早前參加左柏葡匯試酒活動,用甜酒主題, 主要試4款不同造法的甜酒,頭兩支係一白一紅清爽型氣泡半甜葡萄酒, 分別係MOSCATO 同 BARCHETTO,十分適合配新鮮水果的酒款 之後果支係令我十分驚喜的 LATE HARVERT - KOKOMO我一直對LATE HARVERT的印象十分差勁, 因為很多LATE HARVERT 果味同酸度不夠,導致感覺好膩口,但這支KOKOMO 就做得非常BALANCE,飲完整杯也不夠HEARVY,最後, 萬眾期待的冰酒出場,呢支整體慼覺亦十分良好,最重要性格比出奇的高,500$也不用,仲有打折TIM 最後我想稱讚一下當天的講師, 生動GE 解說令我獲良多,而當天GE 客人同員工亦十分FRDLY, 大家都有講有笑…查看更多

Heard from a colleague there is a new wine tasting room that carries a lot of California wines in sheung wan! Finally paid a visit on Friday after taking off early from work. Didn't really sure if it is a wine shop or a tasting room cos it has very nice decor and comfortable seatings! Anyway it does carry a lot of boutique wineries from California and some fine wines! Since it is my first time there, I only wanted to ckeck it out! The sales persons were cool, didn't bug me at all. Wine samples were offered and I tried some them. Some of them are actually pretty good. I chatted with other customers and found out it offers free tasting on Friday evening ( not sure on every Friday though)! I bought a bottle of Zinfandel at end after talking to a customer there. He highly recommended it as it is made by some winemaker who also makes the screaming eagle (I think)! It is not cheap $450! 之前聽過個FD話上環有個地方賣酒同D環境唔錯, 見今日都算得閒所以放左工同幾個同事上去試下順便RELAX下傾下計甘, 點知上到去果然冇令我失望, 最滿意真係個裝潢, 比人一種好舒服既感覺平時我都唔係成日飲酒個D人, 但上到黎又冇理由齋坐, 所以就叫個職員介紹下, 雖然佢好PROF, 但我真係咩都唔識, 所以我就叫佢介紹左兩支紅酒, 飲落去又OK喎, 幾易入口, 又唔太貴, 最岩我ED初學試飲人士, 之後我地幾個同事一傾就傾到唔知時間, 坐左成幾個鐘, 後尾睇一睇錶先知快樂不知時日過, 講真係甘既裝潢度傾計吹水飲D酒真係人生一大落事, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 後尾仲知原來可以包地場, 等我下次有FD生日再約佢地上黎先…查看更多

某日放工同個同事經過上環地鐵站附近，但仲有個同事要等... 咁O岩見到有間樓上酒鋪，於是就入去睇下，點知一望入去就覺得唔似酒鋪(但又真係有酒賣)，裡面都幾令架，不過酒款就唔算好多。睇左陣本身想走架啦，不過個店員話可以買左喺度飲，我望下隻錶心O念仲有排等... 不如就試下啦，好過O喺街度等，好熱呀...平時O係酒店餐廳飲$300幾既酒多既, 我地又試下開支撐300幾睇下先~ 咦? 真係$300幾既?幾好飲WOR, 好黑加倫子, 仲有D木味，唔錯，我地飲下飲下終於等到個同事了....整體環境好好，店員話D酒平係因為佢地果度係加洲試酒室，即係比D人買D酒之後坐O係度飲，不過要自助既, 但平D又唔怕WOR (你唔SELL我野最好啦, 哈)~ 仲話人多可以BOOK場TIM, 下次再睇睇先~…查看更多
