早幾日同個老友喺旺角搵地方聚下,最後揀咗家樂坊8樓嗰間「燒烤堂」,因為我哋都想食啲唔同嘢,又唔想太formal,燒烤就啱晒!一入去環境幾chill,坐位都坐得舒服!我哋叫咗一大堆嘢,最驚喜係鹽燒三黃雞腿肉,皮脆肉嫩,鹽味啱啱好,唔會太鹹。明太子雞腿肉都好正,明太子香濃又唔膩,配埋雞肉真係夾到爆。雞皮、雞軟骨、雞中翼都係燒得啱啱好,冇燶,食落口感一流。豚肉卷系列都好有創意,牛油果豚肉卷滑滑地,海苔黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋就好有層次感,鹽燒豚肉荔枝卷甜甜地,幾特別。孜然豚肉韭菜花卷就香口惹味,好適合鍾意重口味嘅人。牛油蜜糖粟米真係好邪惡,甜甜地又有牛油香;鹽燒芥蘭頭同孜然燒西蘭花苗都好fresh,唔會太油膩。蒜蓉菜圃燒豆皮(小辣)就辣得啱啱好,豆皮吸晒汁,好惹味。呢個可以再encore !! 飲品方面我覺得椰青同埋梳打水加檸檬冰底,都唔錯,配埋串燒夠晒清新解膩!總括嚟講,燒烤堂啲串燒款式多,味道有驚喜,價錢合理,啱晒同朋友聚餐傾偈。下次會再嚟睇下到時有冇新發現!😁😁Read More
