自從港鐵開通後,放工去九龍城食飯都方便好多。今晚友人約咗去呢間食潮州菜,地下爆滿,要上二樓。菜式選擇經典傳統如滷水類,炸蠔餅,胡椒豬肚湯當然唔少得,仲有D比較唔常見如炒薄殼,蘿蔔灌章,生醃螄蚶/蟹(需預訂)。食潮州菜又點少得韮菜豬紅 ($78)?!韮菜墊底,豬紅變成一口過,入口幾滑得黎帶點煙韌。湯汁唔會過濃,令人一口接一口。想惹味好送飯,夏天日子最岩食通菜,咁就叫碟椒絲腐乳炒通菜 ($98)。條條爽口,份量對眼,腐乳份量岩岩好,就咁單食都唔會過咸。友人想食鷄,呢客家鄉咸鷄 ($168/半隻)係佢為今餐選擇嘅菜式,附上薑蓉兩碟。佢嘅咸香味滲晒落鷄皮入面,而鷄肉係幾滑嘅,點埋薑蓉係幾唔錯,亦係送飯好拍擋。鍾意食芋蓉嘅,就絶對不能錯過呢客芋蓉香酥鴨 ($138)。外面炸至金黃香脆,中間係芋蓉,底層就係無骨鴨肉。已切好一件件,要小心夾,因為實在太酥脆。入口熱辣辣,芋蓉綿滑,薄薄一片鴨肉入口唔乾,點埋個甜甜醬汁食,減低膩感,好好食。呢度嘅菜式份量足,全部出品都有熱度,價錢合理,下次想食多D其他菜式,就要叫多D朋友先得啦。Read More

自從上次喺九龍城食過一間中菜之後,就繼續發掘,除咗泰國菜以外嘅選擇!主菜方面叫左碟潮州糖醋麵,而家真係好少地方去食到呢一道潮州菜!!!以糖醋醬為基底,搭配柔韌的麵條,口感酸甜適中,令人垂涎欲滴。小食方面有芋蓉香酥鴨 ,外皮金黃酥脆,內裡綿滑,芋蓉嘅香味濃郁,整體口感層次豐富!另外亦都叫咗一份潮陽梅膏骨,一食就知係上等嘅豬肉,經過慢火炖煮,湯汁醇厚,肉質軟嫩,就只係爭一碗白飯!!!最後唔少得一碟招牌方魚炒芥蘭,蔬菜脆綠口感清脆,加上方魚的香味,食不停口。Read More
