2025年1月22日 星期三今晚同老婆係中環預約咗呢一間居酒屋食飯,因為喺網上面見到評價唔錯,都有好多人討論雖然餐廳位置唔喺大街,不過用地圖睇跟住行都算方便,而且一去到街口就見到,招牌好大個由於實在太肚餓嘅關係,我哋一口氣叫咗好多嘢食,點完菜等咗一陣,沙律就首先送到,係豆腐沙律,成碟沙律除咗生菜同豆腐之外,仲有粟米粒同蕃茄,豆腐上面加咗瑤柱絲同醬汁,撈埋一齊食酸酸地幾開胃之後有燒明太子,明太子燒完之後充滿鹹香,就咁食應該會太過鹹,所以餐廳特登喺明太子下面鋪上一塊青瓜片,食落去會比較清新同冇咁鹹跟住有唐揚炸雞,每一粒都好大嚿,咬落去外皮香脆,裏面嘅雞肉仍然好嫩滑,點埋檸檬汁一齊食感覺會冇咁油膩再嚟有雞軟骨同雞頸肉串燒,兩款都燒得好香口,特別係雞頸肉,之前從來冇食過呢個部位,估唔到燒完之後食,肉質都幾嫩呢個係免治雞肉棒,可以將生雞蛋撈勻做醬汁,同雞肉棒點埋一齊食,雞肉燒得好香,同雞蛋好夾再黎係燒雞皮,雞皮燒得勁香脆,完全唔覺得油膩,用嚟送酒一流呢個係煮牛筋,仲配有蘿蔔,舊蘿蔔入晒味,好腍,同牛筋一樣一咬開就溶化,證明真係煮咗好耐,醬汁直頭可以用嚟送白飯添然後有牛蒡片,整得幾香脆,食落去完全唔覺得油,感覺比起食薯片更加健康呢個係汁燒蔥牛肉卷,一咬落去充滿肉汁,而且口感好豐富,食到大量嘅蔥同有濃郁嘅牛肉味,比起一般食到嘅金菇肥牛卷更加特別最後分別有燒翠玉瓜、燒銀杏同燒秋葵,全部蔬菜燒完之後仍然保持水份,一咬落去完全唔覺得乾,特別係翠玉瓜,一咬已經爆曬汁,銀杏都唔苦埋單每人三百幾蚊,食到勁飽!!

今晚同朋友嚟到中環日本餐廳食晚餐我哋覺得呢度好有日本feel,廚師嘅廚藝好精湛,選擇食材非常優質。服務小姐好好人,解釋得好清楚。首先一開始就有一個好好味嘅木耳絲前菜我同朋友要咗-Mega虎蝦因為係Mega所以非常之大,整到啱啱好。虎蝦鮮度是這道菜嘅靈魂。優質虎蝦肉質緊實,色澤光亮。搭配微微焦香外皮。烤製的過程中,虎蝦甜味被充分釋放。-舞茸天婦羅舞茸天婦羅外觀金黃酥脆,舞茸是日本常見嘅菜式。需要清洗乾淨,用調校好嘅粉製成天婦羅。我覺得今次個粉處理得非常之好,有天婦羅嘅爽脆但一啲都唔膩。☺️-明太子芝士醬薯條薯條外酥內軟,加上明太子和芝士濃郁醬汁-汁燒蔥牛肉卷牛肉卷包裹著蔥,肉質鮮嫩,醬汁濃郁,呢個菜式令人喜出望外-油甘魚餃油甘魚餃皮薄餡多,魚肉鮮甜,搭配自製醬油-雞翼炸至金黃酥脆的雞翼,外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩-雞軟骨口感獨特,雞軟骨酥脆可口-雞頸肉食起來嚟好特別,值得一試。-免治雞肉棒外脆內嫩,雞肉棒同埋雞蛋嘅配合係perfect-豬頸肉肉質柔軟多汁,經過燒烤後更添香氣-日本豚,腩肉質嫩滑,脂肪分佈均勻,燒烤後更焦香三文魚腩串新鮮三文魚腩串,肉質鮮美。-唐揚雞炸至金黃,外皮酥脆,內裡肉質鮮嫩,沾上沙律醬OpenRice book 食夠$500送sake 🍶獺祭四割五分純米大吟釀Tonight, I came to a Japanese restaurant in Central with my friends for dinner. We feel that this place has a great Japanese vibe, the chef's skills are superb, and the choice of ingredients is very high quality. The service staff are very friendly and explained everything clearly.To start off, we had a delicious wood ear mushroom appetizer.We ordered:- Mega Tiger PrawnsAs the name suggests, they are very large and cooked just right. The freshness of the prawns is the soul of this dish. The quality of the prawn meat is firm and shiny, complemented by a slightly charred outer skin. During the grilling process, the sweetness of the prawns is fully released.- Maitake Mushroom The tempura is golden and crispy, and maitake is a common dish in Japan. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly and made with well-prepared batter. I think the batter this time was handled very well; it was crispy without being greasy. ☺️- French FriesThe fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with a rich mentaiko and cheese sauce.- Beef Rolls The beef rolls are wrapped around scallions, with tender meat and a rich sauce. This dish was surprisingly delightful.- Oilfish DumplingsThe dumplings have thin skins and are packed with filling. The fish is sweet and paired with homemade soy sauce.- Chicken WingsFried to a golden crisp, the wings have a crunchy skin and tender meat.- Chicken CartilageThe unique texture is crispy and tasty.- Chicken Neck MeatEating this is quite special and worth a try.- Minced Chicken SkewersCrispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the combination of chicken skewers and eggs is perfect.- Pork NeckThe meat is soft and juicy, and grilling enhances its aroma.- Japanese Pork BellyThe meat is tender, with even fat distribution that becomes even more fragrant when grilled.- Salmon Belly SkewersFresh salmon belly skewers with delicious, tender meat.- Karaage Chicken:Fried to a golden hue, the skin is crispy, and the inside is tender, served with salad dressing.OpenRice has a promotion: Spend over $500 and get a free sake 🍶 (Dassai Junmai Daiginjo).

