To continue on my last post. After the food came we ate some of the salt bomb they call noodles. We were considering life at this point cause the food was so bad. Two guys came in and were led to the cart seats. These are all fine. But the older rude af dude was like we close at 9:30 ok??It was 8:40 at this point. If you don’t want people to come in just close the dang place. Why torture everything when you hate your job so much? I guess it’s hard to make a living in the food biz in hk.

依間店長期都要排長龍。今次等左15分鐘左右就入得!繁忙時間,冇辦法要同人拼桌。今次叫咗三款—香酥脆雞便當、紅燒牛腱湯麵、和牛QQ牛根丸湯麵—全部都係大份又抵食!【香酥脆雞便當🍗—邪惡炸雞厚切丼】不得了!一上台,即刻見到兩塊超厚大炸雞塊,外皮脆卜卜,睇相都感受到個香氣!咬落去咔咔聲,雞肉超嫩,唔會乾爭爭,醃得夠味之餘仲有少少胡椒香—食完個人精神咗。配菜方面有滑蛋、爽口醃菜、醬汁冬粉,組合豐富唔單調。飯用珍珠米,粒粒分明又唔會濕笠笠,炸雞配飯真係邪惡得嚟好幸福!配菜粉絲又入味。同事都話要即刻影相照先食~😋【紅燒牛腱湯麵🥩—肉感厚切,湯底濃郁】牛腱湯麵真係誠意之作!碗面有幾塊厚到不行嘅牛腱,滷得入味,入口鬆化但唔爛,帶點牛筋黏口超滿足。湯底係紅燒風味,飲落好濃,好出牛香但唔死鹹。關廟扁麵爽滑彈牙,每一啖都吸滿湯底精華。加埋一串炸豆卜,層次好豐富,食到最後都唔會膩~阿里山蜜香烏龍茶做tea pairing好啱。茶味夠香,回甘之餘仲有少少蜜味。午飯飲住,夠晒refreshing,唔會口乾乾。【和牛QQ牛根丸湯麵🥢—牛丸彈牙,湯頭清甜】呢碗和牛QQ牛根丸湯麵賣相比想像中有驚喜!成碗有五粒大和牛丸,每粒都超彈牙、咬落去有肉汁好Juicy,而且冇牛腥味。黑麻油雞湯底好濃郁的麻油香味,夾雜住淡淡既好似藥材當歸味,唔會太濃,好好味!我今次特登點選雞蛋面,質地彈牙蛋香又足。豆卜吸晒湯汁,加埋冰凍25%甜度的花壇翠玉,味蕾十級滿足!【環境 & 價錢 ✨ 】成張order total先$234,三大份主食+靚飲品,平均一人$78左右,性價比超高!😆💯堂食位舒服既,唔會太逼,但就係有食完就要拿拿聲走的壓力,冇辦法啦,外面午餐時間長期都有人等。

小人對於台灣菜餚,僅是略懂皮毛,只知道台式風味偏甜,今次在此家台式便當開餐,且看如何。柯打的是滷排骨便當,未有想過出在眼前的竟然是一大塊炸豬扒!首先豬扒有部份預先切開,卻又沒有切到尾,小人需要在面積不大的碗面上舞來舞去,狼狽不堪!豬扒是脆的,誰知道非常非常之重口味,鹹到反艇!是用來佐飯的吧?碗內還有些椰菜、木耳及菜脯,無甚作用,未能做到增添食味。小食要了炸蝦卷,蝦肉很實,跟豬扒一樣油份相當高!未如所料,以為是偏甜的東西居然勁鹹,難食到傻眼!

份量好多,對得住個價錢。一個女仔食基本上好難食得晒,三個人嗌兩個餐就啱啱好。佢啲粉絲好好食,但係啲小菜有時會比較偏油。整體而言味道比較濃,如果係鍾意食淡嘢嘅人未必好啱食。

嗰個招牌滷豬扒便當鹹到無法形容....環境麻麻哋,明明都冇乜人好多空位,但都需要與人哋搭枱,服務都可以嘅,但係淨係嗰個食物唔知為乜都鹹到滯....然後就係話嗰個便當餐圖畫有飲品,但上嚟就冇飲品,但係同枱別人同樣餐就有...唔知係唔係台南嗰個風味就係咁鹹,定係話廚師個問題。都希望可以俾人去選擇啲鹹度喇雖然呢塊排骨都幾大嚿,炸嘅都幾酥脆,但係因為鹹嘅問題,都算是一次好差嘅用餐體驗啦。唔值得我專程過嚟食。
