今日慶祝生日但係想食得Casual D🎂一直收藏咗呢間法式小餐館🇫🇷位於堅尼地城比較寧靜嘅一區裝潢好Retro有種法式的氣氛🤪菜式都係比較傳統同地道水準不錯好滿意👍🏻特別係甜品都幾有亮點🤩特別慶祝生日服務都好體貼好加分🩷係個Date Night好選擇⭐️ House Made Duck Rilette 🦆鴨肉絲輕輕用香蔥調味配上多士🥯鹹香嘅口味都幾開胃☺️⭐️ Razor Clams 🐚蟶子用香料輕輕快炒🔥鑊氣恰到好處而且肉質新鮮💥口味稍嫌過濃比較偏港式🥹⭐️ Duck Leg Confit, Duck Fat Potatoes 🍗暫時食過最Impressive既油封鴨腿😛一切開酥脆嘅外皮底下帶浸浸油香😚一絲絲嘅鴨肉帶鴨香但係唔會好似臘鴨咁乾憎憎😜 配上鴨油煮過嘅薯仔好邪惡呀🥔⭐️ Bouillabaisse 🥘海鮮嘅份量滿足🌊而且入邊有蝦青口同蟹魚食入口都係鮮甜既🦐可惜湯底口味偏鹹而且太過杰身🙂↕️以呢個價錢嚟講少少失望⭐️ Madeleines with Chocolate Ice Cream 🍰半焦脆嘅外殼咬入去嘅口感係鬆軟🥳食得出係真材實料嘅技巧❤️朋友略嫌偏脆但我覺得啱啱好⭐️ Grand Marnier Souffle 🥃價位稍嫌有少少高但係覺得值回票價🧡技巧做到好好嘅鬆軟同輕盈感☁️配上絲絲嘅橙酒香🍊食完兩個甜品都唔會膩⭐️ Domaine de la Jobeline Macon Village, Chardonnay 🥂好易入口帶有適當嘅葡萄香🍇但係坦白講以呢個價位嚟講唔算特別Impressive🤨

剛好經過西環,咁就試一試呢間餐廳。一邊環境好有格調,亦都好靚,因為唔係太肚餓,所以冇點佢個聖誕餐,à la car 點咗一個牛面肉,超級林生好好味🤤,另外加多一個龍蝦意粉都好正!價錢合理,一定會再次到訪。

一向都喜歡呢一間法式小館,喺舊舖嘅時候已經去過好幾次。最近比較多試新餐廳,及去Restaurant week 嘅餐廳,已經一段時間冇到過這法式小館。最近喺網上見到有啲評論,稱讚這餐廳,於是決定再試吓佢嘅晚餐。 食物依然出色,我同朋友都很喜歡LOBSTER PASTA,亦都十分喜愛配菜薯條。燒豬仔髀亦都入味,但略嫌唔夠嫩滑。會再訪。Lobster pastaCrispy suckling pig & mixed green saladFrench fries

The clams were very fresh (presented in Le Creuset pot) and the soup was so yummy. I saved some sour dough to soak up the soup and also drinking it all up!The roasted threadfin was very nice too. Cooked just right. Love the sauce. For French cooking, the essence is in the sauce!The madeleine was hot from the oven. Even the sun was shining when it’s presented 🌞I prefer eating that as is, rather than pairing it with the chocolate ice cream, as the chocolate flavour was strong and would cover the light orange peel flavour from the madeleine.French songs were playing, while those were R&Bs and rock. I think it’d be better if it’s playing more traditional French music to better fit in with the French bistro environment.
