銅鑼灣美食集中地燈籠街原來有間港式粉麵🍜 雖然呢條街有幾間麵店 但係佢嘅定位都幾唔同‼️ 呢度將港式粉麵提升咗好多✨ 飲到雞白湯 又用香港老字號永樂同雙喜嘅粉麵🇭🇰❣️咩都有麵 $78個名簡單直接 有雲吞 墨丸 牛丸 魚蛋 貢丸 牛腩💦 咩都有啲好豐富🔥慢煮牛腩係自家炆 仲可以揀肥啲瘦啲 肉味濃唔柴🐄 招牌櫻花蝦雲吞自己新鮮包 皮薄餡靚成粒乒乓波🦐魚蛋同魚片都有 好彈牙🐟 另外墨丸我念念不忘 新鮮到食到墨魚粒嘅膠質🦑麵底揀咗幼麵 配上大地魚雞白湯 湯底有平時粉麵店兩倍濃郁但唔咸💕真係清淡得來又好食 仲可以加啲辣菜脯或者辣油變化下🤌🏻🤪❣️秘制慢煮牛腩拼牛筋 金錢肚 撈麵 $96撈麵仲另外有碗湯 招牌雞白湯感覺到熬咗好耐 擺咗一陣面頭有啲膠質💦 唔似係日本拉麵嗰種雞白湯比較中式 有啲蜜棗嘅甜味又唔會有肉臭味🐓呢個價錢雖然貴啲但係反映咗係肉量🐄🐄🐄真係俾咗超級多料‼️牛筋係超級軟腍入晒味甜甜地 冇牙婆都食得超好食‼️呢碟嘅牛腩仲靚 肉質再結實啲 加上醬油肉味濃到一瞬間以為食緊嘢野味🤣金錢肚好靚仔 處理得乾淨 爽口彈牙又入味🌟❣️時令油菜-菜心苗 $22鍾意佢蠔油分開上可以食得健康啲🙂↔️🥬條菜本身已經好甜零渣 就咁食都好滿足😗❣️壹品豆漿 $12❣️冷萃烏龍茶 $15壹品豆漿依家咁好飲的嗎?飲落同新鮮豆漿冇分別 甜度係啱啱好🤓 第二度見到都可以試吓🤩

🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 銅鑼灣|Min Gaa 麵家New noodle place alert! This restaurant may look like the other noodle 🍜 place but what’s so special about it is their unique broth that is used for the noodle! It takes over 8️⃣ hours to make their wonton noodle broth! Look at the gigantic shrimp inside! 🦐•𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚 & 𝐊𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚They are good beverages but to be honest, I prefer drinking the broth of the noodle more than the drinks since with 8 hours of making, you can taste how rich the flavours are! 😍

麵家嘅環境好舒適,服務員態度和藹親切!我鐘意佢哋嘅乾麵選用近半世紀歷史的”永樂粉麵廠”,而河粉係超過70年的”雙喜”,絕對係香港制造,香港🇭🇰口味!我同朋友的都叫咗無味精嘅濃厚雞白湯,慢煮熬製超過八個小時,湯頭真係美味十足,真係湯底都唔好放過!我叫咗碗咩都有麵,選取蝦籽麵,入面有雲吞、墨丸、牛丸、魚蛋、牛腩、貢丸,本人最愛佢嘅墨魚丸,真係鮮味爽口而且好彈牙。我朋友叫咗招牌師傅親手包嘅櫻花蝦雲吞拼墨丸和魚蛋,選取幼麵,雲吞大大粒,而且有櫻花蝦嘅鮮味包你食過返尋味。時令油菜係菜心苗,好嫩有光澤而家Follow 社交平台贈送香脆魚皮呀,大家唔好錯過啦

銅鑼灣登龍街呢間雞白湯粉麵,麵底係採用香港製造嘅永樂同雙喜製麵廠。招牌櫻花蝦雲吞拼牛腩$65第一碗就揀左大地魚雞白湯招牌櫻花蝦雲吞拼牛腩,櫻花蝦雲吞好大嚿,咬落多汁啖啖肉。大地魚雞白湯同雞白湯相比,多左層魚味,飲落鮮甜。枱面仲有菜脯任加。火辣紫薯咖喱三拼撈麵$106另外揀左佢嘅限定紫薯咖喱撈麵,呢個撈麵咖喱汁同出面嘅好唔同,混合咗紫薯喺入邊。食落甜中帶香辣。搭配埋牛味濃郁嘅牛腩、牛筋同牛丸。而蝦子麵係用本地永樂粉麵廠!撈麵唔乾,推薦大家可以揀蝦子麵。撈麵仲會送埋雞白湯,仲可以添飲,充滿骨膠原。

麵家價錢: $48/ $48好味程度: 3.7/5服務🍴: 3.7/5環境🗾: 3.7/5性價比🥢: 3.7/5回頭率😚: 3.7/5-位於登龍街的麵家,係新式d的餛吞麵店,湯底特別用雞白湯熬製,同平時嘅就咁大地魚湯唔同。麵條又揀選香港本地出品嘅永樂麵家同埋雙喜,誠意十足。-✅招牌櫻花蝦雲吞麵。湯底主打雞白湯,飲落去感覺清爽,味道偏甜,有別於平時大地魚嘅鹹鮮味,呢款係容易可以飲晒嘅湯底👏🏻麵條雖然用上本地品牌,但當日叫咗嘅幼麵比粗麵出色,幼麵尚算爽口,鹼水程度可以接受。但粗麵就比較軟同一pat pat,可能只起咗一段時間,有人叫嘅時候再加湯落去導致知口感冇幼麵咁好🥲-成碗最出色嘅一定係雲吞!大粒!有平時雲吞的1.5倍!皮薄,做到金魚尾的收尾,證明包得唔錯。咬開入面見到原隻蝦好有驚喜🤩加上豬肉餡料都有落到櫻花蝦同埋蝦子,成粒雲吞好濃先,好食🤤-✅牛肚麵。佢哋呢度係有分牛肚同埋金錢肚,今次傻豬揀咗牛肚🙂↕️牛肚比較腍身,不過入味嘅程度會比金錢肚更高。金錢肚就比較爽彈,呢隻草肚味道正常,口感差啲。呢款牛肚麵嘅湯底都係同雲吞麵一樣。-去開嗰頭想食啲傳統嘅麵,呢間都可以回頭,不過下次就可以試吓撈麵,同埋記得揀幼麵😌
