I have eaten at this restaurant a few times already by now so it’s just right that I give this restaurant a review. I am a HUGE fan of fried rice and I can cook a good fried rice myself, so you can believe it when I say this restaurant serves one of the best fried rice in Hong Kong. Even better than other expensive restaurants out there.The standout and my favorite is the deep-fried salt and pepper fried pork rice. It is served with generous portion of pork, dried chillies, and fried rice of course. The dish may look spicy but it’s not spicy at all. It has just the perfect balance of spicy and salty. And the pork is very tender. I have tried other dishes in this restaurant but this is by far my favorite.The only negative aspect that I can think of about the restaurant is its size. It is quite small and they have a lot of patrons so if you come here during peak hours you will need to wait a while to get a table and it will surely be for sharing with other customers.

之前食過旺角分店覺得幾正今日經過觀塘想帶屋企人嚟試下😋發現呢間店原來呢間嘅菜式有啲唔同,係專食炒飯嘅一場嚟到即管又試試佢😃根據餐牌上面嘅兩個必食推介,我哋點咗兩個炒飯:✨️ 即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 3🧡/5 呢個炒飯只係暖暖哋,唔係十分熱,有啲失望🥹但每啖炒飯都帶有避風塘風味嘅炸蒜味道非常惹味,唔會太油膩🥰豬扒都唔錯,幾厚肉雖然相對熱啲,但都未係即刻煮起嘅溫度,可能係做完之後稍微冷卻咗不過,總體來講,呢個飯嘅味道唔錯有風味👍🏻✨️ 秘制沙爹牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯 3.5🧡/5 呢個飯相對熱啲而沙嗲汁同煎蛋嘅流心蛋黃配搭得非常好,特別香滑😋沙嗲汁嘅味道比較濃郁牛肉嘅份量都足夠,啲肉質唔錯,唔會過於乾柴,咸香味適中不過食食吓都有啲heavy總結:3.5🧡/5兩碟飯份量都多啲炒飯都做到粒粒分明嘅效果調味偏濃,鍾意食濃味同香口嘢嘅人士應該會鐘意但呢間餐廳嘅選擇比較有限,基本上都係圍繞住炒飯,冇咩其他類型嘅菜式可以揀雖然炒飯嘅味道幾吸引,但如果鍾意多樣化嘅選擇嘅話,可能會覺得有啲單調不過,如果嚟開附近,呢度都值得一試嘅😊

慕名而來食佢哋個蘭王旦蔥油炸豬扒炒飯,嚟到一望真係有驚喜,先講炒飯和豬扒的份量的確好大,成塊豬扒冚晒隻碟,搞到冇位𢳂飯,以為今次搵到筍嘢,點知炒飯一食落口唔係熱,唔係即炒之餘又冇鑊氣,淨係食到好大浸香料味,好多蔥油驚死你唔夠,蔥油味道偏鹹多油,搞到飯底都好多油,油淋淋好滯口,而且好口渴,食一啖就飲一啖水,豬扒是熱嘅,但係冇乜味總之好淡口,最正常都係隻蘭王蛋,正正常常流心,冇乜特別驚喜,80幾蚊埋單,我諗唔會再有下一次。

食咗個招牌椒鹽豬扒炒飯面頭成堆嘢我真係食唔到任何椒鹽味囉成碟嘢油冧冧炒飯就係炒過嘅飯囉不過豬扒都熱同埋多嘅我喺大排檔食嗰啲嘢真係椒鹽味及有鑊氣另外咗個什麼櫻花蝦油菜嘩成碟都係油搵油浸咁樣真係名副其實的油菜嗰碟咩炸牛腩炒飯舊牛腩肥冧冧嗰個脆漿唔脆又厚總之成餐都係油淋淋囉最大鑊係因為有個朋友開緊工遲咗啲嚟我哋坐耐咗個老細不但只畀面識我地睇我哋個朋友未嚟到佢問都唔問就搬走張凳揼張單埋嚟嗌我哋埋找數的時候直頭開口罵我哋阻住曬冇問題嘅啲垃圾食物又唔好食懶巴閉又口臭我都唔會再嚟啦冇問題嘅我以後都唔會再嚟幫襯囉

一直愛食炒飯 朋友介紹 就俾機會試試佢 結果係下次經過我都會再試其他款先講佢招牌 即叫即炸樣鹽豬扒飯真係即炸熱辣辣上碟 鋪滿椒鹽在面 賣相好吸引 份量亦大碟 仲有大量高麗菜在旁 豬扒炸得剛好 亦醃得夠味 配合炒飯底 飯炒到恰當 做到一粒粒效果唯愈食愈䶢 我個人覺得可以減少椒鹽量 因為食哂成碟真係覺得對腎有虧 整體係唔錯 真係䶢味要再調整焦香煎焗龍躉球飯相比招牌 我更喜歡這個 龍躉球肉厚量足 值回票價 煎得如其名 香氣足 咬落魚脂豐富 表皮有少少焦脆 魚肉保持嫩滑 亦係配炒飯底 喱個真係值得一試 仲要配埋䶢蛋黃醬俾你點 個䶢香起砂質感 真係好誘惑 不過唔點喱個醬亦好好味 咁先原汁原味食到真龍躉嘅鮮味 整體嚟講 喱個份量真係好大 食量唔大嘅建議兩個食一份 如果佢份量減少價錢往下調會更加吸引 椒鹽豬扒又唔算係必食之一 因為過䶢嘅關係 就算佢整得唔錯嘅豬扒都未免失色咗 反而龍躉球絕對係值得愛魚人士一試
