因為我自己唔係好食得辣,所以入餐廳坐低之前特登問咗職員有冇啲唔辣,又或者唔係太辣嘅嘢,然後佢介紹咗butter chicken 俾我,我喺佢幫我落單之前再Double confirm多一次辣度,佢同我講話呢隻咖喱係帶甜味,小朋友都食到。如是者,碟咖喱嚟到之後,我一試第一啖已經知個職員呃我,因為我平時係可以食到湘菜嘅辣度,但係呢一碟我都辣到標眼水,但係冇辦法嘅情況之下只可以盡力食,最後我成碟咖喱淨係食咗一嚿雞,已經頂唔順,我仲要一路飲住凍飲再加水,都係搞唔掂。但係作為一個客人,我都係正常咁樣埋單俾錢,好彩咁啱今日早餐食得飽,所以唔會太肚餓。埋單312蚊,我俾完錢之後,都忍唔住好有禮貌咁樣同個職員反映返,其實如果客人問得有幾辣嘅話,其實代表佢有concern,個侍應絕對唔應該因為想做生意就呃個客,我都有同佢表達返,如果係一家大細嚟食嘅話,佢咁樣去呃啲客人,可能會搞到個小朋友冇得食,本身講完之後我都諗住直接離開,點知個職員用一個極度不肖同埋冇禮貌嘅態度去應我:「do you think this is spicy? That’s not spicy at all!」講真我都明白咖喱本身係辣嘅,但係絕對有唔同程度嘅辣,而佢作為餐飲服務業,收三百幾蚊絕對應該提供返相應嘅服務。 繼續閱讀

📍 Bengal Brothers (灣仔)灣仔莊士敦道6號文熙大廈地下D號舖Bengal brothers喺灣仔已經有幾年嘅時間,佢哋初頭以外賣起家,慢慢做到依家有堂食嘅位置。嚟自印度嘅創辦人希望令大家品嚐到最正宗嘅印度street food味道🇮🇳因此無融合其他國家嘅味道,同一般印度fusion菜唔同~前菜部分我地試咗「Prince’s Papri Chaat」、「Lays Keema Masala」同complimentary嘅「Poppadoms & Chutney」,Poppadoms薄脆有少少蝦片嘅味道,配上🥭chutney係一個好light嘅前菜🥰 Lays用上Lays嘅India’s Magic Masala做底,加上羊肉醬、青瓜等等,好惹味🤩!Chaat食落好似有好多料嘅yogurt咁,入邊亦有啲crackers增加口感😆主菜就試咗「Chicken Tikka Deluxe」、「Smoked Butter Chicken」同「Chettinad-Style Lamb Curry」🥘。當中覺得chicken tikka deluxe最特別,咖哩香辣,比起butter chicken更惹味,同時雞肉都好嫩滑,推薦✨另外搭配嘅兩款paratha (plain/ garlic) 都好好食🥰整體食物不錯😋佢地嘅pop song playlist令氣氛好好🥳好適合同朋友一齊嚟friday night或者睇波😆💰人均~$250 😋總評分: 7/10   #foodlab灣仔 繼續閱讀

Went for happy hour which they recently launched from Monday to Friday 5-7 pm and enjoyed some good variety of craft beers. We stayed for dinner afterwards and shared plates. The jackfruit biryani, sweet potato Chaat 2.0 and beetroot chops were amazing. Paid $300 per person with drinks. Great value. The place is small but we really loved the vibe and great music, just like eating in a canteen in India! Most importantly staff was very friendly and professional, will be back soon. 繼續閱讀

Not sure what happened. We went a few times before they closed for renovation, and the food was delightful! We went back over the weekend for Dine-In as a late lunch. 1) Prices are higher (paying for the new decor I suppose). 2) Only one Server on duty despite having patrons at every available chair/table 3) The food was sooo spicey this time that all I could taste was an over-powering “burn”. So disappointing. I took home my leftovers, and mixed up Mint sauce with plain Greek yogurt and poured that on top. It made the leftovers palatable. We won’t go back. 繼續閱讀
