For an all-you-can-eat restaurant at this price point, the service was quite slow in bringing out the dishes and meat. Moreover, most of the staff had a poor attitude toward foreign customers. They kept urging us to pay the bill even before our time was up, insisting that we had to settle the bill before continuing to eat. However, they didn’t do the same to the local customers sitting next to us. This kind of differential treatment made the experience particularly unpleasant.
The restaurant was more than half empty, so I really don’t understand why they were in such a rush. We didn’t overstay our time limit, nor did we go to get more food. They were slow in bringing out the hot pot, slow in serving the meat, and yet they rushed us to pay midway through the meal, wasting a lot of our dining time. It’s supposed to be an all-you-can-eat meal, but we ended up leaving unsatisfied. It’s truly frustrating.
If they were to travel to other countries themselves, I doubt they’d want to be treated this way. They should really try to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and improve their service.
