🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 銅鑼灣|Min Gaa 麵家New noodle place alert! This restaurant may look like the other noodle 🍜 place but what’s so special about it is their unique broth that is used for the noodle! It takes over 8️⃣ hours to make their wonton noodle broth! Even the wonton are made by themselves everyday to ensure the quality and freshness! 😆Here are some noodles that I tried:•𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The beef brisket 🥩 is perfect in terms of texture and I love the broth a lot! You can even drink it all without finding it too salty since they didn’t add any additives inside! 😋•𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The stirred noodles can further bring out the broth flavour, which is even more refreshing than the chicken soup! 🍜 The wonton is huge with so many stuffings! Look at the gigantic shrimp inside! 🦐•𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚 & 𝐊𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚They are good beverages but to be honest, I prefer drinking the broth of the noodle more than the drinks since with 8 hours of making, you can taste how rich the flavours are! 😍

非常欣賞麵家嘅創新,將香港情懷嘅牛腩麵,配上自家真熬雞白湯。餐廳環境乾淨企理,主打無味精兼日熬至少8小時嘅招牌雞白湯底。另外慢煮牛腩和雲吞都係自家製,麵係用超過50年老字號的永樂粉麵廠, 河粉係超過70年的雙喜粉麵廠,香港制造,品質一定有保證。招牌櫻花蝦雲吞魚蛋撈麵:雲吞係自家新鮮包,饀料選用新鮮豬肉,配上鮮蝦和日本櫻花蝦,一次過食到兩種口感及味道,雲吞好大粒,口感同味道都充滿層。麵條加上蠔油,美味彈牙。跟撈麵的雞白湯非常鮮味,飲得出無味精,真係可以成碗飲哂。招牌櫻花蝦雲吞墨魚丸河:呢個湯底係招牌雞白湯加大地魚,除咗有鮮味,仲有大地魚香味,雙喜牌河粉吸收湯底,又滑又鮮味,墨魚丸亦好彈牙,油菜:菜心色澤翠綠,口感爽脆、軟硬適中。豆漿:甜度適中有豆香味。

以為係普通一間麵檔,點知的確有好大驚喜牛腩非常出色,仲可以揀偏肥定偏瘦嘅牛腩鍾意食呢款炆煮肉嘅人,我梗係叫肥腩啦個慢煮牛腩自家製,一咬溶化😍😍😍乜都有啲菠菜麵菠菜麵需要加錢買全部肉丸都好彈牙😍嗰粒自己新鮮包雲吞有驚喜 入面大量蟹籽 口感一絕湯底冇味精,飲咗好多都唔頸渴最平嘅雲吞麵都係$48順帶一提,樽裝汽水都係$10支平過我琴日食個間火鍋店😂環境又舒服 舖頭又骨子企理兩個人一人一碗 加嘢飲同菜埋單人均唔過$100😂相信好快會再幫襯!

銅鑼灣附近有間麵食 質素非常高~ 叫做麵家面底用上超過半世紀嘅老牌香港老麵廠 永樂粉麵廠 質素非常之高 !價錢都係幾十蚊起, 豐儉由人我哋晚餐叫咗兩個麵兩杯飲品同埋一碟菜🎶🔶秘製慢煮牛腩撈麵牛腩非常嫩滑 肥瘦適宜 入口即溶 朋友食到讚不絕口, 大力推薦!! 面底叫咗粗麵 彈牙好吃 配上招牌大地魚雞白湯 濃郁嘅魚香味 簡直係絕配 !🔶咩都有麵每樣配料都有一啲,適合我呢啲有選擇困難症嘅人🙈有雲吞 墨丸 牛丸魚蛋 牛腩貢丸等等雲吞係必食,超級大粒 餡料十足 轉咗菠菜面底 營養更加豐富❣️呢度嘅自家製菜脯同辣椒醬質素都非常高, 帶出鮮味 辣度十足 同主食一齊食好正🔶是令油菜菜心苗 配上腩汁 清新健康 🎶🔶最後兩杯冰凍飲品 豆漿同紅茶夏日梗係要飲返兩杯冰涼嘅飲品啦!

為食🐑今日喺銅鑼灣搵嘢食,「港式雲吞麵」我都超鍾意,呢間店裝修簡潔又帶點傳統麵店嘅風格,環境都算整潔光猛,當然試吓佢哋嘅招牌菜先!🥢🌸🦐招牌櫻花蝦雲吞麵 $48 (3pcs) +$10 可樂🥤🤍呢度嘅湯底比較特別,可以揀雞白湯或者大地魚雞湯,湯底冇味精,精心炮製8小時,望落去底頭唔會太油,但入口好濃郁,雲吞麵我一定會揀大地魚湯底,整體感覺比較配合,個湯底我堅飲晒!「皮薄餡靚」係我對雲吞嘅要求,呢度嘅雲吞都唔錯:雲吞大大粒,外皮夠滑溜,齋睇外表都見到入面粉紅色嘅內涵,餡料亦都足,真係有一隻大隻蝦喺入面,仲有好多細粒粒嘅櫻花蝦皮,味道唔錯!至於麵底亦都食得出蛋香,有口感亦冇鹼水味,上網睇返原來係使用50年老字號永樂,果然唔錯👍🏻🤎🐃秘製慢煮牛腩麵 58牛腩經過慢煮而成,肉質腍得嚟都帶返應有嘅口感,好貼心可以揀肥啲定瘦啲嘅部位,牛腩切到細細件厚薄均勻,一啖一件容易食,就算揀咗肥啲都唔會全舊肥膏,由於牛腩經過調味,味道適中都幾好食!🥬時令油菜得一款就係菜心苗,不過好食嘅一款都足夠,外表都翠綠唔會煮到太老,加腩汁yummy !✨用心製作小店,呢個價錢食到呢個質素都冇投訴໒꒰ྀི•ू⁼̴̶̤̀༥⁼̴̶̤́•ू ꒱ྀི১ 🌶️自製辣菜脯,辣度適中,入口爽脆,加少少撈埋食更惹味!
