再戰「烤魚工房」,鐘意呢度裝修有四川風味而卡位闊落,坐得舒服,適合同三五知己辣住吹水。叫咗個鮮青椒烤魚,加$40轉江團魚,份量夠足,魚肉嫩滑又入味,不過魚皮就唔夠脆,有啲可惜。最正係啲黑豆豆腐,Q滑又有黑豆香!串燒方面話就話「烤」,但食落似炸/氣炸多啲。羊肉串係最好食,孜然粉落得夠重手,完全冇羊羶味,正!台灣腸都正常,但烤茄子就好麻麻,蒜蓉多到滿瀉仲要勁油,食兩啖就頂唔順。烤小饅頭明顯係油炸版,不過佢真係好脆同唔算油淋淋,點煉奶食係正嘅,當甜品咁食都OK。服務正常,上菜速度合理。總括來講,烤魚水準keep到,串燒整體個味係唔錯,但就好睇介唔介意佢唔係真燒嘅!

烤魚工房係咁多內地過江龍競爭之下仍然人氣旺旺,主打中式烤魚同四川風味既創新魚料理。餐廳以工業風混搭中國元素,牆上仲有啲趣味標語,而且場地位置以卡位為主,方便朋友圍威喂傾計食飯。 鐵板包漿烤豆腐,透明廚房入面大廚用鐵板烤,濃濃既燒烤香味配上滑嫩豆腐,值得一試 烤茄子,每次燒烤必點,香。鮮青椒爽麻烤魚,大概二至三人份量,除左有唔用魚選擇外可以另外按自己喜好加添配菜。味道以青椒與藤椒的清香為主,相對無咁辣但就重麻味。📝TIPS:1. 湯底可揀辣度。2. 可以留意餐廳社交平台,間唔時會推出新口味。

有次去幫襯呢間餐廳,一坐低大位嗰個咩都唔講放低張單然後就走咗去,然後我舉勁耐嘅手都冇人理我,最終我等咗十分鐘終於搵到人踩我,我問下有咩好推介,個個人都好似啞,問非所答,邊度係廁所又冇人答,有清水飲又無人講,最恐怖嘅係,埋單嘅時候仲要收服務費,我完全感覺唔到有人服務過我囉,所以真心唔會推介人嚟食
