聽到好幾次唱生日歌;套餐價錢比較優惠,值得考慮一下!Calle Ocho(香港)地址: 香港銅鑼灣加寧街8號Fashion Walk 地下K號舖及1樓電話: +852 26388895
