5月之星生日飯,今次去自助山,果期做梗優惠買4送1,真係好耐冇去了,360度旋轉餐廳,居高臨下欣賞美景。晚市自助餐6:30-10:00。大約6:00去到可入座,我們4人坐窗邊欣賞到風景,夏天日長夜短之下欣賞到清晰的景緻,夜景都好靚但玻璃有點反光,坐位子時感受到微微的旋轉。坐左陣即行下轉睇下有咩食。日式刺身、沙律、印度咖喱、熱盤及甜品等。上一層的幾間房子有冷盤海鮮、燒烤及中式。包一杯飲品,要了凍檸茶。第一轉來個刺身,三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、甜蝦及三文魚子,肥美新鮮。冷盤,長腳蟹、麵包蟹、龍蝦及青口等。麵包蟹好多膏幾正,龍蝦正常水準。長腳蟹味鮮甜唔太鹹。冬蔭功小籠包,好特別即試下,內裡肉餡及冬蔭功湯唔太辣。海參花膠扣鮑魚,必食!好足料又名貴,湯汁濃稠,花膠厚身爽口,海參口感軟滑,鮑魚鮮甜彈牙,美味。淮杞燉螺頭湯,飲下湯水滋潤下,湯頭鮮甜美味。焗蠔,因為冇生蠔食,見有焗蠔必食,焗蠔肥美飽滿又惹味。和牛,燒得香口,肉質軟嫩牛味濃郁。燒味,味道不俗。牛扒,肉質鮮嫩。冬陰功,足料唔太辣。開心果慕絲蛋糕,開心果控必食!外層係有脆粒朱古力脆皮,內餡是開心果慕絲,開心果味濃郁,口感幼滑,美味。招牌海鹽焦糖鮮忌廉蛋糕,賣相似天使蛋糕,海綿蛋糕鬆夾軟,忌廉軟滑,味道鹹甜,正常水準。榛子泡芙,口感外脆內軟,內餡是濃郁的榛子味忌廉,味道香甜。椰汁千層糕,味道清香。Tiramisu,質感軟滑,有咖啡味及微微的酒味。炒雪糕,口感較冰,味道有點似Oreo。招牌咖啡雪糕,濃郁的咖啡味,不俗。北海道牛奶雪燕蛋白及芒果布甸,味道正常。火焰雪山,又到表演的時候,好多傳統Buffet都出現,引來不少客人觀看及排隊拎蛋糕。雪糕蛋糕,有懷舊之感。好飽,食飯後果,見有蝴蝶酥就試下,口感酥脆,好強烈的肉桂味。雲朵棉花糖,過下癮食。食物有水準,環境舒適,風景無敵,服務有禮,愉快的一餐。

我細細個就知道香港有間旋轉餐廳,好高級嘅,成日响電影電視見到嘅。一直都好想去試,但唔知佢叫咩名,到知道個名之後,又好難book位。今日難得有人請食飯,終於圓夢喇!今次book咗窗邊位,原來都轉得很快,食到有少少暈。😅 佢個景唔算對正維港,夜晚嚟睇唔到啲乜嘢,我估中午嚟可能好啲。自助山係傳統嘅酒店buffet,入座有杯 welcome drinks 俾你,餐後又有杯餐飲,其餘只有清水。冷盤海鮮 - 龍蝦、長腳蟹、青口、海蝦、蜆、螺,新鮮爽口彈牙。刺身 - 三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、北寄貝、油甘魚,全部新鮮。沙律,火腿 ,煙三文魚。熱葷點心 - 蝦餃、燒賣,比一般酒樓好食。咖哩有紅、黃、綠,好香微辣。燉湯有佛跳牆,好鮮甜。鐵板燒 - 和牛,鵝肝,試咗少少,好香。粉麵有魚蛋粉,冬陰冬。甜品有雪糕、各式蛋糕、撻、榴槤甜品、火焰雪山。總結一下,食物質素中上,味道唔錯,服務貼心,但面對國內競爭,始終差咗少少。但個人覺得自助山點都要嚟一次嘅!

好多年前嚟過呢度食自助餐,當時喺另一個名:旋轉XX。今次係因為天氣太熱,又想同外國返嚟嘅朋友食飯,就揀咗呢間。沒有生蠔,魚生新鮮,其他食物味道正常,炸軟殼蟹仲係脆蟹腳細隻偏鹹、翡翠螺好硬食唔到花蟹細細隻但好甜大部分食物都係放喺下層,即係跟住一齊轉,但凍海鮮、中式點心、燒味、天婦羅….就喺上層(唔會轉)。如果好似我咁想添食花蟹,就可能要走一圈先搵返海鮮個counter甜品蛋糕唔太吸引,雞蛋仔普通。自家品牌餅食可以即場購買。曲奇鬆脆、蝴蝶酥甜咗啲。雪糕都係自家製 - 水果茶有果粒但偏淡;咖啡味比一般牌子濃。最後一杯淡淡的咖啡。當日上晝仲落緊雨,中午放晴,我哋真係好彩,所以就算食物一般,欣賞景色先係重點

We recently had a delightful dinner at The Grand Buffet , and it was an experience we will cherish! The restaurant’s stunning 360° view of Victoria Harbour added an extra touch of magic to our evening, making it a perfect outing for our family, including Jane. 🌆From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly. Our reservation included guaranteed front-row window seating, which gave us a breathtaking view of the city as the sun began to set. It was thrilling for Jane to watch the lights twinkle on the skyline! ✨The buffet itself was a feast for the senses. We enjoyed a variety of international delicacies, from fresh seafood to delicious Cantonese barbecue and even Indian curries. Watching the chefs prepare dishes right in front of us added to the excitement, and Jane loved trying small portions of everything! 🍤🍛A special highlight was seeing the Flaming Snow Mountain Cake — it looked absolutely stunning! Although Jane couldn’t eat it because it contains alcohol, we all enjoyed marveling at its presentation. 🎂🔥Another highlight was the wine card we received, which included a $50 tasting budget. It was a nice touch that allowed us to enjoy a lovely wine selection while relaxing with our meal, of course we topped up. 🍷As a special treat, we were served welcome drinks and a dessert platter with a personalized greeting message, making us feel truly valued as guests. 🎉🍰Overall, our family dinner at The Grand Buffet was not just a meal; it was a memorable experience filled with great food, beautiful views, and special moments. We can’t wait to return! ❤️

7月12號去食,夜晚6:00入座,7:00啲玻璃就已經矇到睇唔到風景。本身上嚟就係諗住睇風景,主要係玻璃啲倒汗水,唔關大霧事。完全冇風景可言。嘢食方面,黑松露通粉同埋通菜都好鹹,太重手啦!鮑魚撈飯又唔可以淨係拎鮑魚,一定要連埋啲飯一齊拎,啲飯唔好食!啲服務員全部唔識講廣東話,聽廣東話都唔識聽!問佢嘢,啲服務員全部來自大陸都唔緊要,係溝通唔到。笑死人啦收我咁嘅價錢。嘢飲要另外收費,全場只係包一杯嘢飲(only奶茶咖啡檸茶),未食過自助餐咁孤寒,食咩都任飲嫁啦,呢間酒水唔包叫咩自助餐?奉勸大家咪過嚟食,嘥氣啦。
