Originally planned to have cold steamed noodles from Twins Liangpi in BaseHall with my colleagues for lunch. However, upon arrival, we discovered that it had closed down and was replaced with this cart nooldes shop, so I decided to give it a try..I ordered Noodles with 3 Toppings (HKD60). I chose Rice Noodles as the soup base, with Prime Pork Liver, Homemade Pork & Chive Dumplings and Spicy Pig Blood Curd as my toppings, and got Special Chili Sauce for the sauce. Perhaps due to it being their first day of operation, things seemed a bit chaotic, and it appeared that someone mistakenly took away my order, resulting in a significant wait. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me an extra topping, and I chose Braised Pork Intestine. To be honest, I was slightly disappointed with the food. I recalled that when I visited their Causeway Branch, the toppings were substantial. However, the portion of liver I received that day was small and not as satisfying. The pig blood curd lacked the savory flavor I remembered from previous experiences.
