這是其中一間我的sushi go to place. 佢景靚,食物質素頗佳。但係真係太逼夾。知道生意難做,餐廳梗係想坐滿佢。但係真係太close to each other. 感覺想坐得relax d都唔得。冷氣有啲唔夠,可能太多人客了。今日同老公去,佢食野有要求,所以有唔滿意嘅位。 食到等三件,佢見到有sushi嘅魚上面有骨。甲在出嚟,師傅見到講咗對唔住。🥲🥲點知食到嚿豉油醃漬maguro 有勁筋! 雖然唔好意思,但係真係吞唔到,所以吐咗出嚟。用紙巾包住咗,講咗俾師傅聽,但係師傅只係講咗聲都仲係有骨啦。今日買單$1400兩位,如果係咁樣嘅quality,老公就話唔返嚟啦….

This spot elevates omakase to an art form, especially with their limited-time Uni Feast! 🍣 It's a culinary journey where the chef showcases the season's finest ingredients, with a masterful focus on sea urchin.We began our feast with a delicate First Course of Junsai, Abalone, and Sea Urchin. This was a perfect prelude to the main event. The Sake-Infused Sashimi was breathtaking. We savored pristine slices of Deep-Sea Horse Mackerel, rich Tuna Belly, Akagai, and the incredibly fresh Special A-Grade White Sea Urchin. The quality of every piece was simply outstanding.Next, the Tempura course delivered unique flavor combinations, such as the Seaweed and Sea Urchin Tempura. The crispness of the tempura perfectly contrasted the creamy uni inside. The meal continued with a selection of exquisite Sushi, including Hamachi, Scallop, and of course, more sublime Sea Urchin.The Yamato-style Clam Miso Soup served as a warm and comforting interlude.
