前段時間去香港旅遊，專門打卡了位於西貢碼頭的洪記海鮮酒家，真的太讓人難忘了！酒家就在西貢海旁廣場，離碼頭超近，招牌特別醒目，一眼就能看到。環境是典型的大排檔風格，熱鬧又有煙火氣，露天座位還能邊吃邊欣賞海景。門口擺放著巨大的水族箱，裡面滿是生猛活海鮮，種類多得讓人眼花繚亂，帝王蟹、龍蝦、象拔蚌、各類海魚和螺貝等，品質看著就很棒。我和朋友點了店裡的雙人套餐，又額外加了幾個招牌菜。白灼蝦一定要誇，脆嫩彈牙，豉椒的香氣完美融入其中，每一口都超滿足；龍伊面底也超贊，龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙，伊面吸收了龍蝦的鮮美湯汁，勁道又入味；還有蒜蓉蒸扇貝，粉絲吸滿了蒜香和海鮮的鮮甜，扇貝肉又大又嫩。套餐里的時蔬也很新鮮爽口，清爽解膩。雖說價格不算便宜，但食材新鮮、烹飪地道，味道和品質完全對得起價格，性價比還是可以的。服務員態度熱情，上菜速度也快。總之，洪記海鮮酒家非常值得一試，強烈推薦給愛吃海鮮的朋友們！…查看更多
