終於迎來2020年的最後一天~ 在疫情禁止晚市堂食的情況下，我們提早在4點吃了一個Early dinner來慶祝除夕在某訂座平台book位 餐牌食物有50% off的優惠 (飲品除外)餐廳是西環的一間小店，由於好評也不少，我們滿心期待......我們在4:15 pm order了所有食物及飲品後...飲品很快便來了，但食物卻遲遲不來。由於6點後禁堂食，我們在5點的時候問了侍應，她說食物還在準備中...最後，食物在5:15分終於來到了.....兩杯mocktail $58飲品沒有什麼特別Grilled Octopus $98 (另有50% off的優惠)薯蓉及八爪魚~ 賣相也不錯但是，等待了1小時的食物，是上菜時竟然是完全不熱的味道不過不失，但食物溫度令人失望Paella Ala Negro $188 (另有50% off的優惠)意大利飯的賣相很不錯，海鮮也新鮮及彈牙。食物溫度也是熱的問題來了，意大利飯是還未煮熟的...問了侍應，她說意大利飯是這樣的...但我沒有食過這樣的意大利飯...Roasted Chicken $198  (另有50% off的優惠)在5:30pm的時候，烤雞終於

Calamari $88魷魚好食，但炸粉太厚，所以唔建議。Wagyu Beef Tataki Salad $168呢個好食，有番薯片同紫薯片，整得好脆，好香口。又有鷹嘴豆。仲有菜、車厘茄。咁特別嘅係佢有石榴喺沙律入面，好清新。啲牛肉好好食！估唔到沙律嘅牛都有咁嘅質素。大約煎到五成熟，有入口即溶嘅口感，牛味都夠，不過如果牛味再重啲就會更好啦。但呢個都真係好好食，一定會再食。訂座之後喺半價時段過黎，價錢好抵食。

今日同屋企去食母親節飯。三個人所以想試下啲特別小小既西餐廳。一去到餐廳，岩岩開門，店員都好有禮貌甘解釋要等耐啲先有野食。餐廳細細間甘，有啲畫做decorations ,係幾舒服既小餐廳，都適合坐一段長小小既時間。我地叫左三樣食物，有beef slides ; lamb chop 同海鮮飯。個beef slides 姐係小burger。個burger 做得幾好，麵包係外脆內軟，然後個beef有肉汁，味就偏重小小既，有芝士，菜同啲蕃茄粒洋蔥粒(似Mexican style ) 。整體係一個好味既burger 仔，一口食到甘多層次，juicy,有鮮味。之後就係個海鮮飯，海鮮係蝦同青口，海鮮係用心制作過，都係鮮甜。個食係墨汁飯。飯有青豆同蕃茄做配菜，調味做得幾好，不過比較油，可能落得多左小小olive oil 個羊相對一般餐廳大份。我地叫medium well ，佢整左medium rare 。佢再補焗番。雖然最後都全熟，但係個羊都唔老，淋身，調味恰當，做得相當唔錯。佢有藜麥加蕃茄仔加豆做左個酸酸地既沙律，都幾開胃。

西環其實有好多小店美食，呢條街更加係成條街都野食搵食要捐窿捐罅仲要識得用優惠食平野西環因為對一般人黎講都偏遠，但有左地鐵之後已經好左好多。而且app book位好多都做半價堅抵食，抵試。我地唔算好肚餓，所以叫左幾個dishes only呢個烤八爪魚好香，切到一片片，中間仲有薯蓉，夾埋一齊食幾好食。而且仲有沙律醬可以點,yummy我最鍾意食寬條麵，呢度嗰d比一般仲粗，食落都唔錯，煙煙韌韌上面仲切滿一片片芝士，好香。小食叫左黑松露薯條，炸得香脆，黑松露味我覺得可以再重d, 佢另外有醬再點，點完先剛剛好半價後只係$200幾蚊，超值

高街雖然位置有點不太方便但隱藏不少高質小店是日到訪的 便是其中一家TM’s by The Den小店應該是改了名 但在openrice還沒改過來lunch設有lunch set 也可以單點筆者其實對比main 更愛appetizer 😂常常在fine diner吃前菜已吃飽Tuna Tataki 酪梨配上鮪魚跟自製的芒果sauce芒果sauce 筆者與友人都不太喜歡味道有點像中式薑蓉Chicken Anticucho這個大推雞腿肉很juicy 肉質嫩滑 配上香草醬 絕對是必點友人點的lamb leg試了一點點 有點鹹友人卻覺得剛剛好 可能比較需合重口味的朋友但羊肉煮的很軟腍叉子一推就輕易把骨肉分離這是筆者的roasted beef煮得剛剛好 牛肉中間還是粉紅的牛肉重牛味 多汁份量蠻多的三大片 也算是厚切整頓飯吃下來 超級飽的

#tmsbytheden #petesplace 高街其實都幾chill, 很多休閒食店，可以讓我chill 下！輕鬆食早餐✌😋🍞店裡主題是有點 vintage 風，有空間感。我點了幾款已經夠飽 有: 🔹和牛小漢堡 wagyu beef Burger $108 有和牛，水牛奶酪 細細個又幾好味，有肉汁😋🔹牛排沙拉 $98 蔬菜好fresh, 牛排也不錯，整體合格🐮🔹黑松露薯條 $48 我喜歡吃黑松露薯條，其實任何一間餐廳都不會難食，當然這個都非常好味。

A lunch for 17 to begin our seasonal celebrations was fantastic. Great food and service. Anthony was so helpful in getting menus to us. So many lunch choice ( 5 options for vegetarians) which was very much appreciated. The food was so tasty that we will definitely be returning.

Went for dinner on a week day night. The small place was cramped with people. Four of us ordered four starters, three mains and one side to share. Portion was good. Things were a tiny bit oily but acceptable. Tasted surprisingly good for a little shop like that. We will definitely visit again.
