去過都唔小次啦！今日約左老朋友lunch 約TST就一想起來這裡因為佢地set lunch 堅抵地方環境食物都ok $118我叫左steak (其實我每次都食呢個）水準keep 都、但size 比以前細Anyway , 咁個價錢就好超值有湯、沙律、主菜、甜品or coffee /tea值得keep 住嚟

第三次黎食lunch...有4個course呢日有紅蘿蔔湯，很creamy、有salad兩款揀，今次唔揀cesar salad, 點了西班牙salad，好多好fresh既菜加橄欖油及黑醋，仲有一大篤吞拿魚……主菜叫大過手掌既rib eye steak....很香牛扒味，不需要任何sauce，只需幾粒鹽已調出牛扒香味，5成熟，不會勁流血，肉質又唔會過生，仲非常juicy.....伴碟既蔬菜都煎得好好味最後，餐飲或甜品我揀了甜品，有很重肉桂味焗兩片蘋果，加一球雲呢拿雪糕非常完美的lunch

When thinking of a good Italian place to head in to in Hong Kong, Al Dente in TST remains one of the firm favourites. The food here is delicious, and I particularly commend the great deals for Set Lunches and Dinner The food is seasoned wonderfully and each dish packs a punch for its flavour: in particular their pastas and starter courses! went there past Sunday around 1230 noon.surprisingly the menu of set lunch is exactly same price as weekday lunch price. happily ordered my food.I noticed that they have changed all waitresses as I went on December the service was terrible. the food as usual very good and all waitresses with smiling face this time at least understand English pretty well.very satisfied with five courses meal at reasonable price,delicious indeed.I will go back again soon.

We called to make reservation  3 days in advance. They only had us a bar table by the door.Next table was loud and noise, and people were smoking cigarettes right outside by the main entrance.That young local Chinese waiter with glasses came to clean up our table in the middle WHILE we were taking pictures, even brought new customers to our table before we finished the dinner. What a terrible dinner experience at this restaurant. And that waiter should be fired.

我今晚訂左份外賣煙肉白汁意大利粉，送到來D白汁起晒一垢垢，嗰粉食一啖發覺無味！痴孖筋，仲要我自己去換！實在實在太過份，根本就係黑心🖤食市，奉勸各位朋友唔好幫襯！

My friend loves pasta a lot. There are a few Italian restaurants famous for their pasta dishes, but prices also vary a lot. After a thorough research, I picked Al Dente as the restaurant for celebrating his birthday this year. 與友人相約，想食意大利餐，所以就在一間位於尖沙咀的意大利餐廳訂了位。餐廳名字的意思是彈牙，位處一條很旺的街尾的地下。我們從一度小門進入，原來旁邊還有一度較大的酒吧門口，外面也有兩張小桌可供喜歡坐在外面自然環境的客人飲酒。我們準時到達，餐廳亦隨即給我們位置，是坐在餐廳的中間，酒吧前面。侍應多數都是外籍人士，不過現今在尖沙咀、中環、灣仔及銅鑼灣都會不難見到這種情況。我們一共叫了兩個套餐再加兩個意粉。先來的是兩個套餐的頭盤──凱撒沙律與焗青口。沙律以羅馬生菜為主，配以凱撒沙律醬，還有兩片煙三文魚及一些巴馬火腿碎及烤麵包粒。生菜新鮮，襯托出煙三文魚及巴馬火腿碎的鹹鮮味。焗青口則以蒜汁配以巴馬火腿碎及意大利白乾酪，上放一片烘麵包及檸檬，蒜汁配焗青口，實在是中西式皆宜。再來的是主菜的燒肉眼扒併大蝦及羊扒，大家一齊分享就可以吃多些不同的款式。燒肉眼扒份量不算多，配蘑菇汁伴以一些蔬菜及薯條，不及那香氣撲鼻,肉質爽甜的烤大蝦來得吸引。羊扒選用紐西蘭羊仔，肉質嫩滑，伴以一些烤菜及薯蓉，再加上薄荷汁，味道不錯，是全個晚餐的首選，值得推介。另加的兩個意粉，一個是牛肉意大利闊麵配以羅馬芝士及蕃茄羅勒汁，上放好些

