Last night, I had the pleasure of indulging in an exquisite dining experience at this charming spot in Sai Ying Pun! The new menu is a delightful mix of flavors, which lets you sample a variety of mouthwatering dishes with lovely combinations.🍽️ First up was the Dao C Lang Yu Caesar Salad—a refreshing twist on the classic, bursting with vibrant flavors that set the perfect tone for the meal.🥩 Next, I savored the Sichuan Pepper Beef Tartare—a bold and spicy take that danced on my palate, leaving me craving more!🦪 The Port Wine Oyster Gratin was an absolute showstopper, with rich flavors and a creamy texture that elevated each bite.🥢 Then came the Peking Duck Rilette—a delightful blend of savory duck flavor, making it a must-try for any duck lover!🥚 I also enjoyed the Thousand Year Old Egg with Tofu, a perfect balance of flavors and textures that was both comforting and intriguing.🍗 The Buffalo Fried Chicken with Fu Yu Sauce brought a delightful kick to the table, combining crispy chicken with a unique sauce that had me reaching for seconds!🍲 To finish off, I indulged in the Lobster Bisque Jook, a luxurious take on traditional congee that was both warming and satisfying.🍮 And, of course, I couldn’t resist the Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée—a heavenly dessert with a perfectly caramelized top that was the grand finale to a fantastic meal!Every dish was a masterpiece, and I can’t wait to return to try more of their lovely combinations! 本身book咗8:30....我哋準時到... 後尾等咗15分鐘將枱先到....原來要等之前嗰個客食完埋單...坐低叫咗個6 Course套餐.... 但係因為我哋遲咗入去... 我哋叫咗個雞軟骨落咗單之後就同我哋講啱啱賣晒....野食真係麻麻地.... 話係「tasting menu」 但係因為六個course全枱每一個人都要叫同一個餸所以將三個人嘅份量擺埋喺同一隻tapas 碟度搞到個份量有啲尷尬....味道一般... 辣嘅就唔夠辣... 鹹嘅就鹹到飛起...淡就完全冇味....最離譜就係食到尾段見到我哋加錢叫嗰個糯米飯啲餸到晒等咗勁耐都未到就同佢哋講...侍應就話我哋講話唔記得落單但係廚房已經收咗...佢可以將個糯米飯改做甜品請我哋食....要做到一碟碟餸咁... 如果唔係攞嚟送飯咁早知叫多三個餸....人手唔夠就掛住招呼出面嗰台熟客...如果港島區要食中菜食物呢種質素這一個價錢...但係Service好過佢真係大把...查看更多
