今日來旺角午餐,之前喺沙田食過實在太鍾意佢個蕃茄湯。今次就叫一份蕃茄湯檬!牛豬番茄湯檬粉:呢個番茄湯實在太好味,酸甜濃厚嘅番茄湯底,非常新鮮,仲有啖啖蕃茄肉。檬粉米香味濃,吸收晒蕃茄湯嘅味道,好味!材料勁豐富,熟牛、烤牛肉、豬頸肉同豬扒四款。薄切牛肉片吸收晒番茄香味,烤牛調味濃郁,鹹香味,豬頸肉爽口,豬扒夠鬆軟。份量十足,超級飽。黑糖無骨鳳爪沙律﹕呢款鳳爪比平時食嘅越式鳳爪多咗一份香甜,仍然有平時食開嘅酸甜。椒鹽脆蛋魚柳:魚柳炸得金黃酥脆,魚肉鮮嫩柔軟,加上香濃嘅椒鹽調味,炸蒜末同辣椒碎調味適中,香味十足。雙蝦拼滑雞配椰汁酸湯檬粉:呢個湯底非常特別,本身湯底有雞湯嘅香甜,而且椰香味濃郁,仲帶一點酸醋,非常開胃清爽,又夠特別。搭配兩隻大蝦新鮮彈牙,食得出鮮蝦嘅香甜。仲有唔少件滑雞,吸收晒椰香味湯底,非常有東南亞特色。鮮水果茶:清涼嘅果茶,加咗大量新鮮菠蘿,茶香配上菠蘿嘅酸甜清香,超級解渴,陣陣冰爽。Read More

《油麻地越南仔——平實又出色的越南滋味》 喺油麻地搵越南菜,呢間越南仔真係冇得輸。餐廳裝修簡單,但乾淨企理,主打就係地道越南味,今次試咗兩款經典,都有驚喜。 生牛肉河一上枱就聞到陣陣湯底嘅香味,清澈見底,但飲落去係濃郁嘅牛骨香同鮮甜,每口湯都充滿層次感。河粉好滑,唔會黐埋一舊,吸晒湯底嘅精華,食落去非常滿足。生牛肉片切得夠薄,放落湯裡輕輕燙熟,肉質嫩滑又有肉香,配埋九層塔同青檸,仲有一陣清新嘅感覺,整體味道非常平衡。 至於凍檸檬茶(少甜少冰),就係另一個亮點。茶底夠濃,有少少澀,但係一種令人回味嘅澀感,襯托出檸檬嘅清香,甜度啱啱好,唔會搶味,少冰更加突出茶嘅香濃,非常解渴。 越南仔整體出品認真,用料新鮮,價錢又親民,係油麻地區一間真心值得推介嘅越式小店。下次有機會一定會再幫襯!Read More
