每次FD來香港玩,如果想試試香港點心,一定會推薦哩間龍點心。店鋪不止裝修得好靚,仲把點心同創意玩得好好,每次FD食完都讚不絕口。冬陰功小籠包,呢款小籠包一籠四隻,皮薄得透晒光。一啖咬落去,酸辣嘅冬陰功湯即刻爆出,香茅同豬肉balance得好好,估唔到泰式同小籠包都好夾。金牌脆皮乳鴿王,乳鴿一切二,送上臺仲熱笠笠。乳鴿皮做到好脆似層紙,撕開鴿皮,裡面肉汁暴曬出來。食落鴿胸肉嫩滑唔柴,鴿皮薄如蟬翼,一隻完全唔夠喉。港原味2.0燒賣拼盤,用一個籠屜裝埋6只唔同味道嘅燒賣,啱曬每款都想試下啲FD。香辣雞軟骨燒賣香辣惹味,芫荽馬蹄燒賣爽口彈牙,最絕啲係蘇薑馬友鹹魚燒賣,入口真係好重鹹魚香味,估唔到燒賣都可以玩出更多花樣。三寶套餐,超級抵食嘅套餐組合,選擇仲好豐富。南北杏菜膽燉豬肺,燉湯清澈見底,飲落先系白菜膽嘅清甜,然後南北杏獨特嘅堅果幽香先至浮現。豬肺處理得極乾淨,咬落似海綿咁吸滿湯精華,無半點腥氣,飲完全身都暖咗。欖角醬蒸排骨,排骨揀咗一字排部位,肥瘦均勻,用欖角醬慢火蒸到排骨好入味。食落排骨肉質軟嫩,墊底嘅芋頭嗦曬肉汁同醬香,粉嫩軟糯。酸菜肉絲雞湯面,湯底用咗老火雞湯,再落入酸菜肉絲調味。飲落先系老火雞湯嘅醇厚,跟住酸菜嘅鹹酸慢慢滲出。麵條軟硬適中,掛湯力強,嗦一啖暖到入胃,令人食到停唔落口。宮廷桂花糕,個甜品好靚,晶瑩透亮好似玫瑰花。半透明嘅糕體睇到入面星星點點嘅金桂,未食已經聞到桂花蜜嘅清雅花香。入口清甜唔膩,玫瑰香濃又帶出淡淡金桂香味,超好食。抹茶豆腐布丁,又係一款創新甜品,日式抹茶撞中式豆腐竟然零違和。布丁質地幼滑入口即化,面頭抹茶入口甘醇同布丁好夾,作為收尾黎講好圓滿。查看更多

今次去到一間走傳統加新派創意點心專門店〔龍點心〕,店內裝潢時尚,以橙色同湖水綠色為主,用色大膽鮮明,有不少梳化卡位,餐廳內有四十多款特色點心,蒸品類、主食、炸物、腸粉、甜點及甜品等,適合朋友聚會或家庭聚餐。除咗點心之外,原來近門口位置,有不少香港特色手信賣,感覺很有香港特色。【一龍大滿足】(HK$72)一籠內包含六種不同風味的點心,色彩繽紛很吸引,每款都有自己特色,中式餃創意十足又打卡。〔鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣〕有爆汁的流沙鹹蛋,很特別。〔酸菜魚鳳眼餃〕有酸菜魚的味道,微微酸辣很有新意。〔蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃〕菠菜較特出,加了蟹籽很有口感。〔筍尖蝦餃皇〕大大舊蝦肉很爽彈。〔松露野菌晶瑩餃〕餃薄皮很晶瑩,野菌菇味濃郁。〔斑蘭麻蓉桃子〕 淡淡的斑蘭味道,不會太甜。【龍炸拼】(HK$78)〔一口鹹水角〕〔大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷〕〔蘿蔔絲酥〕〔龍芋酥〕可以一次過品嚐四款招牌炸物,炸物鬆脆不油膩,我就最喜歡〔一口鹹水角〕。〔一口鹹水角〕雙色鹹水角炸得香口,外表圓碌碌新鮮熱辣辣。〔大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷〕魷魚肉彈牙有獨特的鹹香蝦醬味。〔蘿蔔絲酥〕一層層分明的酥脆皮,絲絲蘿蔔酥脆不油膩。〔龍芋酥〕大大舊芋頭蓉,有叉燒餡料,十分足料。【翠翡響鈴腸粉】(HK$48)綠色腸粉很吸睛,腸粉外皮很薄很滑,而且光澤感十足,響鈴餡料有很脆口口感,蘸點醬油更提升風味。【陳皮醬龍躉球蒸陳村粉】(HK$68)陳皮醬集中放在龍躉肉上,龍躉厚肉,加上煙煙靭靭的陳村粉,口感及味道都很不錯。【超值價紅燒乳鴿】(HK$32.8)熱門菜式可以說是超值價的紅燒乳鴿,熱辣辣外皮炸得脆卜卜,保持到有肉汁,仲有青檸可以提味,還有非常貼心的即棄手套提供。另收【茶位】(@HK$12)查看更多

Visited this cute Chinese resto in Causeway Bay with my colleagues for lunch, since one of them was craving dim sum..We ordered the following dishes to share:-Deep-fried Dumpling with Pork Filling & Eggplant (HKD38)The orange and green dumplings looked like ping pongs. The crackers at the bottom added textures to the dish. -Shrimp Toast (HKD56)Topped with shrimp, the toast was hotly-served and not too greasy. -Shredded Radish Puff (HKD42)The radish puff was crispy with a generous amount of succulent radish inside. It was quite mouthful. -Handmade Asparagus Sauce Quicksand Bun (HKD38)The bun featured their mascot's face on it, making them look adorable. Its interior was filled with asparagus sauce, which overflowed when squeezed. The sweetness was just right. -Shrimp Dumpling with Bamboo Shoot (HKD43)The freshness of the bamboo shoot complemented the sweetness of the shrimp, pairing well with the thin skin. -Traditional Siu Mai (HKD40) Although it appeared slightly small, it was quite meaty.