今日去左大圍搵朋友食飯,咁岩行過田心村果邊,原來果度依家發展到好多野食呀。咁岩見到呢間餐廳門面風格好特別,同埋都好多人係度食,好香呀行經過,所以決定入去食先。我地揀左香葉肉碎炒飯🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷呢個炒飯真係好夠鑊氣,而且佢啲料都好足,佢加左啲九層塔,辣椒仔,肉碎同埋小洋蔥炒到好香噴噴😍食落辣辣地好惹味。而且我仲叫左個冬陰功鮮蝦忌廉意粉🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 佢個冬陰功味好濃,啲汁每一啖都掛滿曬係意粉上面,同埋啲蝦食落去好彈牙,無諗過佢將泰,中,意呢三個地方既美食整成呢碟fusion菜式,真係估唔到佢咁夾。仲叫左個炭燒豬頸肉🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷佢個豬頸肉真係燒得好夠炭香味,同埋佢燒得岩岩好,唔會太乾柴食落又夠juicy。而且佢點埋佢個酸辣汁好正!同埋叫左2隻鹽燒大虎蝦🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷好彈牙之餘,仲燒到好鮮味,同埋真係好大隻。仲有一碟馬拉盞炒椰菜苗🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷鹹香嘅椰菜苗,炒到好嫩,又唔會太老,綠油油既椰菜苗,每一條都掛滿晒馬拉盞嘅汁😍最後仲叫咗兩杯嘢飲,一杯椰汁冰一杯椰汁珍多冰🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷食到一條條嘅粉條,啲椰汁味都好濃,而且夠香惹味,解渴一流👍🏻五個心心為最高分泰中意 (大圍)大圍田心村254號地舖 繼續閱讀

This restaurant, located on the ground floor of a village house in Tin Sam Village, Tai Wai, specializes in fusion cuisine. It combines elements of Thai, Chinese, and Italian culinary styles with great creativity. I visited for dinner, and the place was fully booked, showcasing its popularity. Outdoor seating is available for those who enjoy smoking or want to bring their dogs.The interior is cozy and welcoming, with a clean restroom that exceeds expectations. The only downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but given that most people in Hong Kong have mobile data, it’s not a major issue.As for the dishes: Malaysian-style shrimp paste cabbage shoots ($78) were incredibly fresh, crunchy, and reminiscent of the quality you’d find in Thailand. Thai-style coconut chicken soup ($88) was full of coconut aroma but lacked the tanginess one might expect. Thai-style grilled eel skewer ($62 per skewer) had a decent flavor, but its high cost reflects the expensive ingredients, so it's worth a try only if you're willing to splurge.Tom Yum Goong shrimp cream spaghetti ($138) was excellent, with plenty of shrimp and rich flavor—a must-order dish. 住喺沙田咁多年, 一直都知大圍有好多隱世小店, 適逢我自己生日, 一於同仔仔二人世界慶祝生日啦!生日想食得好少少, 我哋就揀咗喺大圍站附近嘅泰中意😍 出咗地鐵站行5-8分鐘左右就到, 對出又有巴士站, 真係好方便!今日生日要叫多啲食物🍽️ 我哋叫咗串燒, 原個菠蘿炒飯, 蝦餅, 原個椰青同青檸梳打🍹🍋‍🟩食物質真係好唔錯, 串燒同蝦餅都整得好好味, 唔會太濃味又唔會太淡味, 燒同炸嘅火喉都較得好好, 唔怪之得都好多人嚟食😋 菠蘿炒飯好足料又大份, 我哋兩個每人食咗好多之食極仲有😆 飲品方面一定係水準之上, 材料新鮮, 用心製作❣️下次都會再encore!!! 價錢公道, 食物質素好, 環境坐得舒服, 店員亦好有善💯 繼續閱讀
