招牌生炸雞脾啲雞皮炸得脆卜卜,入口嘅時候仲有啲油香,好啱配埋枝可樂嚟中和下油膩感,又夠爽。雞肉大大舊又juicy,有嫩滑嘅口感。整體嚟講,性價比好高!碗仔翅加醋,麻油,胡椒粉,兩個字 絕配。啲粉絲吸滿咗湯汁,口感軟糯,再加埋雞脾一齊食,係幾滿足。碗仔翅入面有雞絲,冬菇,用料十足,值得一試。香爆魷魚鬚真係好正!魷魚鬚炸得非常香脆,無落炸粉,原汁原味。魷魚鬚本身嘅彈牙口感。每啖都充滿嚼勁,唔會過韌,食得出係用咗新鮮嘅魷魚去整。調味方面鹹香十足,唔會太重手,岩岩好提升咗魷魚嘅鮮味,食完之後仲會喺嘴度留低陣陣嘅香氣。成碟嘢食就算係單獨食,或者配埋其他炸物同飲品,都非常搭配,完全唔會覺得膩。邪惡芝士薯條炸得金黃香脆,外脆內軟。不過,邪惡嘅地方應該就係嗰啲芝士醬啦,濃香又鹹香,份量都夠!整體嚟講,味道好,有驚喜!香煎厚牛舌係厚切款,入口嘅時候可以感受到牛舌嘅彈牙同肉汁。香煎得啱啱好,表面有少少焦香,入面仲保持住嫩滑。調味方面偏簡單,可能係想突顯牛舌本身嘅鮮味,但如果可以加啲蒜香或者胡椒粉調味,就更加出色。

I recently revisited a beloved local snack shop in Shek Kip Mei and it was a delightful experience filled with nostalgic flavors and new favorites.First off, I was thrilled to see the long-lost “bottles Coke” on the menu. There’s something special about that classic glass bottle—the crisp sound of the cap being popped open, followed by that first refreshing sip. It’s a perfect companion to any snack, enhancing the overall dining experience with a touch of nostalgia.The deep-fried chicken leg was a standout dish. It arrived piping hot, with a golden-brown crust that was perfectly crispy. The meat inside was juicy and flavorful, seasoned just right. Each bite was a satisfying crunch that left me wanting more. Next up was the fried garlic squid, which was simply divine. Tender squid pieces were coated in a light batter and fried to perfection, with a generous sprinkling of garlic that added a wonderful aromatic touch. The dish was both savory and slightly sweet, making it a delightful snack that pairs well with the bottled Coke.The 碗仔翅 was another highlight of my visit.
