朋友想食韓燒,我第一時間諗到尖沙咀海港城嘅雪下覓炙,佢除咗食物有質素,佢環境都非常舒適。好適合同朋友聚餐食飯慢慢傾。一坐低,侍應就拎咗多碟韓式前菜小食過嚟,仲全程幫我哋燒肉,服務態度細心又nice。佢哋今期季節新品非常出色,系各種食材同山野菇菌嘅搭配組合。和牛.牛肝菌壽喜燒,啲和牛切得精細,肉質好嫩滑,壽喜燒汁入味帶點微甜,唔會過鹹,好合拍。山野菇菌·和牛燒肉盛,擺盤有講究,放置在一本好似寶典咁嘅書入面,打開將面頭張紙燒著拉開序幕,就見到擺盤靚靚嘅和牛同菇類,和牛雪花色澤均勻。紋路起靚份量十足,肉片鮮紅帶油脂,牛肝菌同山野菇菌夠鮮甜,侍應幫我哋燒到剛剛好,香氣撲鼻,肉質彈牙又嫩,入口即化。彦陽和牛沙蔥燒,系用和牛卷起嘅蔥卷,燒到正好,蔥香同和牛肉配搭香口,肉質一流。羊肚菌參雞湯,呢個真係勁有驚喜,估唔到佢嘅用咗原隻竹絲雞同人參,勁多料,最鐘意佢粥底口感層次豐富,入口系羊肚菌嘅香,又有啲藥膳同紅棗香,飲落好暖胃,感覺好滋補。蟹粉石頭鍋飯,在熱辣辣石頭飯上淋上香濃蟹粉,飯粒粒分明帶有淡淡蟹香,石鍋底嘅焦香飯粒加埋蟹粉嘅鮮甜,帶香脆口感,實在惹味。荔枝梳打同菠蘿梳打,清甜又爽口,啱啱好解膩,賣相仲要好靚。查看更多

anyone else obsessed with the latest Netflix show Bon Appétit, Your Majesty? 🍿 binge-watching the drama really made us crave Korean food, so we headed to here to get a taste of the k-bbq that the nobility back in the Goryeo era enjoyed on a snowy night. we were treated like royalty with endless refills of delicious banchan and attentive staff who grilled our food to perfection for usnot sure if they change the menu every season, but we spotted a seasonal summer menu (still feels that way in Sep…), so we just had to try the seasonal recommendations:Japanese Wagyu Shoulder Platter HKD268This platter of thick Wagyu cuts was served with an extra drop of wasabi, but the melt-in-your-mouth meat was incredibly tender and juicy on its own that we hardly needed itGrilled Foie Gras Toast (2pcs) HKD195This was UNREAL. The foie gras was buttery and the aroma while it grilled made our mouths water. Smearing the hoisin sauce on the toast made each bite a perfect, luxurious explosion of umami/ Other dishes we ordered: Premium Selected Beef Marrow Dolsot Bibimbap HKD225We saw beef marrow on the seasonal menu and knew we *had* to have it mixed into a bibimbap! Watching the staff mix it all up in the sizzling stone pot was a show in itself. The creamy marrow contrasted well with the deliciously crispy rice bits at the bottom of the stone potThick-cut Beef Tongue with Scallion Sauce HKD178This was served to look just like a real tongue, stuffed with fresh scallions.