問過朋友有D咩西餐好食朋友就介紹咗呢間位於尖沙咀既西餐廳啦朋友話D有情調咁咁我就一早打定去預約啦去到環境都唔錯呀可能因為我地食好早啦食六點幾其實所以間野未係有人 咁我地係坐咗窗口位我地只係點左一個晚餐 大蝦肉眼扒另外再點一左個香草蒜意粉佢地好好其實我地只係點咗一個餐佢話將個餐湯分咗一半比我地 我地一人一碗既之後先黎個意粉既我同友人係SHARE黎食個意粉幾好 唔太油膩我覺得唔錯之後黎塊扒個賣相我覺得非常之好我點既係七成熟塊扒係好好食有肉味 好咬感最後甜品麻麻唔食仲好總體黎講一間我覺得值得比高分既食肆黎

I've been to all the Al Dente outlets, especially the long standing restaurant in Mid-Levels and have always liked the portion size and quality of the food. Unfortunately a restaurant is only as good as your last experience! 同閨蜜食LUNCH, 她選的這家AL DENTE平日下午，餐廳好清靜好悠閒食物同環境都不錯，性價比高選了SET LUNCHSeafood PaellaLamb FilletTiramisu with vanilla ice cream

約絲打晉餐，由她引路吃意大利麵。魚子醬牛油果煙三文魚沙律以沙律菜、蕃茄以及牛油果墊底，最頂放數小片煙三文魚和魚子醬，沙律汁酸酸的有點酒香，清新怡人。白酒香草焗青口香草下不夠，整碟菜無論是汁或是青口皆份量不多，白酒汁未足以蘸點兩塊厚多士。雙蝦天使幼麵配龍蝦汁的雙蝦是指龍蝦和大蝦。不管龍蝦還是大蝦，俱爽口非凡，蝦味十足，最特別的是那非一般的龍蝦汁，並不是見慣橙橙紅紅的，因為加入了忌廉，奶滑得來又滿是龍蝦的香氣，趁天使麵是個絕配。這裡的麵做得不差，一試愛上。

好耐無同男朋友拍拖～呢日雖然過左５２０。係５２１當後補啦我地係酒吧個門口入，侍應會問你想坐邊，食飯定飲野？咁我地係晚餐，所以去番晚餐果邊坐～入到去只有幾檯客，好靜，氣氛好好～！坐低侍應會問你飲咩水呀，飲咩呀，同放低ｄ麵包先。程序上都其他西餐都差唔多～檯有個小蠟燭（係真嫁，唔係其他果Ｄ蠟燭型燈）加分加分叫左男朋友最鍾意cesar salad again～麵包同煙肉碎好脆，芝士片都好濃味，正！不過呢碟野有pat好似係魚既醬。。好鹹同有Ｄ腥。。青口好味～好開胃，蒜又夠香，個汁係酸酸地的～最後叫左天使麵！男朋友話好似煮耐左１分鐘　我就覺得ＯＫ，仲係好　Al dente borrrr ～** 是日餐酒係prosecco (無記錯仲係happy hour時間,又係買一送一!)

今日同老公去食set lunch, 一人一個set. 我哋由沙律食到甜品,好飽先至每位108+1。appetizer: Caesar salad/ salmon saladmain: sirloin steak, mediumdessert: tiramisu+ ice creamcoffee: expresso+ milk一直有食開Al Dente, 今時今日茶記都40-50蚊一位，108+1有4 course meal 真係超值! 仲要個steak真係唔錯，recommended!

環境好好。。今晚。。夜吃飯。。到來已930pm。。。。人不多。。一進來坐下。。。先上包有四塊。熱ga。。。唔錯。。有牛油味。。。不過有點油。。頭盤磨茹。。。。好味道。。有fresh 的蕃茄。。磨茹。。。咬落有汁。。加上芝士。好香。。。寬條面。。。熱辣辣又滿哂芝士。。一上台已好想食。。。面好軟身。蕃茄汁咸甜剛好。配上肉碎和rocket菜。口感一流最後菠菜面。。。我覺得一般般。。可能覺得味道有點啖。但老公中意。味道好清。。好creamy
