We also ordered the Linguine to share. It’s more light-tasted than I imagined. The Vermouth taste can be stronger. It’s good portion for two.

But if you come to Bianco & Rosso, the one thing you must order would be the Black Angus Beef Sirloin, I’d say this is their signature and you cannot miss this.

The table sitting next to us wasn’t too satisfied with the food they ordered, and when they’re already having their dessert, this steak was served to our table and I can see their eyes rolling onto our plate


The Marsala sauce goes very well with the sirloin, the texture of the sirloin is so tender. Taste it with the caramelised garlic as well, it would bring up the taste to another level. Very good value for money. The only thing that can be improved would be the hotness of the plate, the steak gets cold pretty quickly, if the plate can be heated for a little bit longer then it would be perfect.

2/5Yellowtail was good, the Oliver oil, sauce, cream. which makes me had higher expectations on the following dishes. Crab cone is alright, just average, no surprise like the yellowtail.House of vermouth? tried two martinis and both taste like super light, just not right. Then from the burrata it all disappointed us. Sour tomato, abit too crunchy as well. Burrata is tasteless….Gnocchi is again leak of seasoning, and crumbly mushy.Long wait for the spring chicken, texture is great! But this one

驚喜真的是一波來了一波又起,以前超怕草莓🍓酱草莓汁,因為好像藥水味,但這個Cheese Cake 簡直顛覆了我對以前的認知! 蛋糕很香,吃下去口感很新鮮,可能是用了輕芝士一點也不膩🤩

我平日其實很少吃意大利菜🇮🇹
今日也是因為想吃牛扒才會來到Bianco&Rosso
沒有點到牛扒,但其他菜式給我的驚喜實在太大
希望下次可以去再試一下他們的牛扒!

Noticed this place when going to Bedu the other day and was instantly mesmerised by the Red decor and the side room with the floor to ceiling window. They claim they were a Mediterranean restaurant, but Lunch was a bit over the place with Italian starters, Went there for lunch, and the deal wasn't bad. 2xx for 3 courses and you get to choose 3 appetisers, definitely good bang for the buck. With the large array of windows, it definitely has a nice vibe when eating there during the day, with good

With the large array of windows, it definitely has a nice vibe when eating there during the day, with good natural lightening. In terms of good, the starters were a hit (as always), but the spaghetti was a bit lacking in terms of ragu consistency and texture. Best thing out of the menu was definitely the Special Strawberry Vanilla Cheesecake with powdered sugar, and I don't even like cheesecake! Food was good, but nothing overly special. But you definitely can't go wrong with the ambience and the pricing.

Would definitely come back for lunch and maybe even try out the dinner menu.

Bianco & Rosso is the newest bar and restaurant located on Gough street. I was tempted by their aesthetic red and white design, so I decided to give it a try. What we ordered: -octopus carpaccio - yellow tail crudo - steak tartare - lobster risotto - whole three yellow chicken - sourdough bread Dessert - signature cheesecake - Italian pear- caramel tart I think everything was basically up to standard, portions were really small tho, they probably design it as tapas, good for pairing with drinks

Bianco & Rosso is the newest bar and restaurant located on Gough street.
I was tempted by their aesthetic red and white design, so I decided to give it a try.

What we ordered:
-octopus carpaccio
- yellow tail crudo
- steak tartare
- lobster risotto
- whole three yellow chicken
- sourdough bread
Dessert
- signature cheesecake
- Italian pear
- caramel tart

I think everything was basically up to standard, portions were really small tho, they probably design it as tapas, good for pairing with drinks .. so we can try more..

The chicken was the best from this meal, very flavourful and juicy with crispy skin, it would be perfect for me if it comes with rice or some carbs like other restos do.. but the chicken itself was great, and the price is really affordable too, $698 only.

The cheesecake was of the highlight besides the chicken, this was so good, I personally love it so much.

Overall, I think food was not bad at reasonable price , staffs were friendly, with such great environment and ambiance, I think this place is worth trying.

Around $800 pp (4 pax, including 3 bottle of wine)

All the foods that I order are under standards. Bread is not even warm. After I told them to heat it up in kitchen , still not hot. The Skinless Fish fillet with bone & scale. Lobster risotto like a soup & fishy. come on! The only ok dishes is just a normal grill pork. Really just a piece of meat on the plate. In here no any plating is fine , in this small menu the chef and the kitchen team should be do it great! Please take care about the food quality and the details.I never expect that experie

very odd bar service... refused to use my preferred gin for negroni even though each drink is freshly made!3 dishes we wanted to order were not available. so we ended up ordering 3 appetizers and a spaghetti. Very salty dishes overall.the restaurant was not too busy on a Friday night but we were still told that we only had 1hr 45min to finish the meal.

Heard so many good things about Bianco and Rosso. Mostly impress by the concept of House of Vermouth by mixologist Luca Andrei. Love the interior design especially the ceiling. Posh and very European. Went with few friends for a casual lunch on a weekday. They only show us the set lunch menu and the drink menu. Set menu is simple. Lovely Burrata! But didn’t mention clear enough this is actually a portion for 2 guests sharing. The lady served us 2 plates and said “Here’s 2 portions”. So we wondered if she meant these 2 plates were 2 portions only? Or this 1 plate was 2 portions. Anyway, we figured it out later.


Also, we had picked anchovy. When it’s served, we only saw it’s a plate of peppers. We thought maybe the anchovy were underneath. Funny thing was, someone came over and took the plate away as he explained they forgot to put anchovy LOL

Very easy to drink. This Italian vermouth is not bold like a traditional vermouth. Easy one mixing with soda and lemon.

The French Spritz - Lillet, cucumber and celery essence carbonated, prosecco
Crisp and light. Cucumber and celery tastes very summer. Another very easy to drink cocktail.


Actually wanted to try the Tomato Spritz, but the lady simply told me “It’s sold out.” It’s hard to believe a cocktail can be “sold out”. And also it’s sold out at 2pm. I wonder if some ingredients are not available instead. Anyway, I didn’t dig into this issue.


They did inform us the last order time and checked if we needed to order dessert. But didn’t expect the bar was going to be closed as well. Was about to try one more cocktail but they sent us the bill before we asked for it. A bit surprised and disappointed.


Another funny story, they didn’t place our four set lunch in the bill by mistake.


Overall, cocktail is great! Food is good but nothing wow! Staffs are friendly but you can feel they are not super ready. Operation and service definitely need an improvement in order to shine among many new restaurants in Hong Kong. Will definitely try to visit again for dinner for a more complex menu.
