Great Spanish restaurant!All dishes were delectable, the pigeon and foie gras paella was impressive and it is the best paella I have ever had in Hong Kong!The Torija was another highlight! perfect texture and not oily at all.Highly recommended!

New tapas bar with excellent service 👍🏻 But food is average .Must try blackink pealla 😻But I will go for fish next time!!!And they offer free sherry shot after dinner!!Really like the atmosphere there!!!

前陣子小學同學約飯聚，其一位近年開始成為美食detector，熱烈地推介開店不久的Barbar。打開IG PAGE，發現原來是PICA PICA 的姊妹店，食物會帶質素無誤，但格調再親民點。 又碰巧遇上打風，剩下我與detector，仍然成行！秉持西班牙文化，店員都很親切熱情地介紹餐單酒單。 菜單非常friendly,  少人食飯仍然有很多選擇Tapas (我們所選的都是by pc)- Oyster, tomato, water, basil oil生蠔十分新鮮，而tomato water & basil oil 有帶出鮮味及點晴的作用- Ibericao ham croquettes & Bacolao croquettes由pica pica 帶來的傳統tapas 炸薯波波 ，味道不容置疑-   Garlician octopus on potato “al calciu”與友人一致舉手認為很很很好吃的前菜，選用加利西亞八爪魚，煮得彈牙之餘，也很易咀嚼！ 八爪魚下以薯蓉配搭，味道相容而不膩。- Pigeon & Foie Gras Paella $145 (+$75)菜單上Pael

Great atmosphere and food. This soft opening restaurant locate on ship street, near an popular Spanish restaurant. It’s definitely a new hidden gem. The most surprising dish I had was the potato salad and pigeon rice with foie gras. The potato salad with a bit savory crab meat / roe taste. That’s reli surprised me with simple presentation. Anchovies with tomato & olive oil is also great. A bit soury with fresh tomato and Oliver oil… Yum!Forgot to take pictures for all food…. Wine range is reason
