Their bestselling Joh Jos Christoffel Erben Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Kabinett 2020 is a decent riesling that extrudes sweet juicy ripe pear aromas with a low acidity finish, which makes it better to enjoy on its own rather than pairing with dishes.-ᴘs-ᴘᴊ-ʀᴘ-ᴡs-ᴡsᴄ

🍷1- Tasca Rosso Del Conte 2016 $568 🇮🇹我一向鍾情意大利酒，飲意大利酒同飲法國紅酒唔同，個人認為法國紅酒飲嘅係精緻而意大利酒飲嘅會係驚喜。來自意大利西西里的Tasca Rosso Del Conte，用上西西里盛產嘅Nero d'Avola同Perricone葡萄釀製。酒體偏厚，聞起有煙燻，莓果及香料嘅香氣。口感上elegant，酸度亦十分balance，有黑莓果、車厘子同雲呢拿味，濃郁嘅味道帶嚟long lasting, 係枝味道非常豐富嘅南意酒。🍷2- Kaesler Alte Reben Shiraz 2016 $798🇦🇺Robert Parker 94-96 points澳洲南部一直以老藤引以為傲，部分葡萄藤更有著高達150年歷史。而最為人熟悉嘅Barossa Valley，就據說擁有世界上最老嘅Shiraz。地區更為老藤年齡進行官方分類，實屬罕見。位於Barossa Valley嘅南澳酒莊Kaesler就以Shiraz為主打，而且大多出自老籐，呢支Kaesler Alte Reben Shiraz 2016上嘅德文「Alte Reben」正正就係老籐嘅意思，所用嘅葡萄出自有著117年歷史嘅Marananga葡萄田，再加上2016呢個靚年份，令美酒質素更佳：果味集中、花香濃郁、單寧細滑、餘韻悠長。
