我在春水堂沙田新城市廣場分店的經歷讓我感到非常失望。在26/10下午,我和另一位客人在排隊結帳時,遭遇了一位顧客插隊的情況。更令人震驚的是,此店員不僅沒有對此事件進行處理,還讓該插隊的客人優先結帳,並對我們說“等等吓”,這讓我感到非常不被尊重。我曾經對春水堂的服務抱有很高的期望,但這次的經歷讓我質疑他們對顧客的重視程度。更糟糕的是,我在26/10發送的投訴電郵至今未收到任何回覆,這顯示出品牌對顧客意見的漠視。我希望春水堂能夠重視顧客的反饋,改善服務質量,並對員工進行必要的培訓。否則,我將不會再光顧這家店,也不會推薦給其他人。I am very disappointed with my experience at the Chun Shui Tang branch in Sha Tin New Town Plaza. I am very disappointed with my experience at the Chun Shui Tang branch in Sha Tin New Town Plaza. On the afternoon, while I was in line to check out with another customer, we encountered a situation where another customer cut in line. What was even more shocking was that the staff not only failed to address this issue but also allowed the line-cutter to check out first, telling us to "wait a moment" in a dismissive tone, which made me feel very disrespected.
I had high expectations for the service for the brand, but this experience has made me question their level of commitment to customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any response to the complaint email I sent on October 26, which shows a disregard for customer feedback from the brand.
I hope that they will take customer feedback seriously, improve their service quality, and provide necessary training for their staff. Otherwise, I will not return to this store and will not recommend it to others.
