將漢堡包的「包」換成菠蘿包,甜鹹混搭的層次很有驚喜。如果想試下讓人耳目一新的美食就要來到位於中環的 BOLO BOLO。店細細間但都有少量堂食位,亦都見到有不少客人是來買外賣。裝潢以紅色為主色調搭配現代設計,營造出年輕時尚的氛圍。餐牌有預先Set好的推薦組合,也有適合有選擇困難症的是日精選。當然客人也可以按自己口味砌出屬於自己的漢堡包。此外還有特色小食和飲品,雖然是小店但總對很有心思。🍔三粒牛丸餐 (HKD 109)這個餐是沙嗲芝牛堡,漢堡包裝盒的物料看起來是環保材質。另外在上方還貼上吃這個漢堡包的四個步驟 (・ω・)菠蘿包整個比平時吃開的更為脆身,糖層還有微微的焦糖香氣。當中的沙嗲汁都幾獨特,帶有適度的辣度、香氣和牛肉很夾。而牛肉是先慢煮後再煎香,吃落肉質細緻軟嫩,味道很有層次。三粒牛丸是炸的,配搭一包帶辣味的靈魂醬汁。不沾醬時咬開能感受到牛肉汁的濃厚,沾辣來吃則很刺激。而且牛丸的牛肉比例較多,也見到有牛筋,增加了牛丸的嚼勁。🍔是但喇 (HKD 69)今個星期的精選是「芝蛋堡」,超厚身的炒滑蛋+香軟芝士。軟嫩的滑蛋帶有微微的蛋香,加上鹹香的芝士和菠蘿包的甜味,每一口都充滿幸福感,讓人忍不住一口接一口!兩個餐都有配飲品,轉了飲品需要另外+HKD 15。🍍凍Bolo菠蘿啡 & 凍Bolo菠蘿茶店員有提議先喝一口咖啡,是使用哥倫比亞的咖啡豆。會嚐到帶朱古力的味道,喝起來感覺較中等圓潤且不會酸。攪拌菠蘿醬後多了一份清新的甜味,讓咖啡更易入口。第一口的菠蘿茶和茶餐廳檸檬茶一樣有好喝的那種茶澀味。再細味就會品嚐到菠蘿的甜香。另外兩杯都有加入菠蘿乾的喔。最後還買了🍔高蛋白餐 (HKD 84)帶回家吃,外賣包裝得幾好。店員有將黑醋洋蔥醬分開裝,待我拿回家蒸焗後先再加進去。醬汁是有自然酸甜味的意大利黑醋加上焦糖洋蔥,味道相當誘人。配搭嫩滑多汁的大件雞扒和炒滑蛋就是這餐的黑醋蛋雞堡囉。小食是炸鱈魚燒賣,不過外賣回到家吃就不脆身🥹另外飲品是配凍Bolo菠蘿茶。

Bolo bun, aka Pineapple bun (菠蘿包) is referred to that way because it derives its name from the phonetic naming Bolo (菠蘿: probounced “bor lor”) or the literal translation (菠蘿 = pineapple) & bun (包). Wifey found us this Bolo bun place that dishes out some epic looking Bolo bun creations - @bolobolohk 🤗.Tucked away in a lane just off the main strip of LKF in Central, this place creates some towering Bolo bun stacks with your choice of various protein fillings and sauces. For us, we opted to try their Crumbed Fish Fillet with Satay sauce 👌🏻.After a short wait, they brought out our stacked Bolo bun. The top was crunchy (and stayed crunchy throughout the entire time). The fish fillet was piping hot, freshly fried and went well with the satay sauce that was oozing out. It all comes together sooo well 🤤🤤.Don’t be afraid to squish it all down a bit so that you can take that first bite! 之前經過望過一次,覺得好難揀,今次卒之入去試一試。望住個餐牌其實唔係好明白,索性問下個店員推介,叫咗三粒牛丸餐配凍bolo菠蘿啡。嘢食要等一等飲咗個咖啡先,凍菠蘿啡其實即係菠蘿汁加咖啡,唔清楚佢點樣整,但係唔係淨係得糖漿,又唔會太甜,有啲驚喜。牛丸係炸的,正常,冇乜特別。到主角,個包係菠蘿包,中間夾住牛扒,但唔係一大塊,而係切片後嘅牛扒,比想像中容易咬,沙爹醬濃度啱啱好,加埋芝士感覺唔錯,下次可以試加炒蛋。
