前段時間去香港旅遊,專門打卡了位於西貢碼頭的洪記海鮮酒家,真的太讓人難忘了!酒家就在西貢海旁廣場,離碼頭超近,招牌特別醒目,一眼就能看到。環境是典型的大排檔風格,熱鬧又有煙火氣,露天座位還能邊吃邊欣賞海景。門口擺放著巨大的水族箱,裡面滿是生猛活海鮮,種類多得讓人眼花繚亂,帝王蟹、龍蝦、象拔蚌、各類海魚和螺貝等,品質看著就很棒。我和朋友點了店裡的雙人套餐,又額外加了幾個招牌菜。白灼蝦一定要誇,脆嫩彈牙,豉椒的香氣完美融入其中,每一口都超滿足;龍伊面底也超贊,龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙,伊面吸收了龍蝦的鮮美湯汁,勁道又入味;還有蒜蓉蒸扇貝,粉絲吸滿了蒜香和海鮮的鮮甜,扇貝肉又大又嫩。套餐里的時蔬也很新鮮爽口,清爽解膩。雖說價格不算便宜,但食材新鮮、烹飪地道,味道和品質完全對得起價格,性價比還是可以的。服務員態度熱情,上菜速度也快。總之,洪記海鮮酒家非常值得一試,強烈推薦給愛吃海鮮的朋友們!查看更多

喺西貢試過幾間海鮮午餐,今次第一次試洪記。二人餐$498,比其他幾間貴少少,不過未食過呢間就試吓。好大有幾個舖位,都多人食,除咗海鮮,仲有點心,好似茶樓咁。海鮮二人餐$498,揀4款,再送炒菜同水果,免加一,但要收茶錢,每位$15。另外點心唔係免加一,所以如果你叫埋點心,就要加一。點心紙椒鹽鮮魷炸粉多,魷魚唔係好大舊,唔厚,唔熱菠蘿咕嚕肉算正常,夠淋,唔太肥芝士波士頓龍蝦伊麵芝士汁比較稀,不太濃味,龍蝦得兩舊比較多肉伊麵都係唔熱的點心似係翻炸,唔脆,比較硬沙律明蝦角蒜蓉蝦春卷豉椒炒蟶子幾彈牙,不過唔太入味清炒時蔬,白菜仔送水果,橙整體價錢比其他貴,份量不多,而且全部食物都係凍,唔熱的,得個炒菜係熱。點心更加唔推薦查看更多
