Good old Hong Kong Cantonese cooking style and taste. Bigger portions than the city average. I was told that this restaurant innovated the dish “black pepper diced potato and beef”. We ordered that and see the dices were actually wedges. It tasted so sweet that I couldn’t judge how good were the potatoes and beef dices themselves. Anyway quite a joyful dining experience.