今日同朋友去咗一間好正嘅居酒屋,真係好適合傾偈同享受美食。呢度嘅環境好舒服,價錢又合理,絕對係一個好選擇。我哋今日試咗好多款串燒,每樣都好好味。首先係牛舌,燒得啱啱好,肉質彈牙,味道濃郁。燒汁蔥牛肉卷,牛肉嫩滑,配上蔥嘅獨特的香味,真係好夾。雞軟骨同雞翼都燒得香脆,雞橫隔膜更加係必試,香味濃郁,一試難忘。豚肉卷同豬頸肉都燒得恰到好處,肉汁豐富。三文魚腩卷同帆立貝串亦都好新鮮,燒得外脆內嫩,好有口感。重點推介嘅油金魚鮫,魚肉鮮嫩,油脂分布均勻,入口即化。唐揚雞球即叫即炸,外皮酥脆,內裡多汁,真係好juicy。牛蒡片脆口,健康又特別。梅子蕃茄酸甜開胃,完美平衡咗所有肉類嘅油膩感。總括嚟講,呢間串燒店嘅調味好惹味,肉類能夠鎖住肉汁,非常難得。特別係雞橫隔膜同唐揚雞球,絕對係必試之選。如果你都想搵個地方同朋友傾下偈,品嚐高質嘅食品,呢度絕對係一個好選擇!

中環新開左呢間星那橋居酒屋,一入到餐廳被壁畫吸引住, 以簡單白藍黑色畫出卡通在酒店酒情況,好靚!主打各式各類小食和串燒,即叫即做,新鮮好味。小食日本河豚乾即燒嘅雞泡魚干乾真係唔同啲,一路有醬汁咁燒,唔好燒到好乾好硬,反而咬落軟硬適中,但又唔會癡牙。味道方面甜甜地又有一陣陣海鮮嘅咸味。牛蒡片食落有啲似薯片,簡單用鹽同胡椒俾味,已經好好食,薄片口感另有脆,唔會好吸油,送飲好好,但又健康過薯片。鮟鱇魚肝口感綿滑嘅魚肝,味道好新鮮,一啲醒味都食唔到,汁方面就配一個偏酸味嘅汁真係好夾。豆腐沙律清爽嘅雜菜沙律,可以幫助清一清味蕾先再食另一款串燒。同埋個豆腐真係好滑。雞橫隔膜從來未食過嘅雞部位,口感又滑又爽,雞味還好,但勝在口感取勝。雞翼雞翼燒到外面香脆,但裡面又滑又多汁,咁樣先係最好食,味道唔只係外面,裡面一樣味道十足。雞軟骨雞軟骨每舊都好大舊,食得好過癮,軟骨之餘有部分肉位,咁樣食落更香免治雞肉棒免治雞肉棒夠哂大支好抵食,搓得夠緊實,所以口感好厚實,唔會一咬就成支散開變肉碎,撈埋生雞旦食,增加鮮味之餘又口感滑啲。日本豚肉油脂同肉層層分明,証明係高質嘅豚肉,味道調味恰到好處,豚肉味唔會被調味蓋過,肉質燒到剛好,爽牙感仍然係度。豬頸肉入口即溶嘅豬頸肉,因為用燒嘅方法所以食落都唔會太過油膩,反而食完之後豬油脂嘅香味留喺個口好耐。牛舌芯因為用牛舌芯嘅關係,所以口感特別彈牙爽脆一般牛脷嘅臊味亦都唔會有,相反牛舌獨特嘅味道更加突顯。油揚燒得十分之香豆味亦都好濃。帆立貝串帆立貝肉嘅size好大,所以肉厚感好滿意之餘,海鮮嘅鮮味亦都好濃郁,肉質亦都好新鮮。