-Tai O Shrimp Paste Cuttlefish Siu Mai (HKD40)The Tai O shrimp paste added umami to the siu mai, and the cuttlefish made it chewy. -Coriander & Water Chestnut Siu Mai (HKD42)I didnt try this, but my colleagues mentioned that the coriander flavour was strong and appreciated it. -Steamed Rice Roll with Salt & Pepper Fried Bean-curd Roll (HKD48)Not particularly memorable. -Steamed Rice Roll with Thick BBQ Pork (HKD49)The BBQ pork, though meaty, was slightly tough. The skin of the rice roll was thin. -Morel Mushroom Beef Ball (HKD46)The beef ball was juicy and tender, but we didnt really like how it was paired with morel on top and green peas at the bottom. Seemed not really fit well with each other. -Deep-fried Pigeon (HKD78)The pigeon had crispy skin and its meat juice was locked in. Squeezing some lime juice on it enhanced its savoury. -Chicken Congee with Cordyceps (HKD58)The congee was smooth and rich, esp after absorbing the essence of the chicken. The chicken was silky, and the cordyceps made the congee healthier to enjoy.-Steamed Chencun Noodles with Beef Brisket (HKD68)The beef brisket was tender and aromatic, complemented the chencun noodles nicely. -Panda Grass JellyPaired with a cute panda marshmallow, the grass jelly was a refreshing and cool dessert for summer. The panda marshmallow was hard to bite though. .The resto specialises in creating new-style dim sums, making it different from traditional dim sum resto. Their dim sums offerings are full of creative ideas..The resto is quite spacious with comfortable seatings. It has a colour scheme of green and red with cute decorations. 餐牌有好多創意點心,好適合鐘意新鮮感嘅朋友,好想全部都試吓。💯一籠大滿足 酸菜魚鳳眼餃:真係食到酸菜魚嘅味道,撈埋蝦肉一齊,微微嘅酸酸辣辣,有新意又好味。蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃:蟹粉係甜味,加埋d 魚子一齊增加口感,唔錯。筍尖蝦餃皇:蝦肉爽彈鮮甜,唔錯。松露野菌晶瑩餃:菇味濃郁,但係就唔係黑松露味,不過都好味。豌豆桃子餃: 有淡淡的斑蘭蓉嘅味道,但質地太硬實。🤔鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣:墨魚好彈牙,但係鹹蛋黃味道唔突出,一般。星加坡黑胡椒蟹燒賣 $46賣相唔係好靚。黑椒汁少少酸酸辣辣地,唔鍾意個酸味。燒賣肉質結實,帶胡椒味。呢個我個人覺得普通,唔推介。口水汁龍利魚腸粉 腸粉嘅外皮薄得來又有啲煙靭嘅口感,口水汁少少辣但又唔會好霸道,唔錯。:)香辣雞軟骨燒賣 好大粒嘅雞軟骨,提供粒粒嘅口感,帶非常非常輕微嘅麻辣味道。馬拉小籠包  馬拉味道就係若隱若現嘅肉骨茶醬油味道,淡淡地,有新鮮感得來又夾到,唔錯。🤔厚切叉燒腸粉 叉燒真係比平時食到嘅叉燒腸厚d ,叉燒唔算太肥,質感堅硬。如果叉燒肥返啲會好味d,而家口感太硬實。👌🏼熊貓涼粉:熊貓造型好得意,糖水唔會太甜。熊貓造型係一個好硬唔係幾食得嘅棉花糖。💯桂花糕造型好靚!味道帶有桂花香味,視覺享受得來又好味。查看更多
