We came to North Point on a Thursday, while the area was quite busy but this noodle restaurant was not busy at all. Our table was next to the chefs ramen open kitchen so we were able to see the chef prepare the ramen in an attentive manner, the bowl itself has been heated hot before serving, this just goes to show how carefully the ramen was crafted. 白虎同埋黑虎低溫叉燒拉麵,湯底味道濃郁,加入黑蒜有一種獨特嘅味道同埋層次感!叉燒半肥瘦好有咬口!糖心蛋亦恰到好處!五花豚肉溫泉蛋丼都香口!唯獨覺得餃子就真係一般!價錢北角嚟講算平!service 都ok
