蒜香牛油雞翼,食嗰陣仲係熱辣辣,好香蒜蓉味,都幾惹味.泰式生菜包,啲豬肉嘅味調得幾好,酸酸辣辣咁,但係啲菜就麻麻,唔夠大塊,比較難包. 泰式冬陰功湯個湯入面有南薑,香茅,蝦,草菇之類,夠味但又唔會辣得好緊要,除咗啲蝦肉有少少霉之,飲落比預期中ok.

於筲箕灣街角, 有一堆新開的街邊食店, 這裡是東大街之外筲箕灣的第二個美食戰區, 今天試了這間緬泰食店, 感覺不錯.....燒牛舌: 燒得剛好, 不會太乾柴, 調味亦香金邊粉: 酸味自然, 微微的剛好開胃, 火喉亦夠黑胡椒蝦 : 不夠香辣, 可能星加坡口味帶點甜甜的, 個人不太欣賞豬頸肉蒜蓉包 : 特別, 睇賣相還以為是鵝肝, 味道亦ok串燒 : ok, 花生醬味濃香蒜蓉牛油雞翼 : 正, 牛油味濃, 蒜蓉是生的, 比較辣和嗆口, 怕辣的小心, 但又真係幾惹味出品不錯, 坐在路邊食燒烤亦相當有風味, 熱d冇所謂啦

I liked this dish because you don't often get duck tongues cooked in salt and pepper and it had a nice crispy texture with soft cartilage in the middle.

These are always my favourite because you can eat the shell as well and the crabmeat is sweet flavoured by the crispy garlic and spices.
