去睇戲,未夠鐘所以戲院附近飲茶,去到廈大堂都奇怪見呢間冇咩人,但好多人排隊搭lift去另一間,但唔想等都入左呢間星月樓。虎皮尖椒,竟然係得兩條,仲要唔大條,兩條剪開六舊咁食,勁簿身冇口應,又落左d燒汁醬唔係豉油,好難食。帶子燒賣,應該叫帶子片,簿到好似杯麵料咁,食落冇味。韭菜粿,叫得粿以為潮州白皮個隻,黎到點知係炸韭菜餃,炸到黑黑地,應該萬年油。最後員工服務同態度都頂唔順,因夠鐘睇戲,諗住行出去埋單,但有個職員話唔駛出去幫我地埋,但等左勁15分鐘都冇人幫我地埋單,但眼見其他人個個出去自己埋單又即幫佢,整極都未輪到我張單,最後自己出去同佢講,有個老女人(經理或部長)勁唔好語氣話”唔好意思,$xxx”, 我未講完佢再講”唔好意思,$xxx”。態度勁差,想係到擺酒既人三思。…查看更多

On a cool evening in Cheung Sha Wan, I ventured into Star House Restaurant for their signature snake feast. The establishment's time-honored reputation for snake cuisine drew me to sample their celebrated offerings.The Double-boiled Snake Soup arrived steaming, its rich golden broth carrying an aromatic complexity that only hours of careful preparation could achieve. The snake meat, tender and delicate, carried subtle notes of Chinese herbs. Shredded mushrooms and dried mandarin peel enhanced the soup's depth, while chrysanthemum petals added a delightful visual touch and subtle floral fragrance.The Deep-fried Snake Balls emerged crispy and golden, their exterior giving way to a succulent interior where minced snake meat had been skillfully seasoned. 大年初四來到上址,12:30 即場有位, 可能都係同好多香港人重係外遊關係啦!4人位都闊落, 大部份員工都醒目勤快, 新春點心價目如下: $26小, $33中, $38大, $44特, $48頂, 茶位$16/位點心食物全部味道傳統, 每籠的件数也都是傳統件数扺俾個”讚”,其實有時某些點心如果將點心私粒数扣起一粒或者兩粒放進一個普通點心籠內, 始終望落有點怪! 當日食13個點心, 一個沙薑豬手粒$68 , 呢個豬手粒做的口感剛剛好啱咬開皮同肉, 又沒有太軟爛, 件数都不少呀! 另一個比較特別的點心係椰汁紅豆糕$33同一般的唔同的係多了一層桂花啫喱相間出不一樣的外型增加層次感, …查看更多
