So yummy I could eat the whole “mountain” just by this mixture LOL Seafood are all fresh and tender. Both dishes have crab roe, crab stick, goma wakame (seaweed salad), corns, cube-sized veggie in sesame sauce.We upgraded to a set at $58 for daily snack (shrimp cake), drink & daily dessert (tiramisu).We ordered two tofu-related drinks. Both drinks have real tofu in the bottom layer.🤍Tofu Latte☕️ slightly bitter for the top coffee layer, but the taste is neutralised by the tofu sweetness. This 🌞 sunny brunch before T8 was remarkably delicious and poetic: My sun was the shoyu marinated yolk sitting on top of the fluffy egg white cloud. Beneath the sun and clouds was a colourful world- butterfly pea blue rice, green cucumber and seaweed salad, pink sashimi of choice (we tried marinated salmon & octopus), white seared scallops, you name it from our beautiful bowl of donburi. Wild tips: mix everything well like an avalanche so the flavour can max out! There were tatami and bar side seats. It’s an intimate space to enjoy a late afternoon chat, grab their tofu coffee lattes/ tofu matcha lattes if I’d recommend. Our friendly and kind barista made these so perfect, both visually and tastefully, plus the tofu inside was so good and easy to drink even with paper straws. On the side:- Very scrumptious broiled fresh clams in a scintillating broth with sakura shrimps, it’s a 10/10- Panfried crispy potstickers with a rich and concentrated soy sauce reduction - Yuzu yogurt steamed cake topped with crunchy granola and a slice of dried citrus 繼續閱讀
