蘇山雞飯

今天來長沙灣接老公放工，他想吃新加坡菜，這間餐廳的下午茶供應時間是到晚上6點之前，於是我們便來到這裡吃晚餐。由於我們是當晚餐，所以總共點了4份下午茶餐，包括海南雞飯、叻沙滲滲、鮮油咖央多和炸雞翼。海南雞飯配輕怡肉骨茶：海南雞非常嫩滑可口，而且鮮美多汁，即使是雞胸，質感都依然柔軟，至於油飯的口感一點也不油膩，肉骨茶的味道則微辣，是我吃過最美味的海南雞飯之一。星洲叻沙滲滲：叻沙的辣度只是微辣，十分適合怕辣的朋友，麵條和米粉完美滲透叻沙的精華，每一口都有滋有味，而且配料都算多，有蝦、蛋、魚蛋和青口等等，以$58來說很划算。鮮油咖央多：多士十分香脆可口，牛油亦非常厚切，咖央醬亦不會太甜膩，美中不足是不夠熱騰騰，如果熱一點會更美味。Susan炸雞翼：雖然雞翼很香脆可口，可惜味道卻偏鹹了一些，而且沒有星馬菜的風味，感覺上只是普通的炸雞翼。開心果椰子奶昔：椰子的味道很濃郁，有點蓋過開心果的香氣，奶昔的質感則很幼滑，如果大家是喜歡椰子的味道，應該很喜歡這杯飲品。凍蜂蜜柑桔水：由於點了走甜，所以只有蜂蜜的味道，味道甜甜的，配上酸酸的柑桔，味道相當不錯。熱蜂蜜柑桔水：個人認為熱的比凍的更美味，因為蜂蜜和柑桔的味道會更突出，甜甜的同時亦帶有一絲酸味，是一款解渴的飲品。熱炭燒咖啡：炭燒咖啡比起一般咖啡更為苦澀一些，但咖啡味相對地會更重和香濃，同時亦有炭燒的味道，味道挺特別的。價錢方面，海南雞飯$75，叻沙滲滲$58，咖央多$30，炸雞翼$42，開心果奶昔$12，凍柑桔$3，兩杯熱飲免費，餐廳不用加一服務費，兩人總共$220。總結來說，今天的食物全部都味道不錯，而且下午茶的價錢十分便宜，性價比相當高，下次有機會一定會再來吃。…查看更多

同朋友黎食飯，因為無得網上訂位，驚晚飯時間太多人，所以6點就去拎位，好彩呢個時間唔使等🤪不過過多陣就見到d枱都好快坐滿。。我哋見好多人都讚巨霸牛肋骨好食，所以即刻都點返一份，佢有得揀配油飯/椰香飯/烤餅，我哋揀左烤餅，條肋骨真係好大條🙈店員好好，俾我哋影完相之後，幫我哋去骨剪肉，味道很可以😋不過如果放得耐，d汁會乾哂，因為佢有火座熱。。。跟住叫左份叉燒（例），燒得好香口，焦香得黎唔用好乾，咬落仲有 juicy 感，好食過平時燒味檔🙈雖然得8舊，但都算厚切既係新加坡餐廳點會唔點肉骨茶試下呢😆胡椒味幾好，個肉排都幾好食，有嚼口，仲附上小油條浸湯食，不錯我哋4個人食，所以點多個椰子雞鍋（半隻）配飯，個湯好重椰子水味道，雞都嫩嫩的，仲有d椰肉可以食，唔錯～店員話呢個湯可以飲，俾左個湯勺，仲俾左個碗我地撇油用，好細心🫶🏻鮮油咖央多士，佢已經切左4小份，厚厚既牛油配咖央醬，多士烘到脆脆的，小食黎講都幾好，仲有個小傘做裝飾，nice~最後呢個小食拼盤我哋就覺得麻麻地，因為炸得好乾，我食咗塊泰式魚餅就放棄了總結:我覺得牛肋骨係最好食，好入味，d肉唔會太淋或者太硬，下次黎食會再叫😋4個人叫6種食物係有d多，估唔到牛肋骨都好多肉。。。唔大食既話可以點完唔夠食先加野食，唔洗做大哂鬼🤪…查看更多

蘇山雞飯已經到訪過幾次第一次嚟係試佢哋嘅椰子雞老闆話佢哋嘅椰子雞係一滴水都冇落 只落椰子水做 味道非常清甜 雞翼都非常嫩滑上枱嘅時候會淋一淋酒喺個煲蓋上面再點火不過食落好似冇乜分別 感覺係純粹打卡而做嘅一個儀式 椰子雞份量係一人份量 亦都包一碗飯冬天就最啱啦 食完成個身都暖笠笠！今次嚟試咗佢哋嘅海南雞飯味道非常正宗份量亦都非常感人油飯非常之香 +10幾蚊就可以加配個咖央多士 中午嚟食非常抵食 套餐有雞飯亦都有埋嘢飲！…查看更多

four of us went to the restaurant for lunch around noon.  we ordered over $100 per person.  the chicken stock flavored rice was decent, but not much else was.  for appetizers, we ordered 3+3 skewers of beef and chicken satay.  the meat was bland and tasteless.  i'm more used to the meat being marinated for satays.  we also ordered the appetizer combo, which included shrimp wrapped in rice noodles and fried, fish cakes and chicken wings.  as with the satay, the chicken wings weren't marinated.  fried shrimp needed to be dipped in sauce for flavor.  i didn't have the fish cakes.i ordered beef rendang and fried chicken combo from the main menu.  what came was a big fried chicken leg, including the thigh and 3 pieces of curried beef brisket instead of the ordered beef rendang.  i only recalled this error as an afterthought because during our meal, we were busy chatting.  the beef curry tasted fine, but the chicken only had flavor on the skin.  the meat was, again, not marinated, so it was bland and tasteless.  another person ordered the laksa.  i got a taste of the tofu with some of the laksa soup, which seemed ok.  another ordered the chicken rice and i forgot what the last person ordered.now comes the part about the very poor follow up.  so after the meal, i had a chance to go over it in my head and discovered that i got curried beef instead of the ordered rendang.  so i wanted to understand what happened, especially since the 4 of us spent over $400 for the meal.  the next morning, i went to the restaurant, half an hour before it opened.  i asked one of the workers whether the manager was around.  she briskly said no and went about her business.  so i asked another.  she said no and when i followed up and asked when the manager would come she said she didn't know.   the next day, in the afternoon, i went again to inquire.  both staff at the front counter said the manager wasn't there and didn't know when s/he would be coming in.  i left my number and asked to be called when the manager came in.  it's been 3 days and i haven't heard since.poor service, mediocre food.  no wonder people go to Shenzhen to spend their money: much better food and more importantly, service!…查看更多
