復活節假期晚上八點到門口有大概10個人等緊店員問定幾位好快安排入座醉鬼炒河配和牛 $138和牛調味剛好,唔會韌河粉係粗身泰國河粉,比較晶凝通透配埋炒蛋同芥蘭好夾叫咗走辣俾咗一碟伴碟辣醬,惹味得來唔辣招牌泰式沾麵 $108泰式沾麵好特別揀嘅係雞肉青咖喱仲有大蝦紅咖喱,店員話係大辣四小份米線份量唔算多青咖喱份量亦都係剛剛好夠沾米線青咖喱微辣帶甜,好香椰奶味有兩粒魚蛋,雞肉份量都多芒果熱情果沙冰 $55沙冰唔算打得好碎係帶有少少顆粒感嘅口感唔算太甜,亦唔係太酸泰式香脆辣雞翼 $88非常有驚喜新鮮炸起熱辣辣,咬落去仲出煙雞皮脆口,已有調味再點埋泰式辣醬好惹味🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸整體食物質素中上只係份量比較少服務態度亦都好好

While Japanese dipping noodles are more frequently found in Hong Kong, Thai versions are not as widely available, making this a unique option for those interested in trying something different.招牌泰式沾麵 ($108)Signature Thai dipping noodles沾麵的醬汁是可以選擇紅咖哩與青咖哩,侍應生推介青咖哩比較可口,而且椰汁味比較濃,客人還可以選擇配搭不同的肉類,是次我們便選擇了雞肉,雞肉十分嫩滑,沾上了青咖哩汁不會太辣,醬汁內還有魚蛋及豬紅,將所有的餸菜及沾麵的配料拌勻一起吃的話,感覺非常清新,口感層次也十分豐富Diners can choose between red curry and green curry sauces for their noodles. The staff recommend the green curry for its flavor and richer coconut milk taste. Guests can also select from various types of meat; on this occasion, we opted for chicken. The chicken was extremely tender, and dipped in the green curry sauce, it was pleasantly mild. 經開啟德search OpenRice睇吓有咩餐廳for晚餐見到呢間餐廳主打泰菜 但係竟然有沾麵食 所以決定試吓🇹🇭👍🏻招牌泰式沾麵 (配青咖喱雞)沾麵醬汁可選擇紅咖喱蝦/青咖喱雞鐘意辣嘅我就選擇咗青咖哩🌶️沾麵配有四舊素麵 配料方面有酸菜、芽菜、紫椰菜、油炸雞蛋、同花生碎粒🍜而青咖喱入面就有雞、魚蛋、豬紅食飯就係只需要將素面同配料放入青咖喱沾滿咖喱汁十分掛汁😋😋😋係有驚喜嘅菜式🙌🏻😋
