I’m really not overly fond of their usual ramen, cos their noodles has that strong metallic alkaline taste which I don’t really heart😅but I kinda dig their special ramen😋Unlike their usual ramen, the broth of their special is less aggressive and the sakura shrimp enhanced the sweetness of the broth😋the soft boiled egg was also pretty lovely and I’m not sure if they have changed their noodles, it tasted less metallic. As for their chashu, it’s a tad overcooked for my liking but I do find their wonton quite interesting, the filling was quite tender and yummy but the wrapper was a little soggy compared to Chinese wonton, not sure if that’s normal as I’ve never tried Japanese wonton. 餐廳職員熱情,非常樂意介紹同推薦餐點,仲會一直留意客人情況,檯面水壺無水會立即補水,會問客人要唔要圍裙。環境衛生,座位舒適,6人用餐都無問題。餐點方面選擇唔多但已經足夠,以上圖是精選醬油拉麵,湯底具濃郁的醬油風味,不顯油膩,隱約還能品嚐到魚高湯熬煮既鮮甜,飲起來滿足又不過於厚重,尾段仲有淡淡既清新柚子香氣,十分特別。拉麵彈性十足,煮得恰到好處,吸附埋湯汁既精華,每一口都充滿層次感。配料方面,叉燒肉切片軟嫩得黎又多汁,帶點微微的炭烤香氣,同湯底好夾。半熟溏心蛋同紫菜片更是亮點,蛋黃濃郁流淌,紫菜片香口。醬油拉麵整體完成度好高,但挑剔位都唔係無,整碗拉麵既份量對於男士來講稍顯不足,尤其是拉麵和叉燒肉的數量或許可以再多一些。此外,湯底雖然美味,但對於喜歡重口味的食客來說,可能會覺得稍嫌清淡,可以考慮提供不同濃度的選擇。…查看更多
