從朋友口中得知,荃灣路德圍有間小店芝麻雪糕好好食,從一個不為食的朋友口中聽到,相信真的有其吸引力,於是決定假期一試⋯⋯當日大概5時,未算多人排隊,於是就跟大隊試吓啦⋯⋯門口大大杯芝麻雪糕模型,就知止乃招牌項目。在等候期間看見燈牌還有其他產品芝麻控過到來,相信除咗雪糕還有很多吸引項目。布甸和豆漿都很吸引,可恨嘅是,筆者當日不是直接回家,否則一定大包小包⋯⋯店員除了安排雪糕外,還塗上芝麻醬在雪糕面,真心覺得為這雪糕加持外,還很有儀式感呢⋯⋯大概5分鐘後終於到手了,單單看外表就十分吸引,甜度適中,唔算太甜,濃濃的芝麻香,那個芝麻醬帶點點芝麻的苦澀味道,作為一個芝麻控,必須被這味道俘虜。還有這個芝麻雪糕筒,簡直是一個完美的結合。吃完雪糕打算買芝麻卷回家,殊不知他們話6:00pm才開售,於是到附近超市行一陣,回來時已大排長龍,於是放棄了⋯⋯隔了數天,心有不甘,於是在一次非繁忙時段,平日的時候,又比筆者買到,吃過後又不外如是,未知係咪自大過期待呢⋯⋯整體來說真係暖心芝作,芝麻軟雪糕,好味會回頭。

前日(15-2-2025 Sat)晏晝,同老公食完晏同甜品後,行到過嚟呢邊,見天氣熱熱地,就索性行埋嚟之前老公想食嘅呢間買芝麻雪糕食,嚟到時見到有人龍,但都照排隊啦,見到唔止有年輕人排,重有中年,甚至老人,竟然咁吸引。喺等嘅時候,睇吓menu有咩買同價錢係點先,排到舖面,見到有個電動石磨,磨𡁵芝麻漿出嚟。到我哋喇,我就買咗三樣嘢,$18.00嘅黑芝麻豆漿,$28.00嘅黑芝麻軟雪糕同$25.00嘅流心黑芝麻布甸,原本都想買埋杯庄硬雪糕返屋企,但我哋冇冰袋喺身,怕會溶,所以唔買啦。買完食得,黑芝麻軟雪糕面上淋咗啲黑芝漿,食落,黑芝麻味道夠濃又唔太甜,口感係軟滑,感覺輕盈唔太heavy。5分返到屋企,即刻雪住唔兩樣,到食完晚飯,就攞流心黑芝麻布甸食,呢個味道都濃唔太甜,但唔算好滑,可能始終會有小粒,而流心餡杰到好耐至滴到一滴(Openrice取消咗上載影片功能,令我唔可以上載芝麻流心慢慢滴落嚟嘅片),流心份量唔算多。4.5分最後黑芝麻豆漿,到夜啲至攞出嚟放暖少少飲,買嘅時候,店員有問要無糖定低糖,我揀低糖,倒出嚟時唔杰,飲落,芝麻味唔太濃,豆味,好似冇乜,成個飲落口,似水還水,芝麻還芝麻,溝唔埋分開嘅感覺,唔通因為少甜?我哋覺得唔好飲。0.5分不過為咗健康,始終低糖會好啲嘅。

路過荃灣,來到久聞其名的「暖心芝作」,聽聞他們的甜品不錯,便點了一份芝麻雪糕嚐嚐。這份芝麻雪糕的賣相算是正常,顏色是芝麻應有的深色,質感也算順滑,沒有明顯的冰渣。入口時,芝麻的味道是有的,帶點堅果香氣,甜度方面也算是適中,不會過甜。不過,如果要說它特別濃郁或驚艷,那倒也談不上,就是中規中矩的芝麻味,沒有太大的記憶點。如果你期待非常濃郁、甚至能達到「黯然銷魂」級別的芝麻風味,或許會覺得有點平淡。如果只是想在荃灣找個地方吃個普通甜點,或者你對芝麻味道的要求不高,這份芝麻雪糕還是可以一試的。但若想追求更出色的味道,可能會有其他更好的選擇。

嬲到要岀post插!!夠膽死用芝麻為題,但係芝麻糊可以完全冇芝麻味,又稀又淡又油,仲要成$30 !過隔離買阿玉嘅芝麻糊都冇咁嬲!!另外芝麻卷毫無口感,芝麻味極淡,咬開完全冇一層層,純粹係食緊一個有甜味嘅糕。另外仲買咗黑芝麻醬,已經毫無希望,一試果然真係又係又稀又無味。點解呢間嘢仲可以咁多人排隊,仲要咁多人吹捧,香港人係咪食開屎?
