Dinner organised by A for the October birthday stars.松露鍋貼明蝦 Got to be one of the best prawn toasts that I have had this year. Nice balanced amount of prawn crowned on the most wafer-like toast. Terrific start of the meal. 椒鹽田雞腿 The batter was slightly thicker than I would like but the seasoning was on point. 麻香海蜇蜜汁黑豚肉叉燒 very tender and had a nice caramelised exterior.皇牌大紅乳豬全體 To me, this remains to be the top Barbecued Suckling Pig in town. Pig skin was wafer thin and has the nicest crackling. Pig knuckles were beautifully charred with a pleasant charcoal aroma.生炆黃皮老虎斑腩菜膽上湯浸雞 This was a surprise for me. Usually I prefer ordering Crispy Chicken 脆皮雞 but A ordered it saying we have ordered a lot of fried dishes already. A very nice silky, luscious textured chicken. Loved also the mustard leaves which are in season.酥脆咕嚕肉 Another one that easily topped the charts. One of the best sweet and sour pork that I have had recently. Perfect seasoning and execution. Particularly loved that they had the bone in the pork removed which made the consumption process all the more delightful. Kudos to the thoughtfulness of the chef.柱候牛筋腩煲Desserts: 鮮芒果凍布甸, 蛋黃蓮蓉壽桃包, 蛋白生磨杏仁茶, 遠年陳皮紅豆沙. Server recommended the mango pudding and it was certainly a wow for us. There was so much fresh mango in it that it felt like eating a fresh mango!Overall, definitely one of my go-tos for a quality canto meal.

我朋友是這裡的常客,有幸我出差回來的第一天她就約我到這裡午餐,當然不會決絕。這個餐廳我也來過多次,也介紹過朋友來這裡用餐。不管是我還是我朋友,都覺得這裡的出品是很不錯的。因此今天也寫一下今次午膳的食評和感覺。我們點了非點不可的叉燒、炸子雞、豬仔腳和點心外,因為另外非吃不可的乳豬和燒雞肝要預定,沒辦法之下就選擇就點了一條杉斑、豬肺湯和其它點心。正如我食評的標題一樣,除了杉斑是冰鮮又蒸得過熟外,其它出品都是超水平的。建議來這裡吃飯的人,如果要點海鮮,必須問清楚是否游水的和每兩價格。雖然這裡價格不便宜,但我還是要推薦這個餐廳給各位食家!

你係熟客? —> 左邊張檯:揸住杯白酒企係度同你吹水,得; 不遠處另一檯:齋企係檯邊背住個大廳同熟客打牙鉸,又得;對面檯:兩女一男同時服侍一張四人檯,亦得! (或者因為係田大少張檯) 我係生客? —> 叫埋單要叫兩次,等15分鐘;埋單時話想要泊車飛,佢話可以呀… … 再等佢出出入入一輪,然後消失..10 分鐘後,唯有自己行出去接待處..冇人,燥左,終於有個人浦頭,一問,佢問返我幾號檯。(請問你地餐廳自詡什麼級數?) 然後秒速就有位比較有禮貌的女士遞上兩張泊車飛(原來並不需要打印或輸入資料,只係現成的coupon。咁當初埋單位仁兄點解唔順手俾小弟呢?(佢埋完單再分完魚都仲再望過無聊中的我張檯,然後一去不返。我以為佢之後係出去follow up)。我係生客,我張單唔貴,我冇俾tips,我是留港消費的一群,我唔會再幫襯…

作為福臨門的分支之一, 這家灣悅 賞.中菜相對比較低調, 當然在裝修上面因為在會展的關係, 也比較典雅. 應該以商務客作為客路的主要來源, 所以不用太多的餐飲折扣優惠, 就算是週末的午市, 也有七八成滿, 也算是難得. 廚房和侍應班底也是由福臨門及家全七福中找來, 所以服務水平不會太差, 而吃的菜式, 也是福記的傳統經典.福臨門系最出名的, 我覺得其實不是鮑參翅肚, 而是經典的粵菜菜式, 由於太太對雞子的抗拒, 也沒有點雞子戈渣, 反而點了例牌的燒乳豬. 這裏的燒乳豬沒有任何脂肪, 會留下乳豬肉和上面的乳豬皮, 乳豬皮赤紅色, 香脆無比但毫不油膩, 乳豬肉嫩滑細緻, 這樣的做法也絕不抗拒. 點心水準也不錯, 比起之前吃何必館等好, 當中推介炸蘿蔔酥腸粉和鮮淮山雞扎, 前者的腸粉的米香和蘿蔔的鮮甜互相配合, 先軟熟在香脆最後沒有渣的爽快,口感配搭複雜, 平衡度夠; 後者鮮淮山的甜和鮮雞的油香, 比一般的雞扎更舒服更自然.

灣悅由廚房到樓面都係家全七福 及 福臨門 班底絕對唔會令人失望嘅高級粵菜,無論味道同服務都係頂級享受!❣️是日例湯—西洋菜陳腎生魚湯就連湯渣擺盤都擺得好好睇西洋菜味極濃,重點係湯渣嘅豬踭肉上面脂肪同肉嘅比例岩岩好,非常嫩口,絕對唔會黐牙,又林又好食!❣️蜜汁叉燒(隱藏Menu)呢個肥叉真係不得了,睇下張相就知道燒得幾靚,脂肪比例多啲,真係一食難忘!好很好食!點解係隱藏menu? 因為平時食唔到咁肥,呢個真係by special offer 😏❣️蟹肉大良炒鮮奶一定要趁熱食!可以點少少醋食,可能食落會有少少似賽磅蟹但帶有牛奶味!個底仲有炸米粉 。真係唔係好蟹地方都有 。❣️吉列星班球 跟粟米汁 及 甜酸汁兩食又係menu上無,係經理推薦 。一口即溶,又係要趁熱食 。因為甜酸汁較濃,變相粟米汁好似無乜味咁,所以要先試粟米汁,唔係試完甜酸汁番唔到轉頭😂❣️蝦子竹笙扒豆腐成個組合都係我鍾意食嘅野😝 啲菜心仲要好青嫩!蝦子竹笙更加係無得輸,又香又索哂啲汁!我又鍾意食豆腐,成碟我清左大半碟咁濟😋😋❣️流沙麻蓉包 懷舊芝麻卷 椰汁糕同經理講起以前食福臨門,香港無乜地方食到麻蓉包,以前成日係福臨門訂麻蓉壽包,點知轉個頭佢就叫師傅整俾我甜品食🥹 仲要流心,麻蓉超香,名副其實皮薄餡靚🤭 芝麻卷又係勁香芝麻味,椰汁糕有超濃椰汁,3個都做得好出色!下次要過黎飲茶食點心先得😍環境要特別大讚洗手間,女洗手間每一間都用咗日本馬桶同有自己嘅洗手盤,靚裝。可以跟埋日本加埋牙線、個人護理用品係埋入面就更完美!
